Well I didn't get the reviews I wanted or for that matter a single review but 13 people read the first chapter so I'm happy. So here's the next chapter and I need reviews to inspire me!!!! Enjoy!

 

Chapter 2

Just as she finished her `analysis' on this new guy the bell rang signaling that she had to get to homeroom.

 

First period was math. Kanna was known in this class for being an excellent mathematician. Being so good at math she would either never attend class or if she was there she just wouldn't listen to the teacher. Today she decided that she would go to class and, as usual, didn't listen to a thing the teacher said.

 

“Kanna please answer this question on the board,” said the teacher. You'd think after having Kanna in her classroom, the teacher would get wise and realize that she would never be able to catch Kanna of guard…of course some people just lever learn.

 

After class Kanna and Sono had spares so they decided to go to the cafeteria and sit around, gossip, look like they were doing work… you know the usual. But as soon as Kanna walked in to the room she got that feeling again. She looked around the room and realized that the new guy was in there to.

 

“Ohhh!! Look Yuki's in here too.” Sono said with a little too much enthusiasm. It turned out that Yuki was in Sono's first period history class and that's where they had gotten better acquainted.

 

`Something has got to be wrong. That twinkle in her eye is STILL there.' Kanna thought. She always knew when Sono was up to something, of course that probably came from knowing the psycho for 3 years.

 

“Hey Kanna come on let's go sit with him, he's all alone.” Sono suggested. With a nod of her head Kanna agreed. `I want to figure out what this weird feeling is…I know there's something different about this guy.'

 

“Hey Yuki, do you mind if we sit with you?” Yuki looked up and with a nod of his head they sat down, both across from him.

 

“Yuki this is Kanna. Kanna this is Yuki… Well now that that's over with what's up?” Sono always hated the awkwardness of introductions so she would always try and speed through them. `Hmm I wonder if my plan is actually going to work.' Sono thought.

 

“Nothing much. I mean this is my first day here.” Yuki replied. `He's confident.' Kanna thought and for reasons that she couldn't explain that strange feeling was getting stronger. Yuki decided that that was when he was going to turn his attention to Kanna. “Hi I'm Yuki and I guess you already know that I'm new here. It's nice to meet you Kanna.” With that he stretched his hand out to Kanna.

 

Having no other option, she took his hand with only a slight hesitation. “Yeah, it's nice to meet you too. I'm Kanna and you already know that so…”

 

“And I am Draco, Sono's soon-to-be-boyfriend and proud of it.” A boy their age said taking a seat next to Yuki. He had jet black hair and oddly enough his eyes were a gold-ish brown. He had a pretty good build, was slightly tan and had been studying martial arts since the age of three. His father owned a dojo and of course Draco was expected to inherit it so he had to learn.

 

“Draco, please shut up.” Sono said evenly even though everyone could obviously see the pink tint in her cheeks.

 

“Oh! I think Sono's in love and with my Draco no less.” Kanna said, knowing that this was going to get on Sono's nerves. Kanna had been the one to first introduce the two. Sono hated it when Kanna did that whole `My Draco' thing and now she was doing it in front of Yuki.

 

“Kanna!”

 

“What?! I couldn't help myself…” Kanna replied with a laugh. “Besides we all know it's true. Even Yuki knows and he just met us. Right Yuki?”

 

“Well… not to be mean Sono, but it pretty obvious that you like him. So when will the first date be?” Yuki asked, realizing that not only was Sono blushing, but now so was Draco. Of course Draco had the brains not to say anything aloud. Kanna quickly caught on and started to help with what she had started.

 

Giving Yuki a discreet wink, she said, “Yeah May be we can make it a double date!” `Sono this is pay back for what ever it is that you were planning.'

 

To make it more convincing she went to the other side of the table, wrapped her arms around Yuki's waist and put her head on his shoulder. `Wait a minute… I'm not getting that weird feeling around him anymore… But then… that means that…' Just then Yuki wrapped his arm around Kanna's shoulder because; to be honest that look on Sono's face was hysterical and there was this pull that told him he should.

 

Sono's jaw could not have dropped further if she tried and if her eye got any wider they would all think that she wasn't human. Funnier still was how slow her brain was processing. `Kanna. In a guy's arm. WILLINGLY.' This thought took Sono about 2 minutes to put together, which mind you is a long time for 6 words. “WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH KANNA!?!?!” Sono yelled so loud that everyone else took a moment to look at the girl that disturbed their peace.

 

Just then both Yuki and Kanna fell over laughing so hard, they were holding each other to make sure that they wouldn't fall off their seats. After a long time of watching Yuki and Kanna laugh, they stopped.

 

“Well that settles it. You are now officially one of us whether you like it or not.” Kanna said with a huge smile on her face.

 

Yuki had a smile just as big as Kanna's as he said in a formal voice, “I am honored to have been accepted.” He then stood up and took a bow.

 

“Oh yeah! You're going to fit in with us no problem!” Draco said, finally getting over the shook that Kanna might actually be interested in a guy. Kanna had known Draco for 4 years and it was her that first introduced Sono and Draco. The three became instant friends and now there was another joining their pack, so to speak.
