Fan Fiction ❯ The Werewolf and I. ❯ No blood. ( Chapter 2 )

[ P - Pre-Teen ]

Werewolf had just finished the last of the deer bones when he heard some one approaching the door. He Half-smiled and ran inside.
"Meghin! Door!' he yelled running up stairs to the furs he had painstakingly skinned off before he ate, but it was worth it.
"It's Lexi!" Meghin yelled already knowing the answer she would get.
"I know!" Came the expected reply, "Tell her to come in!" He said pulling the furs from atop the highest shelf in the house. When Werewolf got to the living room with the furs, the two girls were deep in conversation about the Harry Potter books and rumors about the next one.
"I have the furs. Here, check `em out" Werewolf said handing the furs over to Sam whose smile grew with every fur.
"There are fifteen, so as promised, ten for each, so $150" She said handing him the money for the furs "Oh Yes! What kind of furs do you have in here?"
" One gray cat, Two dogs: one black the other white with brown spots, Two white rabbits, Two brown rabbits, and three gray rabbits" he paused thinking "One deer skin, One black skunk, one brown skunk, two squirrels. With the squirrels, I'm not sure if the tails are still attached, but there're still there." He listed, smiling as he looked at the money in the envelope.
“Meghin. Good steak, Hunk of ham, whole turkey.” He grabbed the money, and handed fifty of it to his sister. “Get yourself plenty of chicken, too”
Chicken happened to be the only meat he wouldn't eat.
