Whisper Into the Wind

Intimidating gazes

Unreasonable ways

I stand forever, devastated, and remember

The memory hazes

The happy days

I feel covered in frost, like in December

Your tears are mine

Your fears are mine

Our friendship is never-ending

We fight, we apologize

We share, we tell lies

E-mails are forever sending

Now, underneath a large leaf

Waiting for the coldness to swallow me

Waiting for the anguish to subside

Your warm petal touches my shoulder

You make my day…tolerable

All you did was whisper into the wind

Your shining, cheerful face

Beaming almond-shaped eyes

Reflecting crazy friendliness

Imagining, creating, fantasizing

All part of our warm friendship

Sadness is happiness around you

Anger is forgiveness around you

Clicking of controllers, and friendly curses

Teaching, explaining how AMVs work.

Showing off creations

Criticizing, complimenting on works of art

All you did was whisper in the wind

Growing steadily, like a swaying rose

Hoping for each other's best

Making new friends, and enemies

Yet our friendship stays solid

Bearing grudges, sealing oaths

Always keeping close

If I had to move, you'd keep in touch

E-mail, phone, IM

You'd promise to hold tight

To keep together

To be friends

Through shattering rain, howling wind, exploding thunder, slits of lightning

You stand

Brave

Caring

And psycho (just kidding)

“I will succeed!” you yell

“I will!”

All you did was whisper in the wind

You were there for me

I will support you

A supporting branch to a tree

Protecting

Shielding

Always together

And all you did was whisper into the wind….
