Young Love By: Yami's Girl710
I open my eyes slowly. A small glowing light is on my chest. I smile at the humanoid figure sleeping in the light.
"Tink?" I asked softly. The little fairy stirred and opened it's blue eyes. It smiled at me while flapping it's transparent wings.
"Come on Tink, it's time to explore," I say excitedly. Although passing from two worlds caused me to age I enjoyed the adventures in the other world. I now was sixteen in this world. Tinkerbell shrugged and scowled but agreed none the less. I jumped down from my hammock and my fairy friend followed. I jumped from the balcony of the lair and flew off toward the identical stars that acted as a gateway from Neverland to the real world. In a matter of seconds I was flying over the quiet streets of London. One building stood out of the rest. It was a tall building that was called a hotel. I usually went to the roof that served as a perfect lookout for the city of London. I zoomed down toward the hotel.
Meanwhile
"Carly! Please go to bed!" a brunette 20-year old yelled to a bouncing 17-year old.
"I don't want to go to sleep," the girl said as she jumped up and down on the messy hotel bed.
"Carly, come on. I don't have time for this," the older girl said as she skillfully pulled on the sheet of the bed causing Carly to fall.
"Fine! You win, I'll go," she said sweetly. Behind her back she had her fingers crossed.
"Good. Tomorrow I'll be going away for three days so I want you to stay at the hotel. Remember you can always go next door for help" the brunette droned on.
Meanwhile Carly was looking out the window. 'I could've sworn I saw a boy out there,' she thought.
"Are you listening?" the older girl asked annoyingly.
"Yes Ginny," Carly replied in a bored tone.
"Well goodnight then!" Ginny said as she walked out the door.
Once she left Carly changed from her lavender pajamas to a black long sleeved turtle neck with a pair of hip hugger blue jeans. She put on her Sketchers" sneakers and left her room. On the way to the roof she avoided any bellhops or maids. She reached the door to the roof and took a deep breath as she reached for the knob.
Peter's POV
I overlooked the city of London with amazement. With the millions of lights and people who looked like ants from my altitude it was a truly breath taking site. Tink was on my shoulder admiring the view as well. I took out my flute and started to play a tune. Tinkerbell clapped her small hands to the beat. While I played my sharp ears picked up movement behind me. I acted like I didn't notice and waited for it to approach. When I could hear light breathing behind me I shifted my foot to trip the figure right onto my lap. Tink stopped wide eyed and hid under my green hat. The intruder turned out to be a girl, and a very pretty one at that. She had long black hair and tan skin. She looked up at me with confused and scared violet eyes. I just smiled at her mischievously.
"W-Who are you?" she stuttered as she lifted herself up. She stared at me strangely.
"And why are you wearing that ridiculous outfit?" she added with a confident smile.
"Hey watch your mouth girl!" I answer her angrily.
"Answer my question," she stated simply.
"Peter," I take off my hat revealing Tinkerbell's sitting form, "And this is Tink."
"Let me guess, You're Peter Pan and that's little glowing doll is your fairy Tinkerbell?" she asks mockingly.
"That's right," I say proudly. Tink just scowls unnoticeably.
The girl burst out laughing. I scowled and walked over to her. Her laughing faded as I came closer.
"What are you planning to do?" she asks nervously.
"Don't worry I'm just going to prove it to you," I say picking her up. She struggles in my arms but soon stops seeing she can't get out of my strong hold.
"Let me go!" she yells. I ignore her and stand on the ledge of the roof.
She snuggled her face into my chest and muffled a scream. For some reason I found myself enjoying this.
I jumped.
Carly's POV
Here I am in the arms of a deranged but cute boy who is about to take both of our lives. When he jumped I suspected to plunge to my death but I felt nothing. I open my eyes slowly and gripped tighter to the boy who called himself 'Peter Pan.' We were flying over the streets of London. A glowing Tinkerbell flying next to us with an angry expression. I looked up at Peter.
"You really are Peter Pan," I say in an amazed tone of voice.
He smiles at me and looks into my eyes. He had brown mischievous eyes that sparkled in delight.
"You want to come to Neverland with me umI never did catch your name," he asks as we land on Big Ben.
"Carly," I said. I was still in shock from the flight.
"Sorry about that ," he said as he floated Indian style in front of me.
"This is a little weird," I said as I waved my hand under him to make sure he was really floating.
He laughed wholeheartedly at my disbelief.
"You know that if you believe and trust in me this wouldn't seem so weird," he told me.
"Yeah I guess" I pinched myself to make sure this was all real.
"So do you want to come or not?" he asked.
"Huh?" I was hardly paying attention.
"Girls are so confusing!" he raised his arms in frustration, "Neverland, where else?"
"Oh sorry," I felt my cheeks burn red. He surprised me when he picked me up again.
"Pretty girls like you shouldn't be flying to Neverland by themselves now," he said with a smirk.
I blushed redder but didn't comment. Soon we were on our way to two identical stars in the sky. I fell asleep in the warmth of his arms.
Peter's POV
Carly fell asleep on the way to The Hideout. It was late when we arrived and the lost boys were asleep. I carefully laid her in my hammock and covered her with a worn bearskin blanket. Tink went to her knot in the tree and I slept under the hammock.
Carly's POV The next morning
I shuffled in my sleep only to fall off the "bed" I was in. Instead of falling on the fuzzy carpeting of the hotel I fell on something warm and breathing. It let out a small groan of pain and I opened my eyes halfway. I was lying on top of Peter who was blushing furiously. Our faces mere centimeters apart. I let out a small gasp and stood up abruptly.
"I'm so sorry Peter!" I say as I help him up.
"It's ok, I'm just a little sore," he says as he rubs his ribs.
"I'm not that heavy," I say defensively.
He just laughs and smiles at me. "Sound off!" he yelled. A group of small boys run up to Peter.
"Face front and introduction!" he shouted. Each of the boys faced me and announced themselves in size order. Peter all the while was sitting on a throne wearing a Indian chief's headpiece. He was slowly puffing on a cigar. My smile faded as I remembered how an old friend of mine had died because of that nicotine substance.
"Boys, this is Carly. She'll be staying with us for awhile so have fun," Peter announced .
The Lost boys crowded around bombarding me with questions. I finally got them to leave me alone when I promised to read them a story later in the day. I walked over to Peter slowly. He watched me all the way.
"No smoking while I'm here," I say as I pluck the cigar out of his mouth. He sat wide eyed for awhile before saying anything.
"You're different from other girls. More feistyI like that," he said floating out of the throne and directly over me. He took off the headpiece and let it fall.
"Hey aren't you going to get me up there?" I ask as he flew around the lair.
"Well just think happy thought and sprinkle some" he flew to a small unseen hole in the wall and pulled out a small glass bottle filled with a glittery power. "Pixie Dust."
He floated down to me and handed me the bottle.
"Just sprinkle some on you and think a happy thought. Then you'll be flying just like me!" he said doing a twirl in the air.
"Ok but you have to promise I won't get hurt," I say as I open the bottle.
"No one's ever gotten hurt before so I don't think you should get hurt now," he replied.
I sprinkled some dust on me and closed my eyes trying to think up of the happiest thought I could muster. 'I guess me being hear with Peter and Tinkerbell is the happiest thought so far,' I concentrated hard on that thought.
"Hey, open your eyes! You're floating!" I heard Peter exclaim.
I opened one eye and then the other when looked down seeing that I was levitating a good few feet off the ground.
"Oh my gosh!" I said as I glided over toward Peter.
"Now let's help you practice," he said. He took my hand and we flew out the window. I giggled at the sensation of the light breeze tickling my skin. We flew over the forest and reached a ledge that overlooked a small lagoon. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled us into a nosedive. Seconds before we hit the surface he pulled up and my feet skidded across the water. He let me go as we landed on a large rock in the lagoon.
"Why'd we land Peter?" I ask as I take off my shoes and socks.
"Just wait," he lets out a loud and high whistle. From the water the heads of about 8 beautiful girls appear.
Each one swims over to Peter with their fins splashing against the water's surface. 'Wait a secfins?!' I thought as I realize that they are mermaids.
"This must be mermaid lagoon," I whispered to myself as I watched Peter converse with the mermaids. They were all giggling and flirting with him. I felt a strange nagging in my heart at the sight but it slowly went away. I simply waded into the water and searched the sandy bottom for seashells. So far I was having a wonderful time in Neverland.
Peter's POV
As the mermaids commented on my looks and my tricks in the air I watched Carly from the corner of my eyes. She had dived under water for some reason. A few seconds later she immerged from the water with a handful of glittery seashells. 'Wow what a girl' I think as she dives under again. One of the mermaids questions catches my attention.
"Who's the new girl Peter?" a blonde haired mermaid known as Rhapsody asked.
"Yeah at least she can swim unlike that Wendy girl you brought last time," a brunette mermaid named Serenity added.
"That's Carly; she's also from London," I reply.
"I know! Let's have some fun girls!" a blue haired mermaid exclaimed with a mischievous glint in her sapphire eyes. The other mermaids nodded and dove under. I watched through the clear water as the mermaids caught Carly by surprise and got ready to started to tackle her. She dodged some of the underwater tackles but one mermaid tackled her in the stomach knocking the wind out of her. She started to float deeper into the lagoon as the mermaids swam away. I immediately jumped in after her knowing that if I didn't reach her in time she would drown. I swam the fastest I ever had swum to reach her paling body.
Carly's POV
'Damn mermaids,' I thought as I dodged another one. I was caught off guard by one mermaid and soon found I couldn't breathe. My vision was becoming blurred and my chest was burning in pain. I was in critical need of air when I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around my waist. Seconds after that I felt air hit my face. I tried to breath but I still felt water in my throat. I was laid down on something soft and heard Peter's voice. It was very faint but I could make out what he was saying.
"Carly! Carly please wake up!" he was saying frantically. I felt his hands press against my chest. This caused me to cough up a good deal of water . It also helped clear my air passage. I took a deep breath then exhaled slowly and opened my eyes .
"Carly? Carly! Oh thank god you're ok," Peter said. He looked like he had been crying. I didn't answer but sat up and hugged his midsection. He hesitated a moment before wrapping his arms around me. We stayed like that for awhile until I shivered in his arms.
"Let's get you to the Indian village to warm up," he whispered quietly. I nodded slightly and let him fly me to the village. We landed and a beautiful Indian girl with her black hair in two braids ran up to us.
"Tiger Lily could you help me? My friend is sick," Peter said to the girl.
Tiger Lily nodded and led us to an empty tent. It was very warm and cozy. Peter lay me on a blanket and sat down next to me after telling Tiger Lily to bring some food. We were alone again. I closed my eyes o rest and I felt him run his hand through my hair for awhile. I guess he thought I was asleep.
"Peter?" I asked my eyes still closed.
"Yes?" he replied.
"Thank you," I said before falling asleep.
Peter's POV
What a morning! I'm too tired to fly back to the hideout and plus Carly is recovering from her fever. Right now Carly's asleep on the floor of a tent Tiger Lily had brought us too. It's close to midday and Tink's going to be furious but until Carly's better I'm not leaving her side. I took off my hat and ran a hand through my messy brown hair. Tiger Lily walked in with a plate of food and some water. She smiled at me warmly and I thanked her. Once she left I found myself looking at Carly again. I don't know why but I'm starting to feel this strange sensation around her. My thoughts were interrupted when a glowing light whizzed into the tent.
"Hey Tink," I said to the fairy hovering in front of me. But Tink wasn't listening, she was yelling all kind of things at me in her own chime language.
I rolled my eyes and sighed.
"Come on Tink I was just trying to get Carly feeling better," I motioned to Carly. Tink just crossed her arms and continued to shout although it just sounded like small bells to human ears. All during this I didn't notice Carly waking up.
"Tink just leave me alone. You're just jealous!" I shouted getting fed up with her constant nagging.
She scowled then muttered a few curses before zooming out of the tent.
"You should apologize to Tinkerbell," a soft voice said behind me. I turned around and saw Carly sitting up.
"Why should I?" I asked her as I sat down next to her.
"She was only looking out for you," she replied with a smile.
"It's just that she's so damn annoying about it!" I say angrily.
"Actually Peter it's because you're so stubborn," she said with a smirk.
I open my mouth to retaliate but shut it quickly. She giggles at me. She stands up and brushes the dirt off her jeans.
"Where do you think you're going?" I ask as she heads toward the tent flap.
"A small fever isn't going to stop me from having fun with you," she replied before exiting the tent.
"Well where do you want to go next?" I ask excitedly.
"How about Pirate's Bay?" she said.
"It's a little dangerous there. I don't think a girl like you could handle it," I say to her while we flew.
"Watch me," she said simply.
As we floated a good distant from Hook's ship she dived down toward the mast. She flew so fast it surprised me. When I landed on the ship's deck I saw all of the crew in a big heap. They were all knocked out tied up. Their swords were in a neat pile in the corner. I stood mouth agape for awhile. 'Carly did this!' I thought incredibly.
"Pete?" I heard a voice say behind me.
Well sure enough Carly was in midair with a considerably large sword. It looked heavy but she held it like a pro.
"Howwhendid youwhat happened?" I tried to form a coherent sentence only to find myself blurting out whatever came to mind. She laughed.
"Come on Peter, let's play a little game with Hook," she asked mischievously. I broke into a grin and nodded. This girl sure knew how to have fun. We each went to one side of Hook's cabin door; me on the left and Carly on the right.
"On the count of three," I said. She nodded as she moved her hand to the sword.
"One.."
"Two"
"Three!"
We kicked the door open and stepped inside.
"I'm glad you can join us Peter," an evil voice said from behind us. I felt someone grab hold of me from behind. One of Hook's goons had gotten me. Hook, who must have been expecting us, was pacing treacherously in front of Carly. She was also being held down by not one but two of Hook's men. She was struggling non-stop.
"Well, well, what do we have here? An attractive young lady-" Carly tried to kick him, "with a very bad temper."
"Let her go!" I yelled. The old codfish tilted up Carly's chin with the tip of his hook.
"I think not Pan. We could use her," he smiled nastily. Carly was silent and frozen. She knew that if she moved her head at all the hook would pierce her skin.
"I told you to let her go you bastard!" my voice growing louder with each word.
He let go of Carly's chin and walked over to me calmly. I gave him my fiercest glare but that didn't stop him from punching me in the gut.
"Peter, NO!" I heard Carly yell.
Damn that old codfish could pack a punch. I heard a frightened gasp come out of Hook.
"What the hell's happening to her?!" I heard him say. I lifted my head and saw Carly, her eyes glowing a dark purple. Her hair was whipping around her body by an invisible wind. She stretched out her hand toward Hook who was cowering in a corner.
"Smee', Smee'! Where the hell are you?" he was saying frantically. There was a flash of light and that was the last thing I saw before I fainted.
Carly's POV
I fluttered my eyes open. It was morning and I had a terrible headache. I looked around and saw at my surroundings. Hook was dead in a corner, his three thugs were knocked out in the middle of the room, and Peter was lying unconscious against the wall. I rushed over to him and shook him gently.
"Peter wake up. It's over, Hook won't bother us anymore," I said quietly. He opened his eyes half way but they widened in surprise.
"What-What are you?" he asked uneasily.
I frowned and looked down in shame. "I'm human Peter, just different."
"What do you mean by different?" he asked this time a little more seriously.
"Well I'm a psychic. I can move things with my mind and if I try hard enough take over someone's mind but that can kill me," I explained as I hugged him.
"I didn't want to have to use my powers but I wanted to help you Peter, you were hurt," I sobbed into his shirt. I felt his body tense under my hold. I looked up at him. 'He must hate me now,' I thought sadly.
He brought his hands to my face wiping my stray tears away.
"Carly I really don't know what to say about this. You kept this a secret from me and didn't trust me," he said solemnly.
"I understand Peter, I'll get going," I said standing up and flying out the cabin door. I flew as fast as I could but I soon found myself falling.
"What's happening?" I said while I fell. I splashed into the mermaid lagoon. I went to the surface immediately for air. I swam out of the lagoon and decided to walk. I soon came upon the Indian village. Since I hadn't eaten for a day and I was dripping wet I decided to stay there until I could fly again. Tiger Lily walked up to me in alarm.
"What happened? Where's Peter?" she asked as she draped a dry blanket over my shivering form.
"Tiger Lily, I'm very tired and hungry. Could we talk about this another time?" I asked. She nodded and she led me to the same tent Peter had brought me to the day before.
"Give me your clothes and I'll get them dry. I'll also bring you some of my spare clothing," she said.
I gave her my clothes and she left the tent. She came back seconds later with a pile of Indian clothing.
"Pick whatever you wish to ware from here. I'll leave you alone to change ," she said before leaving yet again. I searched the pile and finally found something suitable. It was a beige dress with markings on the sleeves and bottom and top rims. The cloth was a little jagged at the bottom which ended at my knees. It was short sleeved and comfortable. Tiger Lily entered again and helped me put my hair into a long braid that went down to my knees. She left my bangs hang on the sides of my face.
"And now to complete the look," she said. Out of the pile she took out a thin brown belt with a place to place a weapon. She tied it around my waist and clapped happily.
"Perfect," she said.
She took my to the river so I could see how I looked. I was a little surprised. The dress hugged my body showing every curve. My hairstyle and look caused me to hardly recognize myself.
"I look so Indian," I said to Tiger Lily. The only thing that made me stand out were my violet eyes.
She smiled and we went back to the village for something to eat.
Peter's POV
I looked out the vast ocean. I heard the clear sounds of bids singing, the mermaids frolicking, and to the Lost Boys' antics. They had asked about Carly and I simply ignored them. After awhile they stopped asking questions and went out hunting. Tinkerbell had been oddly distant lately. Sure she still followed me but she hardly said a word and I did the same. 'She's only looking out for you.' Carly's words replayed in my head. I glanced over at Tinkerbell who was on my shoulder.
"Hey Tink?" I asked quietly.
She perked her head up in surprise and gave me a questioning look, no chime just a look. I sighed.
"Sorry about yesterday. Carly was right, I was being a real jerk. Do you forgive me Tink?" I said looking at her. For a while she just stared at me wide eyed. I knew exactly why she was acting like that so I was un-phased of her expression. It took a lot for me to say 'I'm sorry' to anyone.
"Are you going to answer me anytime soon?" I asked impatiently.
Tinkerbell snapped out of her stupor and smiled. She nodded and snuggled against my neck. I smiled knowing that things were patched up between us but it soon faded when I remembered what had happened with me and Carly. She had destroyed Hook and basically knocked out every living thing on the ship with her powers. Not that it was a bad thing but she had kept a secret from me. I had trusted her and she didn't trust me with the secret of her powers. She had really scared me while we were on that ship. She looked almost inhuman and her eyesI didn't even want to think about it.
"Tink could I tell you something?" I asked.
Tink floated in front of me and nodded as I gave her my hand to land on.
"I think I've fallen in lovewith Carly," I said solemnly. Tink looked down and muttered something in her language that I could hardly hear.
"Please Tink. I know how you feel about me," she looked up shocked with tears in her eyes, "You have to know that I'm not the one you really love. You just want me to be safe."
She wiped her tears with her small hands and managed a slight smile. She flew to my shoulder and whispered that she understood and would help me.
"She ran off after the incident at Pirate's Bay," I told her.
Tink gave me a confused look.
"I have a lot to explain don't I?" I said innocently.
Tink just crossed her arms and gave me a 'what did you do while I was gone' look that made me sigh.
"Well I guess it started when we visited mermaid lagoon" I started my story with.
Carly's POV
The village was a very fun place to be I soon found out after my arrival. Tiger Lily offered to let me hunt with the boys of the village. I agreed wholeheartedly. The boys taught me how to shoot an arrow aimlessly and how to move without a sound. They taught me how to hunt and defend myself without the use of my dangerous powers. I soon expertise their techniques and return just after sundown.
When I returned to the village Tiger Lily had greeted me and I told her about what had happened with me and Peter. She comforted me and we became good friends. I was telling her about my training when we were interrupted by an announcement by the chief. Everyone shushed as the large but kind looking man that was the chief of the village cleared his throat.
"As most of you know tonight we will hold the harvest moon festival. We want everyone to help prepare in anyway they can. The festival will start when the moon appears right over our village center, see you tonight!" and with that the village became hustled with activity.
"What was that all about?" I asked Tiger Lily curiously.
"Oh the festival? We hold the Harvest Moon festival to celebrate the gathering of the harvest and to thank the gods for our bountiful growing season. We will be having a giant feast and ceremony. It will be so much fun!" she replied excitedly.
"Can't wait!" I said gleefully.
"Let's go prepare," she said as we headed toward her tent.
Peter's POV
Tinkerbell sighed when I finished my story. She looked at me as if I were a small child who had done a very bad thing.
"What should I do Tink?" I asked her.
She whispered something in my ear and flew off at top speed. I flew off after her. She suggested we go search for Carly. Half of me wasn't sure if I should go but then I remembered the look on her face when I rejected the fact of her having powers. It was then that I realized how much pain it caused me to see her sad. It was then that I realized how much I cared for her, how much I loved her.
We searched everywhere we could before sundown; the Mermaid Lagoon, Pirate's Bay, the vast forest that surrounded the hideout, and the coast. Next stop would be the Indian village. If she wasn't there I don't know what I'd do.
Carly's POV
The moon was directly over the village and the festivities had begun. I had never had so much fun! There was music, dancing, and plenty of delicious foods. Peter hardly crossed my mind; and the keyword is hardly. I still remembered this mornings events. He had hurt me badly and my wound was only starting to heal. I had but one more day in Neverland and I hadn't seen him. A part of me wished he'd come to the festival.
"Carly, look who's here," Tiger Lily motioned toward her the chief's tent entrance. I felt my heart leap at the sight of the handsome boy in green attire but then it dropped at the thought of him rejecting me again.
"I'm going back to the tent," I said quietly. Tiger Lily looked at me sadly then left. I walked toward my tent and hid inside.
Peter's POV
The chief told me of a girl who had come this morning for shelter. I automatically knew it was Carly and went into the crowd to search for Tiger Lily with Tink close behind.
"Where is she?" I said quickly as I grabbed Tiger Lily. She looked like she was about have a heart attack. She placed a hand over her heart and did some breathing exercises before answering.
"She's in my tent. Don't tell her I told you that or she'll go ballistic!" she said quietly.
I thanked her and went quickly toward her tent. As I entered I expected to see Carly but instead I saw an Indian girl kneeling in front of a small fire in the middle of the tent. The girl looked up at me in surprise with beautiful violet eyes. Wait a second-violet eyes?!
"Carly?" I whispered. We stared at each other for awhile. No words spoken. Tink had stayed with Tiger Lily knowing that I needed to be alone with Carly.
"Hello Peter," she said calmly. She was staring at the floor suddenly finding it quite interesting.
She looked extremely breath-taking in the light glow of the fire. The flames danced in her eyes causing them to flicker. I walked over and kneeled down next to her. She flinched as I let my hand touch her delicate face.
"Please Carly, I'm so sorry," I said.
I saw her calm demeanor phase for a second, but just a second. She faced the floor again. Now she doesn't even want to look at me! Ok then, time for plan b. I tilted her head to face mine and I kissed her. It was a soft and tender kiss. The taste of her lips made me want more. Her hands soon found their way to the back of my head where she pushed me deeper into the kiss. My arms subconsciously wrapped themselves around her slim waist. We parted reluctantly for oxygen. Our eyes locked , both glazed over with passion.
"I love you Carly," I said leaning in for another kiss.
"I love you too Peter," she said before our lips met again.
This new feeling called love was exhilarating. I found my hands exploring her tempting body. She moaned with pleasure as my hands rubbed her stomach. I continued the process causing her breath to become ragged. I kissed her again and stopped the circular motion on her stomach. She let out a disappointed moan before looking into my eyes.
"PleaseI want more," she said quietly. Her voice was serious.
"Are you sure?" I asked her. She gave a small nod before I continued my 'exploring'. I kissed her neck and continued trailing kissed down to her cleavage. I took the shoulder strap of her dress and lowered it kissing her exposed shoulder. I did the same with the other strap. She undid my shirt and slipped it off. We continued throughout the night till we fell asleep from exhaustion.
Carly's POV
I awoke late the next morning. I peered around the tent and saw clothes were scattered on the floor. I had a warm sheet covering my exposed body. Peter had his arms wrapped around me protectively. Last night I had given myself to him and he accepted. I kissed his cheek as I slipped out of his arms without waking him. I changed into my regular clothes that had been dried from the night before. As I undid my messy braid I heard Peter shifting in his sleep. I looked at him and saw him searching the spot I had occupied. In seconds his eyes flew open but calmed at the sight of me. I giggled at him and crawled over to him.
"Good Morning," I said giving him a quick kiss on the lips.
"Yeah, very good," he replied with a mischievous smile. He flipped me over and kissed my neck.
"Not now Peter," I said as I stood up and tossed him his clothes.
"Whatever," he said. He stood up and started to change. I turned around and waited until he was ready, a small blush on my cheeks.
"You don't have to turn around you know," he whispered seductively in my ear as he wrapped his arms around me from behind. He nuzzled my ear causing me to let out a giggle.
"Come on Peter," I said releasing his grip on me. "You do realize I got to go back home."
His face dropped and turned serious. "Well then we're just gonna not go."
"Peter-" he silenced me with a kiss.
"I'm not loosing you," he said quietly as we parted. I was speechless. I knew he loved me but I didn't think he cared this much. I intertwined his rough hands with my smooth one and squeezed it tightly.
We walked out of the tent to see that most of the villagers were awake and doing their daily chores.
Tiger Lily came up to us and smiled.
"Did you two have fun last night? It sure sounded like you did," she said teasingly.
We both blushed at the comment but she just laughed. Tinkerbell popped her head out of Tiger Lily's pouch and flew over to Peter's shoulder.
"Hey Tink. Sleep well?" he asked his fairy friend. She nodded happily.
'Thank you so much for your hospitality," I said to Tiger Lily with a grateful smile.
"Come any time," she replied returning the gesture. With a small wave goodbye the three of us went back to the hideout.
Peter's POV
I was in complete happiness. As we flew over to the Lost Boys' hideout our hands were still locked together. The night before I had experienced something wonderful for the first time. It was a pleasant
but exhausting night. The only problem was the fact she had to leave. I frowned at the thought and squeezed her hand. She glanced over and squeezed back.
Once we landed the Lost Boys crowded around us. Carly was dragged over to the reading corner of the hideout where they plopped a big book on her lap.
"Read! Read! Read," they shouted in unison. Carly smiled as she brushed a few stray strands of her raven hair behind her ear. She opened the book and started to read them a fairytale about an adventurous robber who stole from the rich and gave to the poor. I watched them listen attentively from my post at my 'throne'. My thoughts were clouded with what would happen if Carly left. I guess I could go with her to London. Hook was gone and Neverland didn't need me anymore. There was the Lost Boys but Tink could stay with them and make sure everything was right. She could even come and tell me updates here. Now all that was left was convincing her guardian to let me come along. I hope it isn't to hard to do.
To be continued
