Scene suddenly switch to inside the Besaid village where Tidus is walking inside a house with Cloud, Skise, and Lakeyna is resting on the bed. Tidus sits down and think for a moment but gets up and walks up but Cid and Vincent appears outside in front of the house.

Cid: How are they doing

Tidus: I don’t know they are showing no signs of recovering

Cid: Look after them

Tidus: Why?

Cid: We are leaving on my Highwind to go to Ciriusein. If you want to follow then do so

Tidus: Alright, let’s go together. We mustn’t delay this any longer

Cid: If you are going, then we put the three on your ship so then I can return to the world where I’m from

Tidus: What for?

Cid: Reinforcements

Vincent: So we are getting the old team back together even though Cloud doesn’t want to involve them

Cid: We are all friends and I think we need all the help we can get

The scene blackens and fades in with Tidus putting Cloud down on a bed, Wakka putting Skise down, and Vincent putting Lakeyna on the last bed.

Tidus: Thanks

Vincent: Just doing what is right

Vincent exits

Tidus: What’s his problem

Wakka: What I really hate, not counting the Al Bhed, is foreigners, you know. You think that you know everything but suddenly everything that you don’t know knocks you back down to the start.

Tidus: You should take the time and get to know them better because the Al Bhed and you seem to be friendly terms with each other.

Wakka: It’s because Rikku is an Al Bhed and Yuna her cousin but is half Al Bhed so I guess I give it a shot to know them, but I will never forgive the Al Bheds for using Machina.

Tidus: Is it alright for you to come with us and what about Lulu

Wakka: I need to relax, taking care of a baby requires important decisions and time to think, ya. I guess this journey will give me more time to think about the baby future and our family.

Tidus: Yeah… family

Wakka: Every time I see you, I keep thinking that you might leave us, you know. I mean I don’t want you to leave but…

Tidus: It must had been hard for Yuna, for me to just go like that

Wakka: Don’t think like that, the good thing is that you are back, ya

Tidus: Maybe you’re right Wakka

Screen shift to outside on the beach with Yuna and Lulu holding her baby

Yuna: You sure that you want Wakka to go? What about the baby?

Lulu: Don’t worry about it. Wakka needs to get out more. He spends too much time on the future of the baby and doesn’t sit back and think about the baby now.

Yuna: I guess you are right

Lulu: This will give Wakka some time away from stressing about the baby and the family

Rikku: Don’t worry we will take care of Wakka just the like the good old days

Lulu: He might look like it but I don’t think he is as tough as the good old days

Paine: Well, it’s almost time to go, we must get onboard and do this to the end

Scene blackens and then fades in with both ships taking off and heading towards the 4th world Ciriusein. Scene switches inside with Tidus walking on the bridge with the Gullwings at their station.

Buddy: We are about to reach the mountains.

Brother: Yuna how is my speech doing? Is it doing much better now?

Yuna: You are talking much better; you are improving every time I talk to you Brother

Brother: Oh thank you!

Yuna: It’s nothing really, just keep trying and you will be the best

Tidus: But don’t try too hard or you will overwork yourself

Brother: Yes sir!

Buddy: We had arrived at the mountains

Yuna: All right, thank you buddy, it won’t take long

The scene blackens and fades in the cabin of the ship viewing the three unconscious people but suddenly Lakeyna open her eyes as she gets up and stands over Skise body.

Lakeyna: You had the power and did nothing! I’ll never forgive you for what happened! Why… why did you leave me alone all of my life! Remember the day you were supposed to return from your training. We were setting up a surprise party welcoming you back but the Shadow Empire came. Everyone believed that you will come and beat them all but you came back and did nothing. Not a single Thing! You didn’t even wonder around! You just stand there being weak! Even when you had the power then strength to save the ones that was calling for you!

Cloud suddenly appears waken leaning on the rail

Cloud: There are some times in life that we feel powerless because the ones we cared died. With the only thing to live for and become strong to protect dies right in front of you… then nothing else matters…

Lakeyna: What do you know?!

Cloud: Skise had the power and we both knew that he does, but what good is it when the people you cared about died. Especially when you had the power to stop it but couldn’t or it was too late! If you saw Skise the whole entire time that you were trap under that burning building, then why didn’t you call for help in the first place!?

Lakeyna: ….

Cloud: For the first time in my life I really cared about somebody then my own self but I was too weak to even save that person. So weak that I let somebody that I really hate to control my body and force me to do something that I will never thought of doing. At that point, I want to be stronger so no one else dies within my reach. It is up to you if you want to get revenge on someone that would sacrifice his life for yours like he did at the beach. (That’s the last time I’m saying something like that)

Cloud walks down the stairs meeting Tidus as they both nod and left to go on deck.

Tidus: Do you have any clues on what we are fighting against?

Cloud: Not quite, but I know there are several types of soldiers that the Empire has

Tidus: How do you know, there are more then one type?

Cloud: Well, the one that I fought at Luca is called Shadow Soldier, just weak pawns for the Empire. The one Skise fought at the beach is called Shadow Warriors, real fighters from the Empire. There is also Shadow Robot Soldiers that I fought back on my continent and I bet there is more then these three.

Tidus: It just seems that someone is playing with us

Cloud: You are right

Tidus: You know more then you are letting us believe

Cloud: There are just questions that needed to be answered by two people

Tidus: That long silver hair guy Sephiroth and that mysterious Skise

Cloud: We must prepare for the unexpected because this isn’t going to be a joy ride that we are use to.

Scene blackens and three hours later back to the cabin where Skise is finally waken with him squatting on the second floor railing. He falls forward and does a double flip as he lands on the ground with Lakeyna watching him from the bar.

Lakeyna: Show off as ever.

Skise: How would you know? We only knew each other when we were children.

Lakeyna: Forget it then

Scene shift to on deck with Skise and Lakeyna alone

Lakeyna: Thank you…Thank you for saving my life last night at the beach when Skine shot me.

Skise: Don’t want you to die so young and too soon in life.

Lakeyna: Your friends cared for me when they knew that I was one of their enemies

Skise: We’re not friends. I needed a place to eat and they took me when I was unconscious. I am a prisoner or Intel on the enemy.

Lakeyna: They are going to Ciriusein to beat the Shadow Empire,

Skise: Let them go

Lakeyna: They are going to kill our own people

Skise: That is not my problem they should of escaped when they had the chance

Lakeyna: Don’t you care that our own people is going to get killed

Skise: At least I choice who I want to kill then listen to somebody bound for world destruction

Lakeyna: Isn’t letting them going to the empire has a possibility they are going to kill most of them.

Skise: Well the few that survived will thank them for rescuing them from being controlled.

Lakeyna: You are so cold hearted sometimes.

Scene blackens and then shift to the bridge flashing red with the sirens going berserk.

Buddy: Incoming!

Brother: I can’t shake them!

Tidus: Is it the armada from Luca?

Buddy: No, it came from the direction of Ciriusein!

Tidus: Why didn’t we pick them up earlier?

Buddy: They are using some kind of cloaking device or some sort of stealth technology. I never knew they were there until they fired at us.

Tidus: How many ships?

Buddy: There are only three

Tidus: Cid went back already so we are on our own

Buddy: Incoming energy charged projectiles! Brace yourselves!

Scene shift back on deck with Lakeyna and Skise

Lakeyna: The Shadow Empire first defensive armada is attacking at the ship

Skise: Oh really… I guess I was asleep when the ship was shaking a lot

Lakeyna: Do you have to make fun of me?

Skise: If you make it easy but anyways I got to get this armada out of the way from this team of teenagers

Lakeyna: Aren’t you a teenager also and how are you going to take down three state of the art ships.

Skise: I show you something that I should of use when I was at Teego

Scene shift back on the bridge

Cloud: Brother, get as close you can get us, Vincent and I will jump on board.

Buddy: Are you crazy!

Brother: I’m going for it!

Tidus: I’ll go too

Wakka: Oh man, this can’t be happening now

Buddy: Why don’t we have any weapons?

Brother: Because Shinra spend it all of our money on his stupid inventions

Shinra: They are not stupid, it will prove valuable to us in the future and how was I suppose to know we were going up against an empire.

Back on deck outside of the ship the four appears standing near the door seeing Skise gather energy in his hands and use it to destroy the three ships easily.

Wakka: Whoa, uh, how…I mean, how did you do that, ya?

Tidus: (There is something like Cloud said that he is not telling us)

Skise: My master taught me it when I was training with him up in the mountains it called the Art of Mystic

Cloud: What the hell is Mystic. (It maybe has something to do with the Shadow Empire or Ciriusein all together)

Skise: Mystic is the term that my master said that its referred as high in strength and spiritual energy. It’s the power that I was taught and mastered. This was the reward for 14 years of training and the destruction of the place I once called home.

Lakeyna: Don’t worry Skise, we will get them for all who died that day and take my revenge with Skine.

Cloud: You used that Mystic technique that night when you and Skine was together

Skise: No, it’s a reaction of pure and negative Mystic energy, which reflects the soul of the person who wields it.

Vincent: Let’s go back inside. There isn’t anything to do right now.

Scene shift to the 3rd world with Squall and the others are in the Balamb Garden bridge heading towards Ciriusein.

Quistis: That huge continent suddenly appear on the radar with two smaller continents

Xu: We have reports that the biggest continent that suddenly appeared on our radar is the source where these clouds are at.

Selphie: The map of the world seems bigger then the last time I check

Quistis: Ever since these dark clouds covered the sky, for some reason the digital map of the whole wide world suddenly grew 4x times bigger.

Zell: What’s that continent right there

Xu: Let me see. From the information that the radar is given to me, that continent is called Spira.

Zell: What about that one?

Xu: Strange its not giving me any data about that one

Selphie: Which one we are headed to?

Quistis: Nida already set course to the biggest continent, which is called Ciriusein.

Selphie: Ciriusein sounds like a good name to named a place

Zell: I don’t know it…that name makes it seem foreign and mysterious

Rinoa enters from the elevator.

Quistis: How is Squall?

Rinoa: He hasn’t woken up yet…

Selphie: Cheer up Rinoa, he is too stubborn to leave your side

Rinoa: Thank you Selphie, but I’m more worry what happen before he pass out

Zell: What happened?

Rinoa: I don’t know all the details it seems somebody was talking to him through his mind. Like or an example, he kept on talking and yelling out loud to somebody that wasn’t there.

Quistis: I see…

Somebody comes up from the elevator

Xu: !

Zell: Huh?

Selphie: What?

Squall: Where are we going?

Quistis: Feeling better?

Squall: I’m fine, where are we going?

Nida: Sir, we are heading toward Ciriusein where we believe is the source of the dark clouds

Squall: Good, we need to bring this down soon or this world would be destroyed.

Rinoa: What are you talking about?

Squall: Round everybody up and meet me in the lounge.

Scene shift in the lounge about half of an hour later with the original group and some elite SeeD members.

Zell: So, what’s the deal with the clouds?

Squall: Don’t know quite yet but I think its how the worlds are connected

Selphie: Will the clouds pass?

Squall: No, the clouds are not the clouds that we usually know but these are extension of the new enemy that we must face. Lets just say that this is its aura or power that is trying to reach though out to taint the worlds with evil

Irvine: You do know a lot for some reason

Squall: The one who is doing all of this is telling me and he wants to test the abilities from each best fighter from the three worlds

Quistis: You are referring to the other two new continents that appeared on the map at the same time with Ciriusein

Squall: Yes

Zell: This is like one big nightmare

Selphie: I hate nightmares

Xu: Do you know why the person who is doing all of this wants to test the abilities of the best from the three worlds?

Squall: It wants to see the planet try to struggle for survival when there is no chance of winning

Scene switch to the dissolute continent Ciriusein, it is mostly pitch black under the living darks. The ship Celsius appears landed near the destroyed coast city Teego. A scene shows the people walking through the city until Skise and Lakeyna split up from the group but suddenly Shadow Zombies rise up from the ground now overpopulating the city and the lands around it.

Lakeyna: [To Skise] The Shadows are using the dead of our people as soldiers for their empire

Rikku: What are these?

Paine: They seem to be dead people without pyroflies

Yuna: Look! Skise and Lakeyna are surrounded by them without any weapons

Paine: I bet that you want to help them

Tidus: No, they are fine, you should worried about yourselves

Wakka: You gotta at least stay alive to help others, you know

Tidus: Are you going to fight with that blitz ball again?

Wakka: You bet!

The five engage in countless battles against the zombies using powerful attacks. Cloud appears on the cliff showing off his skills against the two zombies near him. In his hands holds Skise’s weapon that he throws it to him.

Cloud: Skise!

Skise caught the sword

Skise: Sorry my people, I will always remember the good times that we spent together

Cloud runs off the cliff doing flips and lands on the bottom engaging in countless battles against the Zombies. Vincent suddenly joins the party using his duel shotguns.

Lakeyna: Why aren’t you attacking?

Skise: Wasted too much energy on those ships back there and I won’t do anything unless they attack first.

Lakeyna: If the time comes can you still fight

Skise: Only to defend you

Lakeyna: I can defend myself

Skise: You sure had grown up

Lakeyna: Just in case you needed a sparring partner when you came back.

Skise: Even if I used my power it won’t be enough to destroy all of them

Lakeyna: How many are there?

Skise: I don’t know, if it wasn’t pitch black out here I would give you an estimate.

Lakeyna: Only if I had my katanas

Skise: Huh (They finally going offensive)

The zombies close the gap that separates them and the two as Tidus and the others are now having difficulties since they are tired.

Rikku: Now they are attacking at us.

Paine: If this continues much longer we won’t have the strength to even stand up!

Rikku: It’s too dark to see when they are attacking!

Yuna: We got to do our best, no matter what, for Luca! (Huh…I’m out of ammo)

Yuna drop her arms as the Zombies are coming towards her while Tidus try to save her but Vincent and Cloud appears.

Yuna: Thanks

Vincent gave Yuna some ammo

Cloud: No problem, we’re a team

Yuna: Yeah!

Cloud charges through the zombies with Vincent and Yuna back to back shooting. Suddenly Vincent reaches his limit breaker and transformed to Chaos. Cloud and Tidus are together slicing the zombies and teaming up on several. Two new powerful zombies appear and both of them reach their limit breaker.

Cloud: OmniSlash

Tidus: Blitz Ace

Cloud and Tidus combine their limit breaker to become a Limit Breaker Combo and with the two new zombies defeat the zombies sink to the ground and they are left alone once again in the dark city.

Cloud: [To Skise What the hell was that about?

Tidus: It was almost seemed like we just fought a mini war and we barely came out of it alive

Skise: I don’t know why this has happen and this just wants me to destroy the source even more.

Rikku: I didn’t think I was going to live thought that.

Paine: If this is how each battle here is like then this is out of our league

Yuna: Don’t say that Paine, its not like you

Paine: Sorry Yuna, but for the first time in my life that was a bit much

Vincent: I would go another round but I don’t know how long I will last

Wakka: …

Tidus: We must get back to the ship before those things are coming back

Skise: It won’t help

Suddenly the zombies rise back to the ground but with bone armor and weapons.

Rikku: No more! No more!

Cloud: My body feels like it can’t go on any more, but I’ll do what ever it takes to get to the empire.

Tidus: I’m with you Cloud, I take my stand here, and we have to go through this to get to the empire.

Cloud and Tidus begins charging the zombies together but suddenly a blast from above impact the ground at the zombies exploding on impact. A giant structure appear firing dozen upon dozen of lasers at the ground demolishing the surrounding area. At the end, the structure lands in front of them and a brown hair male appears stepping out.

Squall: The name is Squall, Squall Leonhart.

Cloud: Cloud Strife

Tidus: Tidus

Skise: Skise Makato

Rikku: Whoa oh, that was cool of what you did Mr. Leonhart.

Squall: Just Squall is fine and follows me please; we must get inside before anything else happens out here

Squall exits but Quistis appears

Quistis: [To Squall’s back] Acting like a leader to a group of strangers, already. [To everyone] It would be graceful if you nine can come inside; we have lots to discuss about certain topics if you seem interested.

Yuna: Yeah, sure, we can come in

Scene blackens and fade in with everyone sitting at a table

Squall: So we are fighting against an enemy called the Shadow Empire

Cloud: Yes

Yuna: We must go to the empire to save our world

Squall: We have information that in couple of hours all 4 worlds would be completely covered in those clouds

Quistis: And when that happens, this world will change into hell, those things will be running free and destroying every single life form on this planet. Once this thing destroys all life in the worlds then he will destroy the planet

Cloud: How do you know all of that?

Squall: You wouldn’t believe me but the one who is behind all of this is telling me every time to provoke us to come to him.

Cloud: I believe you; the thing is also telling me stuff

Tidus: And me

Quistis: I guess that you two are from those two other small continents

Tidus: We are from Spira

Cloud: Mine is the other

Xu: Then Squall, Tidus, and Cloud are the best from the three worlds

Squall: But I still don’t know why it chose me or us

Vincent: I believe that he chose us because we saved the world once

Yuna: Then we must stop this thing before it’s too late if we were suppose to stop it

Lakeyna: [Whisper to Skise] They sure do talk a lot among themselves.

Skise: [Whisper to Lakeyna] I try to stay out of it and if we stayed here we are bound to be spotted by 2nd fleet of the defensive armada.

Squall: [To Skise] Hey you!

Skise: [Falls from seat] Yeah, What is it? [Gets back on]

Squall: You’re a native here why don’t you tell us how to stop this thing

Skise: Well, you could go to the empire and defeat this thing. I never been to the empire anyways and I was in prison on the flagship of the armada heading out of the continent, so I don’t know much about it.

Squall: What about you, Lakeyna?

Lakeyna: The only thing I know is that the empire is heavily guarded by its last defensive armadas and defense turrets. The only possible way to get inside without detection is to capture one of their ships and take it inside. Then the ship has to go halfway in the empire to land, so you guys will only have to walk the rest of the way to get to the center.

Squall: Then that’s the plan for right now

Zell: Where do we find a shadow ship?

Quistis: Our radar just pick up one ship that landed 40 minutes ago, its hiding behind some rocks

Tidus: Let’s get ourselves a ship

Everyone left the room except Skise and Lakeyna.

Skise: Strange I never though that they would have a ship ready for them?

Lakeyna: I don’t think the emperor of the empire did that but I sure know that he already knew about it

Skise: Most likely

Lakeyna: Should we help them?

Skise: I don’t know how to pilot one of those ships

Lakeyna: I know

Skise: You do?

Scene blackens and fade in 10 minutes later with the 15 hiding behind some rocks

Squall: The ship is over there, we need to form groups and split up

Skise: I provide backup if anyone needs help

Lakeyna: I’m going inside, I’m the only one who knows how to operate it

Skise: Alright… I go in with Lakeyna

Cloud: Since its down there probably some patrol groups, Vincent and I will go in and set up a distraction

Tidus: Wakka and I will also go in for distraction

Yuna: The Gullwings is at your service and we will keep the boys out of trouble

Squall: I’ll stay here and guard the opening with Rinoa and Quistis

Irvine: So I’m stuck with these two…

Selphie: What’s wrong with us?

Zell: Why can’t I be with Quistis

Squall: Let’s head out now and get this done quickly as possible
