Love Hurts (Literally)
PROLOGUE
"Zechs! You can't do this! I love him!" I yelled.
"How can you love this…this creature?!" The `over me' hung in the air. That pissed me off.
"Because I can! I am a grown man! I can love who ever the hell I want!" I was becoming increasingly furious at his jealously. Zechs narrowed his pale blue eyes with cold fury.
"Just stay out of this, Wufei. It's between the vampire and me." He turned his attention back to Vincent. Vincent narrowed his eyes as well.
"Why can't you accept that he has chosen me over you?" Vincent said. He was taking little steps forward.
"You will only make it worse by trying to kill me." He was right and Zechs knew it but didn't care.
"Stay where you are! Move again and I will shoot." His hand was dreadfully still.
"What makes you think you can kill me with a simple bullet." Vincent began smiling but then frowned when Zechs smiled.
"That's where you are wrong. These bullets were specially made to bring you straight to Hell where you belong." He had an seemingly evil smile on his face that deepened my own frown.
"Zechs. Put the gun down and let's just talk about this. Vincent has done nothing to you. There is no reason for you to kill him." While he was looking at me, Vincent moved forward but Zechs saw him and fired.
"Noooo!" I screamed and everything seemed to go in slow motion as I ran in front of Vincent with speed I never thought I had. He gasped, eyes widening, and bloodstained tears started to fall down his face. I felt the bullet pierced my heart and my back arch as I fell against him. I took a sharp breath as if I couldn't breath. He held me as he slid to the wet ground, crying.
You are probably wondering how I got myself into this little predicament. Let me start from the beginning . . .
