The Beginning

"How could this be? Another civilization?……how?

I was walking off the dock from my search for him….I knew it would be impossible to find him, but instead I wasted my time, looking for someone who no longer existed, and now I come home empty handed and depressed.

"yuna I have something urgent to tell you" exclaimed Wakka "Shinra just called from the sphere it seems we're on a collision coarse with another planet

and they are declaring war! , ya"…..I had no idea how to react I'd just come back from a rather exhausting trip and now there's more to worry about, I just wanted to scream, how could he?!, he knew I was unhappy from my waste of time trip, but he had to tell me something that couldn't possibly be true. I just went to my hut ignoring Wakka and his rabble about war; I was tired, and angry……

"Paceo do you have any information on the other planet?"…Paceo…..yes that's my name but yet I don't recognize it , it seems weird to hear it, I have no idea how I got here, it seems I just fell from the sky 3 years ago, they say I told them my name was Paceo….but I don't remember anything about that day…or anything before that. "Yes corporal, this planet is called Spira, the population is unknown, but their fighting techniques are very similar…probably wont be much of a problem to go against." Spira…..for some reason I have a feeling I've heard that name before….but where? I'm so confused………

So basically this planet Earth plans to wipe us out before their recourses run out …..I still don't really understand how this came to be, it seems like yesterday me and my guardians had defeated Sin and brought the calm, but it feels like I've been away from him for a lifetime. "They've already done a scan of Spira, so they know what we are all about, obviously they've noticed that our planet has newly grown recourses" pondered Shinra "But its also very obvious that they are very much revolutionized in their weaponry and machina, if that even what they call it….AHEM…Yuna! are you listening? This could be the very last time we are able to sit here like this!!" exclaimed Shinra. "oh sorry I was just…thinking…" I said. I knew I sounded like I wasn't really interested and that I didn't care but I still had a lot on my mind, I could see Lulu giving me that scolding stare that I hated and I could see her little baby looking at me with those little cartoon eyes. I was still alittle sleepy, I hadn't slept for days…and I didn't wanna hear how I was gonna have to fight again for Spira…..no more fighting…….

I wonder if my parents miss me, if they even noticed I was gone…..or if they'd even cared. Damn them! If they did care they would have searched for me long ago! I could feel my anger pulsating through my vanes, and I could feel my sorrowful tears coming into my eyes as they did every night. "Paceo please report to the corporal's office as soon as possible there is an urgent meeting" boomed the intercom, "crap, now what?" it seemed all the corporal did was rely on my opinion ever since we discovered….Spira(what a soothing word)….and I was being summoned to his every beck and call. I reached the corporal's office and there he was just waiting to hear what I had to say, " ahh…Paceo there you are, I hope I wasn't disturbing you" said the corporal "no, not at all. I was pretty bored just sitting there doing nothing anyway" I lied. "good then you wouldn't mind forming a team to make the first move on Spira" the corporal calmly said, "already?? But we've only just discovered them, and besides shouldn't we be fair and give them a chance to find out alittle more about us??" I questioned, "No! we cant let them know ANYTHING for all we know they could be very revolutionized and may have a huge army, if we let them know were coming they will no doubt retaliate and wipe out the first ship we send, so just do as I asked". I didn't understand he asked me whether or not he was disturbing me and then he orders me to do something stupid……………I hate him…

"OH NO!! They're sending a battle ship!!" screamed Shinra "we must make ourselves an army, they'll probably sent their ship out to Bevelle, its a lot easier to see and they'll probably think there's more people, so ill go notify Bevelle before its too late!" then Shinra ran towards the door and bumped right into Wakka's belly.."Ouch…" Shinra said painfully "watch were your goin, ya" said Wakka,"why don't you watch were your walking FATTY!" exclaimed Shinra while kicking Wakka's legs..it was pretty funny and it got my mind off the war and everything else that had been bugging me lately, but then I went back to worrying….why had they already sent an army? Why can't we all just live in peace? Why does everyone have to fight?…so many questions that even Shinra cant answer.

Shinra came running down the stairs holding a sphere in his hands, "I'm receiving transmissions from one of the soldiers and the corporal….listen…" said Shinra while whispering…."we are now past they're ozone layer, and we are about to lock on target and attack, just give the exact coordinates of were you would like us to attack, corporal" said a familiar voice….."hmmm….this voice sounds familiar" said Wakka, "it almost sounds like Tidu-…" everyone looked at me, I heard it too, and it did sound like him….but I didn't want it to be….because that would mean we'd have to kill him, my heart broke just thinking about it…"I now have the coordinates, Paceo(I sighed in relief ,you will be attacking_______" then the sphere shorted out. And at that very moment we all heard a really loud BOOM, they weren't attacking Bevelle..they were attacking us!

Everybody scattered out of their huts not knowing what to do, all thinking that they were gonna die, but as soon as they came we had an army waiting for them. Out they all came hundreds and hundreds of them, a lot of people dying….I wasn't aloud to fight so I was put in the airship with Shinra and Lulu and all the other women, and their children, I couldn't stand it! I was crying, but I think everyone was crying. Then the albehd came with machina and backup soldiers and we were starting to win.

Soon most of them were dead and the wounded were captured and treated, I wasn't aloud to see any of the men who destroyed my home. But at night I snuck out to the jail cells and took a peek, what I saw made me cry….it must have been the man who sounded like Tidus, he looked a bit different and was very muscular but there was definitely a resemblance. I entered the jail to see who this man really was…………
