She’s Gone

In the game

Aeris died.

It’s fact,

she never came back.

And the story went on

while fan boys cried.

Wailing “why oh why?”

“Why oh why did Aeris die?”

It was sad,

when she first died.

Sephiroth’s masamune

ripping through her spine.

Yes indeed, this poem does rhyme.

I hated him

and loved him so.

He’s a badass don’t cha know.

But that’s beside the point

of this poems tale.

For Aeris died

and people still cry.

Why the hell

do you still cry?

During the eight time,

I was waiting for her to die.

To get on with it

and go straight to

ANOTHER Jenova boss fight.

Atleast she went out in glory.

Instead of it being bloody and gorey.

Oh wait, never mind...

She lost her hair tie!

No phoenix down

will revive her soul.

No matter how much

you scream and moan.

Or damn Sephiroth’s immortal soul.

If Cloud couldn’t save her

it’s the end of the line.

It’s a fact, she’s gone.

Get. Over. It.

We all liked Aeris

Yeah, she was great.

And being a fan

there’s nothing wrong with that.

Just do me a favor

keep all your poorly spelled poems

to yourself.

In the game

Aeris died

and she never came back.

For the love of Vincent

don’t dwell on that fact.
