“I can't believe mom is actually letting us stay out so late!”, Zack exclaims, almost skipping down the sidewalk.

“We are 16 now! She understands we need some independence for ourselves”, Jessie replies, “Hey Nicole!”

“Yeah? What is it Jessie?”

“Do you know who is putting the Memorial Concert on?”

“The WRO's commissioner; Reeve Tuesti. Why?”

“No reason, I was just curious”, Jessie responses.

“That explains why he isn't going to mom's get together…”, Zack says.

“I heard he's doing it for his daughter”, Nicole states.

“Reeve is a father?”, Zack gasps.

“Of course he is! Isn't she 19 years old or something”, Jessie comments.

“Yeah, she's 19!”, Nicole answers, “Hey we're here!”

“Ah Miss. Shinra, if you'll follow me. I'll lead you and your friends to your seats”, a WRO soldier greets, bowing to the three teens and extending his arm out to direct them to the door inside.

“Let me guess… you had your father request for tickets from Reeve himself, didn't you Nicole?”, Jessie asks, as they followed the man.

“I did…”, she replies, blushing in embarrassment, “But it was only a small favor in return for all the funding my father had given to the WRO the past 20 years”.

“So it was your father writing the checks for the WRO all these years…”, Zack whispers.

“Here are your seats”, the soldier says, stopping beside the front-row.

“Nicole…”

“Reeve chose the seats, not me or my father…”, Nicole protests in her defense.

“The commissioner herself requested the three of you to have the best seats in the house in thanks for your parents saving the world and for the help afterwards, Jessie and Zack Strife”, the man states, before walking away.

“Did you use our names in the request?”, Zack questions, as he sat down.

“No, I didn't…”, Nicole replies, as she sits down next to Zack.

“Then how did they know we were coming?”, Jessie asks, plopping down.

“I don't know, honestly…”, the younger teen protests.

“Are you three finding your seats comfortable?”, a female voice questions, to the left of them, causing them to look and see a young woman in her late teens with long black hair pulled up in a high-ponytail and hazel eyes peering through thin wire-framed glasses, and she stood at about 5'6”.

“The seats are fine…”, Jessie answers, slightly confused as the woman took the next empty seat beside her, “Who are you?”

“How could I have forgotten my manners? I'm Ruvie Tuesti; Reeve's daughter, I'm the one who picked your seats, Jessie, Zack, and Nicole”, she replies.

“But how…?”

“How do I know who you are? I'm not the head of the Technological Information Department of the WRO for nothing”, Ruvie laughingly states, quite proud of her position, “I also know the three of you are friends”.

“The Head of a Department at 19 years old!”, Zack exclaims.

“Actually, I became the Head at the age of 17”.

“Seventeen!”, Zack yells.

“Zack, calm down!”, Jessie hisses, as she shoves his head down, “Sorry Ruvie, he's slightly ADD”.

“It's alright, at least he's not ADHD, then you can never give him sugar without him bouncing off the walls”

“That's true…”

“Since you're the head of the Information Department, do you know who is performing tonight?”, Nicole asks.

“Of course, I do”.

“Who is performing?”

“I managed to schedule; Yoko Kuro”, Ruvie replies.

“Yoko Kuro!”, the three of them gasps.

“Yep!”, she smiles.

A man who appeared in his mid-50's with wrinkles that resembled laugh-lines and a few sliver-strands of hair mixed in with the black hairs of his thin mustache, beard, and shoulder-length hair, his dark brown eyes holding more energy in them than a man his age would. The man was the commissioner of the WRO; Reeve Tuesti, and Ruvie's father.

“Guests, my name is Reeve Tuesti, I'm the commissioner of the WRO, and I would like to thank you all for attending this 20th anniversary Memorial Concert”, Reeve greets in his rich baritone voice, “Without further adieu, I am pleased to introduce the wonderfully beautiful talents of Yoko Kuro!”

A young woman in her early 20's steps out wearing knee-length pastel-pink dress with long flowing sheer-sleeves connected to off-shoulder straps, simple white high-heel shoes donned her feet, her long mid-night black hair was elegantly pinned up in the back and her reddish-brown eyes sparkled in the lights, and she wore a simple black-gem necklace on a sliver-chain around her neck.

“Thank you Reeve”, Yoko says; her voice sounding like a silver-bell ringing, as she takes the microphone from Reeve's hand, “Welcome to the 20th Anniversary Meteor-Impact Memorial Concert. As you know half of the proceeds from the ticket-sales will go to support the WRO, while the other half goes the disaster-relief aids around the world. And I can say it is a pleasure to be invited to perform for the cause and remembrance of those we lost during Meteor-Impact”, she adds, then looks around for something, “It seems I can't find my violin…”, she nervously chuckles.

Suddenly, a little black and white humanoid-cat wearing a gold-crown on it's head comes out onto the stage carrying Yoko's violin in his hands, “Here it is, lass”, the cat says in a Scottish-accent, as he holds the instrument up to her.

“Dad…”, Ruvie groans, planting her face into the palm of her hand.

“Thank you, Cait Sith…”, Yoko says, as she crouched down to take the violin from the robotic-cat, “It seems the commissioner has a good sense of humor”, she laughs, putting the microphone into it's stand and brings the violin into position, “This song is in dedication to those who had died…”, she adds, beginning to play her violin.

The audience raises to their feet in a standing ovation as Yoko bows, accepting the praise.

“This next song is another one I'd like to dedicate to the loved ones lost and the ones they had left behind…”, she says, putting her violin down onto a stool and takes the microphone back into her hands.

“Bravo performance, let's hear it for Miss. Yoko Kuro!”, Reeve says, as he comes back onto the stage clapping, “I'm sure you'd all like to hear more, but Yoko needs to momentarily take a break and she'll return to perform!”, he states, as Yoko gracefully walks off the stage.

“I can't believe you actually got Yoko Kuro for the concert!”, Jessie gasps, “Do you think you can get us back-stage after the concert to get her autograph, Ruvie?”

“Sure”, Ruvie smiles, “The reason I was able to get her to perform, is because I know her personally”.

“That is so cool!”, Nicole exclaims, clinging to Zack's arm.

“Let me guess, you were both knew each-other in high-school, right?”, Zack says.

“Bingo!”

“Hey, she's coming back on!”, Jessie and Nicole whisper, as they watch Yoko return back onto the stage.

Fake cherry-blossom petals fall from the rafters over the stage and images of the planet's natural-beauty shows on the monition behind Yoko as the music of the song began to play.

Neon lights
Warm the windy nights
While a scrap-yard kitten starts to cry
And the dust covered memories fill my eyes

Caught in dreams
With crystal streams
And I can't see where they're flowing to
But soon they'll end
Yes, soon the sun will rise

It's a phantom world
It's a phantom world
And it's fading in the night

It's a phantom world
No, there's nothing real
Soon the ghosts will fade out of sight

Rockets fly so far away
Through the gold fan of a sun ray
When they come back
All the ghosts of the past will be gone

It's a phantom world
It's a phantom world
Filled with misty shades of light

It's a phantom world
It's become unreal
See the ghostly shapes of the night

Rockets fly so far away
Through the pink clouds of a fall day
When they come back home
All the ghosts of the past will be gone

When they come back home
All the ghosts of the past will be gone…, she sings, but before the audience could raise to their feet to applauded, a sudden explosion rocks the stage and auditorium causing a chunk of the ceiling to fall and forces Yoko to dive out of the way before she was crushed by it's weight.

“What's going on…?”, Jessie shouts, keeping herself in a crouching position to prevent herself from falling over.

“I don't know!”, Ruvie yells over the noise.

-Meanwhile-
-Tifa's Bar; Seventh Heaven-

“What the hell is going on?”, Tifa yells, standing perplexed in front of the T.V. as did Cloud, Marlene, and Denzel; when he had gotten there, while Vincent sat in the dark-corner of the bar watching the T.V.

(A/N: Angsty-Bastard!)

The image on the screen would rock and fuzz from the disruption of the explosion, until the image finally stabilized and cleared. The adults could only gasp as they watch through the camera; where the teens had gone to, a lone woman slowly hover down through the hole in the ceiling and land onto the stage.

“It can't be…!”, Vincent gasps, getting up to stand among the other adults to stare at the T.V.

-Back at the Concert-Hall-

The woman bends over to pick up the microphone from where it had fallen, “Thank you…”, she says, brushing her waist-length silver hair back over her shoulder as she focused her emerald-green eyes onto the audience, “Good Evening world”, she coldly greets.

WRO soldiers quickly surround the stage with their guns drawn and aimed at the woman, while Yoko hurriedly crawls off the stage to safety.

“State your name and business!”, the soldier-commander orders.

“I'm looking for something that belongs to my father…”, she replies in a cold psychotic tome of voice, “My name is Sephanie Kaira. Though you won't recognize my name, my father's you would…”, she sadistically purrs.

“Then state your father's name!”, the commander orders, keeping his weapon aimed at her.

“My father's name is…”, she manically laughs, “…Sephiroth!”

DemonGirl-Setsuna: Well? What did you think? Please review!

Is it just me, or is the `Insanity-Gene' hereditary?

Let's see: Hojo was insane. Sephiroth was insane. Sephanie is insane…

Nope, it's not just me.
It is genetic!
