Author's Note/Warning: Okay okay, this will be yet another yaoi (evil twin: you would be surprised as to what that translates into ^^). In fact, it is not an FF7 yaoi ^^ (evil twin: wow, what a switch.) However, it is something I have always wanted to write (evil twin: oh, boy here she goes again). Anyway, if you have problems with homosexual relationships I do not want you reading this fic. The same goes for if you are under seventeen years of age as this does involve yaoi/shonen-ai tendencies. There, you have been warned. If you are still here after reading this mad rambling/rant then read and review. Thank you very much! J And ignore my evil twin, he doesn't know what he's talking about ^^ (evil twin: …whatever.)

It is not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog - Eisenhower (I think…?)

"I can't stand your bad attitude anymore!" Rinoa Heartily nearly screamed at a very surprised Squall Leonhart. "You're always so quiet and detached from me, I don't understand. You were finally opening up to me and then you regressed into your former self." She screamed this time in tears.

Squall stood there, his chocolate coloured hair falling into his eyes, remaining silent. He knew what was going to happen next. He had seen it happen with Irvine and Selphie. A long argument would ensue and then the guy is slapped across the side of the face and the girlfriend breaks up with him. His moonstone-blue eyes took on a cold, steely glint to them. Rinoa had already slapped him once this morning about this very same topic. His left cheek was deep rosy red from that excursion. She had run off to cry in her room inside of Balamb Garden and the stoic SeeD leader had followed to see what was wrong this time. His intentions were good, but the outcome had been all wrong. That was how the argument had ensued.

"Aren't you going to say anything?!" she shrieked.

"…Nothing I say will change your mind." He replied coolly. "Why don't you just get it over with?"

Tears stung at his eyes as Rinoa slapped him rather hard in the exact same place as earlier. However, it was not tears that streamed down his pale, creamy face and high cheekbones but rather a small trickle of blood that ran down his face instead. Still he stood there, staring Rinoa straight in the eyes with a pained look in his stormy eyes. He turned his back on the sorceress, black leather pants rustling as he walked toward the door. He saw his ring on the table and swiped it from the cluttered workstation. Smoothing the wrinkles out of his white shirt and bomber jacket, Squall stuffed the ring in his pocket. "…Goodbye, Rinoa. I hope you find someone that you can be happy with."

That was that, not another word was exchanged between the two of them as Rinoa left three days later to return to Timber to be with her real friends.

A week passed and an assignment to Dollet came up, but Squall was too late to accept the mission as his friend had beaten him to it. Squall was bored and not having anything better to do, he trained in the Training Center. He trained hard everyday for two weeks until he nearly collapsed from exhaustion. Thankfully, some of the SeeD cadets had been training that day that he nearly did and rushed him to Dr. Kadowaki. Stripped of his pride, Squall layed there on the crisp white linen of the Garden's infirmary in a half-doze until Matron, the woman who had raised him, came to collect exhausted Gunblade specialist.

"Will he be all right?" Edea asked in a hushed tone as Squall looked to be asleep.

"He needs a vacation, that's all. He is working himself too hard and something is bothering him. He won't tell me what it is however." The older woman replied.

"Rinoa left a few days ago and he has been quite depressed since their breakup that is what is bothering him. Quistis informed me a few days ago of their intense argument." Edea told the doctor.

"I see." Dr. Kadowaki murmured.

Squall did not hear the rest of their conversation as he fell into a deep, dreamless sleep.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~

After a few days of rest, Squall had been ordered by his adoptive parents to take a vacation as he had had so much on his mind in the week or so. There was one problem; he could not decide where to go. He knew that if he did not pick a destination soon that he would be sent somewhere uncomfortable, like to Esthar for example. It dawned upon him soon after to head toward Deling City, the Galbadian capital. No one knew he would be going there and he knew hardly anyone outside of the Garden.

It was decided. Squall would head to Deling City to rest and relax for a while, or at least until he got his mind off of Rinoa. He felt depressed and usually just slept a lot when he was. He had grabbed a small suitcase from Matron to pack his belongings in. Then he was on his way to the train station in Balamb. Squall got the private SeeD car to himself for the long trip to Deling City. He had brought along a small notebook and a pen so that he could write down what he was feeling. He wanted to feel better and Matron had suggested the idea to him. It made the SeeD leader feel better to know that he could get his pent up emotions out of himself and not have anyone else read about his emotional turmoil.

"Next stop, Deling City. Next stop, Deling City." The announcer's voice sounded over the intercom.

Squall had been writing one such journal entry when the train came to a halt. Squall closed the book to finish the entry later. He claimed his suitcase from the clerk who had brought it to him. "Thank you." He said as in gratitude.

"You're welcome. Enjoy your stay in Deling City." The clerk replied with a smile on his face.

Squall handed the man a bill for his service and courtesy. He walked up toward the escalator and looked around at the large building in which he stood. Not much had changed from when he had first come here just over a year ago. The neon lights of the city were subdued or taken down completely. The new president had changed the city from an eyesore to a more respectable city. The trees bloomed in the balmy summer heat and the flowers in the plots on the streets emitted a lovely scent that Squall could not help but inhale. He felt more at peace at that moment than at any other time in his young life. He walked down the steps of the train station and into the city. The amount of traffic had been reduced and the public used the public transportation more often. What had once been a neon nightmare was now a foliage paradise. The air was fresh and crisp with a touch of cooked fish in it. The sidewalks were clean and clear of debris, human and non-human alike. Squall walked down to the main level to catch the public transportation to the Galbadia Hotel where his father Laguna had once coveted to listen to Julia Heartily play the piano. Squall's eyes saddened a bit at the thought of the Heartily women and quickly set pace toward the Galbadia Hotel.

"Seifer, your rival is in town, ya know?" Raijin announced.

"IN TOWN?" Fujin asked her punching bag.

The black man nodded to the grey haired woman. "Squall is here and he looks likes he going to stay for awhile, ya know?"

"Alright. I'll go pay him a visit then." Seifer decided while rising from his desk in the presidential suite.

Fujin stepped in front of Seifer, her blue eyes concerned. "Are you sure about this? He still may be angry with you from what happened in the past." She cautioned in a hushed tone.

Seifer smiled, his green eyes softening. He ran a hand through his silky blond hair. "Nah, it's alright. Maybe something else brought him here. After I left garden, I only stayed in contact with Matron. Besides, she wrote me a letter saying that Squall was coming on a vacation and that she wanted me to show him around the town and to get him talk about his girlfriend problems."

Fujin shook her head hesitantly, eyeing the diagonal scar across her friend's face. "Are you sure you want to do this?" she pressed.

The former sorceress' knight smiled at her once again. His tanned skin seemed to glow in the mid-afternoon sun of the enjoyable August day. "It's alright. I need to talk to Leonhart about many things anyway."

Weary from the trip, Squall checked into the Hotel and slept for a couple of hours before taking a shower and then settling back down to finish the journal entry he had left unfinished from the train. He was in the shower right now, feeling the strain of the pulled muscles from his overexertion's in the Training Centre. Letting the hot water run down his tired and aching body, Squall recessed into his thoughts. If Seifer saw me now, he'd probably laugh at me. I never thought that I could be so weak. Rinoa slapped me and I bled. It's been about three weeks since our breakup and I haven't heard a single word from her. Maybe its better this way… he thought to himself as he gasped in pain as his right leg gave out from underneath him. He grabbed the nearest instrument possible to prevent him from failing to the slippery surface of the shower stall. That just so happened to be a guardrail placed in for the elderly. He slowly massaged the sore calf that had given out and turned off the shower. Wrapping a towel around his mid-section, Squall heard a light rapping on the door to his hotel room. "Who is it?" he called out.

"I have a message for you Mr. Leonhart." A bellhop announced to him.

"Hold on a minute." He replied, crossing the lush carpeting of the hotel room to open the door. Upon opening the door, the bellhop handed Squall the note and quickly left the entrance to the room. Squall didn't pay him any mind as he undid the seal on the envelope. The handwriting on the note was familiar to him. The note said that Seifer wanted to meet him for dinner to discuss things of the past, present and future. It also said that the dinner would take place at the presidential palace at eight o'clock that same evening. "Guess I should get ready then."

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

The two men met at eight o'clock on the dot. Seifer greeted his old rival with the energy and charisma that most people only dreamed about. They two chatted for a few minutes about everything that had happened and agreed to no hard feelings against each other. The dinner served to them both was delicious. Squall couldn't remember the last time he had eaten so well.

"So Squall, you been doing all right?" Seifer asked conversationally.

"Not really…" Squall said quietly, not feeling like talking because his sore muscles were acting up again.

Seifer looked at the smaller man with concern speaking volumes where he could not. "Are you alright?"

Squall winced in pain. "I trained a little too hard in the Training Centre a few days ago and now I'm really paying for it." He explained as he rubbed his forearm.

"Well, if you want, there is a Jacuzzi out back that you're more than welcome to use right now." Seifer offered.

Squall tried to stand up but his legs gave out from underneath him. "I don't think I can walk very well right now. Do you think you could help me out back?"

Seifer rose from his chair and strode the length of the hall to where Squall was sitting. Swinging the paler man's arms around his neck, Seifer picked up Squall in his strong arms and carried him to the Jacuzzi. Sitting him down on the stool, Seifer started removing the leather pants that Squall was wearing. As Squall painfully started to remove the many belts that he wore with his pants. After the belts had been removed, the pants slid off easily. Squall's boxer shorts were the next article to be removed, to which Seifer started at with intensity. Squall had left the black leather bomber jacket at the door. His necklace with the Griever emblem on it came off next as Seifer tossed it on a table with loud thud. Seifer then gently removed the white t-shirt to which Squall was wearing. Squall sat before Seifer, completely naked and shivering in the now cold wind. Seifer picked him up and placed him in the hot waters of the Jacuzzi. Squall moaned as the hot water soothed his sore body. Seifer removed his clothing and climbed into the Jacuzzi next to Squall.

"How does it feel?" Seifer asked.

Squall moaned at the ease of pain in his body in response to Seifer's question. His eyes rolled back in his head at the relief and he leaned against Seifer to make sure that he wouldn't fall into the hot water. Seifer gently kissed Squall on the cheek as he almost fell asleep in the soothing water. Squall opened his eyes far enough to see Seifer kissing him and he returned the compliment before closing his eyes again.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Their lovemaking lasted for hours. Seifer had wrapped Squall in his soft, beige coloured trench coat and carried him to his bedroom. The room was warm and lighted with soft candlelight. As Squall shivered inside the trench coat, Seifer quickened his pace to the large bed and removed the trench coat from around his dripping naked form. Seifer placed Squall on the bed into which he sank willingly. The bed was soft and draped in warm quilts. Chocolate coloured hair draped over his moonstone-blue eyes and angular scar. The bruise from the double slapping of Rinoa had healed quickly but still stung to the human touch. Seifer had climbed into the bed and stared down at Squall from above. "Did I ever tell you how much you look like an angel when you're like this?"

Squall's eyes opened anew and looked up at the taller blond man lovingly. "I have loved you since the first time I saw you at the orphanage. You were the only one who ever showed that they cared about me back then."

Seifer leaned on top of Squall, passionately kissing him. Squall leaned into the kiss, his tongue entering Seifer's mouth, tasting him. Seifer moaned as he found his rival's member and began to rub it with his hand. He kissed Squall's flat, firm stomach muscles and watched as his love began to squirm under the other's firm body. It did not take long for Squall to come under Seifer's experienced hands. Squall raised himself from the bed and kissed Seifer's firm abdominal muscles, eventually reaching the man's arousal. He played with Seifer's arousal until it was fully erect.

He turned on Seifer suddenly, turning himself around to kiss his strong buttocks. Seifer turned back toward Squall's member as they engaged in a passionate sixty-nine. Squall matched blow for blow with Seifer on the battlefield but Seifer soon sped ahead of him. Squall arched his back and cried out in pleasure as he split his seed in Seifer's mouth. Squall had licked Seifer's balls to ensure the full amount of pleasure from them. Gasping in pain, Squall felt a finger enter his buttocks and start to explore his inside searching for a g-spot. Seifer found it quickly and made him cum a third time. "What about you Seifer?"

Seifer smiled at Squall with pleasure. "I thought you'd never ask." He growled deep in his throat as he pounced on top Squall and turned him onto his firm stomach. Squall tensed up as Seifer entered Squall from behind; he let out a strangled cry of pain as the engorged member engulfed his tight hole.

"Relax dear heart." Seifer breathed out to Squall.

Their hearts rushed inside their eardrums as the thrusting and moaning became more intense. Seifer thrust inside of Squall, hitting that g-spot every time. Their moans and cries turned into one as they found a common ground and began to thrust hard into each other. They continued for hours, switching positions every now and then to ensure comfort for both of them. They came at the same time, Seifer falling on top of Squall. The taller man nuzzled in close to Squall to keep him warm. Squall turned to his partner and draped in sweat and entangled limbs, looked up Seifer with a sleepy look on his face. "Stay with me always?"

Seifer looked at the smaller man with a pleased look on his face. He watched as Squall yawned one last time and fell asleep in his arms. "Always, my love; always."
