They finally reach Killa, but only to find misery. Upon their arrival a lady comes and informs them that the summoner Yuna must perform the dance for direction of the poor souls taken by Sin.

Everyone slowly made their way to what was left of the dock. Everyone was shocked at how much damage Sin did, to this little town. A person ran up to Yuna and asked, "Yuna, can you do the sending?" Yuna answered, "Yes, lead me to where they are." The lady nodded as she led them to the wide open area of the ocean. Under the water was the people that dies because of Sin. Tidus confused asked, "Lulu, what is the sending?" Lulu answered,"It is the summoner's job to direct the dead to the farplanes, without direction they have no where to go." Tidus nodded as he gaze towards Yuna. Suddenly the Valefor faith appeared. She said, "Blackthorn, you must dance with Yuna. Your a a summoner too now." Blackthorn looked at Yuna and then at Lulu. Lulu kept her gaze at Yuna. Blackthorn nodded as she walked out to where Yuna was. Lulu asked, "Honey, what are you doing?" Blackthorn answered,"My job, what esle?" She looked at Yuna and said, "I'll follow you. I think somehow I know the dance." Yuna nodded as the Valefor faith started to sing the hym. Each movement of Yuna and Blackthorn's were the same as they moved with slowm gestures. Tidus felt sad as he watched them dance. He found it beauitful, but the more he watched the more sadness washed over him. The red flame turned blue as they danced. Tidus was now hopeing that once that they get ride of Sin that Yuna wouldn't have to dance anymore. Once they were done. Yuna and Blackthorn walked back. Yuna asked, "How did I do?" Lulu replied, "You did fine. You too Blackthorn." She nodded as she looked back in the direction of where the faith used to be. The dance was over and now they would jounery to the next temple. They would travel in the moring.
