The Wedding

Prologue

Akito and tohru wanted a memorable wedding (yes people they are getting married) one they can tell their children.

The first time sparks started up between them was after news eve of the year Tohru graduated from high school. Akito was generous to invite tohru to the zodiac party. She was so excited she wore a pretty black knee-high dress with a tie up buckle at the front. She walked all the way there with a huge smile on her face. Shigure, yuki and kyo were afraid her face might get stuck like that because she wouldn't stop smiling. She absolutely loved the hall were the party was being held. It was decorated in zodiac animals and each had it's own colour.

Shigure and Aya were singing and laughing while drinking sake, while hatori just stood there sighing `what idiots'

Momiji must of had too much sugar because he was bouncing around that he tripped a man who fell in the punch bowl

Poor Ritsu, he looked like statue because he was curtain that if he didn't move he would trip himself or anyone else over and make a scene

Haru, kisa, and Hiro were sitting down eating and laughing at something haru did with some cherry tomatoes

Yuki was trying not to look so bored, but he was unsuccessful because he was falling asleep

And Kyo was trying to run away from kagura's regular hello bashings. Although unsuccessful.

Tohru admired them all. They were all family to her. Brothers and sisters she never had. She turned around and spotted a veranda with a lovely garden, filled with lilies, gardenias and roses. She walked out on to it and smelled the flowers `how lovely' `they are aren't they' Tohru whirled around to find Akito sitting in the moonlight among the flowers

`I `m sorry to bother you, I just spotted the flowers and couldn't help myself'

He gave her soft chuckle, one Tohru had never heard before. It was warm and ….tender

`Its alright, I enjoy them also. They relax me. Come sit with me' Akito said patting a pot next to him

`Sure' she gave him one of her warmest smiles. For some reason she didn't feel afraid because he almost looked peaceful. She sat next to him and they both watched the stars together

From then on they spent time together, getting closer, even his health started improving. The other sohmas were a bit skeptical about this but they soon realized that akito was become more gentle, more peaceful. Because of the love tohru showed to akito, the more he began to change. That change was the breakthrough to break the sohma curse. And akito soon realized he loved tohru, very deeply

Now that Akito was free, he could love tohru and be with her. The night of Tohru's birthday (I year after their first moment at new years eve) Akito took Tohru to her favorite spot where they first watched the stars together. He stared down at tohru where the moonlight sweeps across her features.

`You've changed me so much. Since the time you came to me and asked if you could stay with my cousins. Then you spotted me in the gardens, I didn't want you to be afraid of me so I asked if you would sit with me, I was expecting you to be afraid but you weren't. You sat with me and from that moment on it has been a blessing. Tohru I don't think I could ever give you up, not after having you for this long'

Tohru looked up at Akito where he could see the stars in her eyes and she could she the moonlight make a hallo of light around his dark blue hair. He crushed her against him.

`Tohru will you marry me' Tohru looking up at him, smiled a radiant smile. She got up on her tiptoes and kissed him with all her passion. He sent one back, which equaled hers. When they separated Akito said `I take that as a yes'

From that moment on they were as one

`Your what' Said Arisa surprised and happy at this news. She couldn't believe it. Her dearest friend is getting married. She took a quick glance at saki to find her nearly in tears. Sweetdrop

`I am getting married to Akito in one month. I would be so happy if you could be there as my brides maids'

`Yes it would be nice to have you their. We want a memorable wedding'

`Oh tohru we would love to'

`Wouldn't miss it for the world' said saki trying not to cry

Arisa and saki both enveloped tohru into a bear hug

`Guys I can't breath' `oh sorry' Arisa but her hand behind her head and started laughing

`Its okay, I am just glad I have you guys' tohru said to her best friends who in return just smiled at the dearest friend who in truth was like a sister to them.

As Arisa and Saki walked out of the sohma estate Arisa came up with a thought

`Akito said he wants a memorable wedding' Arisa said slyly

`Yeah, what of it, Saki turned around and eyed her friend

`Lets make it one tohru or akito wont forget

`What are you planning'?

`I think its time we called `the gang'
