-----After School-----

"Hey ready for practice?" Kyohei asked as he walked over.

"Yeah! I've already said good bye to everyone. Let's go!" I said grabbing my bag containing my racket and clothes. We walked to the lockers and went into our sex's changing room. While I changed a lot of girls introduced themselves and congratulated me on my position. One particular girl walked up to me and sized me up but smiled sweetly.

"Hello, I'm Noi Takurusa! Nice to meet you! I was the captain but you truly deserve the position. My brother's Kyohei. I haven't seen anyone beat my brother yet!" She said and gave me wink.

"Hello, I'm Tak..." I started but then was stopped when she started talking again.

"I know who you are! You're Takuma Koshida, Sophomore Transfer Student, and dating Kyo Sohma." Again she gave me a wink. I had a look of bafflement on my face. "My little brother couldn't stop talking about you last night! I haven't seen him so intrigued." I finished getting ready and we walked out together. We found Kyohei waiting outside the men's locker room. He saw us and then looked at his sister.

"Noi?" He asked baffled.

"Hello, Kyohei." She said amused. He had a confused expression on. "Oh, don't worry I was just introducing myself." We saw him relax and then Noi surprised him, again. "And telling her how you couldn't shut up about her last night."

"Wh-what?! Tell me you're kidding?" He asked pleadingly.

"You never know you might have to ask Takuma herself." Noi teased as she walked away. He looked at me and I mouthed sorry. He just blushed and didn't say anything.

After a while into our practice, Kyohei took a break and drank some water. As he did so he watched Takuma play. 'Too, bad. I wish I could have her! Maybe I'll have a chance.' Kyohei said to himself.

"Hey, Kyohei!" Yelled another boy on the team. "Still staring at her, huh?" The boy grinned.

"Ah! You scared me!" Kyohei said trying to get off the subject. But of course it didn't work; the boy just grinned and walked away. 'I know I'm staring but I can't help it. She's just so amazing! She's great at tennis, sweet, stern, determined, considerate, sincere, and beautiful.' He thought. "I vow to make you mine." He whispered.

"Ah, little Kyohei going after someone else's girl? That's a first." Noi joined him. Kyohei just looked at her. "I can help you. I like this one. She's a very good choice." Noi winked. Kyohei's face lighted up and thanked his sister. "I've got a great idea."

+++Takuma's Point of View+++

I've been playing against one of the weaker players helping her get some swings and serves down. She wasn't doing to bad by the time Mrs. Misaki walked over and asked me to come with her. I said sure and asked one of the other top players to continue to work with the girl. "I was wondering if you were interested in coming to a Opening Season Tourniment. It happens every year. They hold this to see who this years toughest are. Some of the Scouts are going to be there too. I figured this would be the best way to get Scouts to look at you. Are you interested?" She paused to look at me. I nodded and she proceeded to tell me more. "Well, in order for you to go to any of the away Matches and Tournaments you have to have permission from a parent or guardian. That shouldn't be too hard, right!" She handed a form to me out of a folder by her chair. She smiled and walked away.

This is going to be a problem. Did they not tell her that I don't have anyone? They told me that when I transferred they'd tell every teacher that I would be in contact with. Well, looks like they missed one. 'Hmm, I can't have Ayame, Shigure, or Hatori sign it cause they're all Sohma's. Damn!' I screamed and stomped off to get a drink of water.

"Hey, Takuma!" Kyohei yelled as he ran up to walk next to me. "Hey, what's wrong?"

"Oh, it's nothing." I sighed.

"It's not nothing! Tell me."

"I-I'm just thinking about the homework we have today." I lied.

"But...Takuma we didn't get any homework." He said bluntly. 'Oh, damn I forgot.' "Please tell me."

"It's nothing." I said and walked faster. "I just want a drink of water."

"Grr!" Kyohei growled. "Just tell me what it is! It's not pleasing to see you angry!" Kyohei said as he grabbed both of my arms and made me face him.

"Ow! That hurts, Kyohei! Let go." I stared at him. He didn't back down.

"Ahem." A person cleared his throat. "Mistress, it has now been a week. Oh, and pardon me for my intrusion." Said the man and he bowed.

"Ah, Koki! I thought I'd never be so happy to see you!" I said as I removed shocked Kyohei's hands from my arms and walked to a gate in the fence. Koki again bowed and we walked together to a secluded area. "So how have you been?" I said starting the conversation politely.

"Fine. Yourself?" He asked all business like.

"Fine. You don't have to be so stiff, loosen up!" I said as I gave him a pat on the back.

"Well, I suppose the reason I'm so stiff is because I was sternly told that if you didn't agree to resign then me, my wife, and my newborn were going to be punished." He said sadly.

"I wouldn't doubt it. I feel so sorry for you. I know how it feels, but I also know how it feels to talk to the man that killed her parents." I said sternly.

"Ah...I was following orders." He said pleadingly knowing what my intensions were constricting. "Please! Please forgive me! It isn't my family's fault just mine so don't make them suffer!" He stated as he shook.

"Yeah well what do you think I went through? Huh? Do you know how hard it is?" I cried as tears welled up. "But...I wouldn't want your baby to suffer the way I had. I wouldn't even wish that on any of my enemies." I said sadly. Koki looked up at me thinking that he was safe.

"Mis-Mistress!" He yelled as I fell.

"D-Don't touch me! Don't touch me with those hands that are so drenched in my mother's and father's blood!" I cried.

"But....Even though you have my life in my hands you are still my Mistress. I am obliged to help you."

"Why are you saying that now why didn't you say that before you killed?! Why?" I asked. 'I think I would have had an easier time against Kyohei!'

"Back then I definitely didn't have any choice. They had my wife in a room with a knife to her throat." He said coolly.

"How can a family be so cross with it's own family?" He just shook his head and didn't say another word. "How can you stay in the family?" He again gave no answer but a shake of his head. We didn't look at each other for several minutes before I said, "I don't blame you for my parents' death but know this that when I get strong enough I'm coming after my own family! So when you hear my name ring through the halls in panic, take your family and run, if I find you I'll try and save you but I can not promise anything. So be ready." I said while clenching my fists. He looked at me but gave me a nod. "I, Takuma Christilen Sakura Koshida, resign my position to the next heir in line." I said definitely.

"Takuma Christilen Sakura Koshida. I, Koki Takursa Yuki Koshida, have witnessed your resignation." He bowed for the last time. I nodded. "I will forever remember the warning you have issued to me and my family in the future. I promise to tell no one." He smiled and then walked away.

"Good Bye and Good Luck, Koki!" I said as he left. I walked back to the courts snuck a quick drink and then returned to the games. After everyone played a 2 out of 3 game, matches I let them have a break. The guys had their break at the same time. I talked to Noi and then Kyohei walked over to join us.

We didn't really talk for a few moments but then Noi made a gesture to start talking. "Hey! I've got an idea why don't we all go see a movie! Just the three of us!" She said. Me and Kyohei was at shock by the sudden proposal to go to a movie but I shrugged and said why not.

"But what movie should we see?" Kyohei asked while he himself thought of a good one.

"Hmm." I thought. "What do you feel like? I mean as in a Comedy, Suspense, Horror, or Romance?"

"What about Suspense? 'Snakes on the Plane' is playing and it sounds like a good one!" Noi said. I smiled and thought about the preview to the movie. My backbone had a chill run through it. I don't mind Suspense movie's but Snakes where another thing, definitely if they were on the attack! 'But there will be a crowd full of people so it's not like I'm going to be alone watching it. And when I really get scared I'll just say I have to go to the bathroom! Yeah! All right bring it on!' I thought to myself.

"Yeah it sounds great!" I finally said and Kyohei just looked at me and agreed. We all decided on Friday to meet in front of the theater and walk in together to find three seats. At 6 o' clock. Now the hard part. Convincing Kyo to let her go. Ayame wouldn't be too hard to convince but Kyo was a little bit more possessive.

-----At Shigure's-----

"Dinner's ready!" I heard Tohru call from the kitchen. I was currently stationed on top of the roof thinking of a way to tell everyone about the movies. 'I mean jeeze! It's not that big of a deal! Is it?' I thought as I went to stand. When I reached the table everyone was already seated, I said I was sorry it took me so long to get here but they said it was no big deal. Tohru and Shigure talked about how their days went and what needed to be done still. I was suddenly pulled out of my thoughts when Kyo asked what was wrong with me. He stated the obvious; I hadn't eaten but three bites of my food. "Do you not like it? I could make you something else." Tohru said worried that she had displeased me.

"It's nothing." I said calmly and proceeded to think. Everyone was just watching me and I decided it was a better time than any if everyone had full attention on me. "Well, actually I'm going to see a movie on Friday with some friends." I could tell Kyo wasn't happy.

"Who with?" Kyo asked sternly. I looked at him and smiled and then laughed. 'I know I shouldn't laugh at him but it's nice that he cares so much. *Giggle*’ He didn't make a notion that he was bothered about the giggle but he was more interested with who I was going to the movie's with.

"Noi and Kyohei. Noi is Kyohei's older sister she's the one that said we should see a movie." I said.

Kyo looked at me through narrowed eyes. "I'm going too." He demanded.

I shook my head and said no. He asked why and I said that I wanted to spend some time with my other friends too. Everyone understood and dismissed it and said that it was good for me to hang out with more people. Kyo didn't say anything but 'Fine' with a huff and crossed his arms. I laughed and said thanks and finished off my meal.

Later, after supper was over I went upstairs to do some sketches. I finished two, one of a teddy bear leaned against a jewelry box and a butterfly perched on a blooming flower just outside my window, until Kyo knocked on the door and asked if he could come in. I got up and opened it up for him and then sat back down on the bed to search for a new subject to draw. Kyo just decided to perch himself against the window seal, one leg in an A form across the seal and the other leg hanging down below. His arm on the same side as the leg that was perched hung perfectly from the same leg. While the remaining arm hung loosely to the side. Kyo wasn't paying attention to me and was looking at a bird fly above in the vast sky. 'He's perfect!' I said to myself.

I started to sketch him I was half the way finished when he turned his head to me. "What are you doing?" He asked lazily.

I smiled and said. "I'm sketching a marvelous man." He grinned and turned back to watch the bird. I couldn't help but watched as his chest rose and descended as he took breathes that kept his marvelous body alive and his soul attached to this world. I quickly decided I'd better finish it, it would be a shame not to have this piece finished. After I was done, I got up and walked over to him and looked up expecting to see a bird or something in the sky. There wasn't even a cloud. 'What is he looking at?' I was an idiot not to realize he kept still and didn't move his body so that I could finish. "Thanks." I said.

He just turned towards me and smiled. "Do you mind if I see it?" I shook my head no and he got up and opened the book. It took him a short while to look for his page but as he looked he admired all the other sketches. Finally he reached his and looked at it. He noticed it was titled 'A Marvelous Man.’ He also realized it was the only one with a title, all the others were sketches. "This is great!" He said. I smiled and gently took the book, laid it down on the desk and came back to stand in front of Kyo. He was sitting like a regular teenager would. His back slightly slumped, legs apart, arms laid messy across his legs and his head cocked up to look at me.

"Come here." He said softly, as he stretched his arms out. I walked into his grasps and let him tug me closer. I wrapped my arms around his neck as he laid his head against my stomach. I was sort of confused by his actions. I was just standing straight up and had my hands laying around his neck. While he was leaning in with his arms wrapped all the way around me and clasped together in the back. Along with his head laying against me.

"Kyo?" I asked quietly worried by his behavior.

"I trust you. I'm just afraid something might happen. I'm not against you hanging out with anyone. You understand right, Takuma? I'm not trying to be so annoying." Kyo stated as if trying to beat himself up, for the way he was.

"Yes, Kyo, I understand. And besides..." I paused so he'd look up at me, "I only think of Kyohei as a friend. You and Ayame are the one's I truly love!" He smiled and nodded. "Good." He leaned back and brought me along with him so that I'd be leaning on him for support. Our heads were touching each other and we held each other's gaze. Kyo didn't make a move to advance so I went ahead. But when I barely brushed his lips when he pulled his mouth back but left our heads still touching. I gave him a bewildered look and he just gave me a teasing smile.

I was loosing my balance and fell onto him. He just pulled me up onto the bed. In an instant he was towering above me while I lay on my back. "U-Umm......K-Kyo?" I asked flustered.

"Yes?" He asked as he kissed my jaw line.

"W-What...ah...are you doing?" I asked as he nipped a playful bite on my throat.

"Just having a little bit of fun!" He grinned and continued to make my skin tingle. "Don't worry I'm not going to do That." Kyo stated as he saw the look of question upon my face. All he did was kiss my collar bone and gave me kisses upon the lips as breaks, for a few minutes. While we took a break to regain our mangled breathing while Kyo was positioned slightly on me and slightly onto the bed. (With clothes on!)

"My turn!" I whispered into his ear. I heard him moan and then started my own method of pleasure. I slowly removed his T-shirt and just threw it to the ground beside the bed. Then I got to work. As he took deep slow breathes, I admired him. My right hand traveled up his chest, where I had laid them after removing the shirt, to his hair. "I love this orange hair!" I said lovingly as I played with it. He smiled and lifted his own hand to play with a single strand of my hair that had fallen off my shoulder. Before he touched the strands I kissed his hand. He slowly put his hand down and let me toy with him. I decided to see how he reacted to the nibbling of the neck. As I started he let out a single gasp but that was all he allowed to give me. Until I figured out to lick the spot after giving it a little harder nibbles. I could tell he went crazy.

"I-I think w-we need to s-stop..." he said through breathes. I agreed and went to get some fresh air.

"It's so beautiful out!" I exclaimed. "We should go onto the roof tonight and sleep up there."

"Yeah okay." Kyo said as he gathered his shirt to put back on. "Might need a blanket."

"Yeah, you're right. Hmm...I'll take one from the extra pile. You go ahead." I said as I hurried out of the room. I went as fast as I could to gather all the stuff and proceeded up to the roof.

When I arrived on the roof, I tip toed over to him. He was currently lying on his back with both hands behind his head. ‘I wonder if he’s watching the stars.’ I thought. But when I got even closer I heard soft snores. I looked down and his eyes were closed. ‘He must have been worn out.’ Once I lay next to him I pulled the blanket over us and wiggled my way over to his side. I had wanted to do this my whole life! To sleep with the man I love and to be in his arms. The last part might not happen at this moment but it didn’t matter. As soon as I laid my head upon his chest along with my hand, he wrapped an arm around me and mumbled an “I love you.”

I blushed furiously and replied, “I love you, too, Kyo.” He snuggled closer to me and gave me a quick peck on the cheek and said good night.

-----Morning-----

“Where were you Takuma? I went to wake you up to tell you that breakfast was ready, but you weren’t there.” Tohru asked as she sat down at the table when all of us were seated.

“Oh….well I was up on the roof….last night.” I said a little self-conscious. Kyo looked at me, smiled, then went back to eating. Everyone looked at him but decided to ask me.

“So, Takuma, what happened last night?” Shigure elbowed me and grinned.

“Ah, n-nothing.” I blushed. ‘This isn’t fair why don’t you ask Kyo?!’

“Hello, anyone home?” Yelled a familiar voice from the front entrance. I smiled and got up to go to the entrance. I turned the corner and saw Ayame standing there.

“Hey, Ayame, great timing!” I sighed and showed him the way to the table. He sat down while I made him some tea. When I handed him his cup he smiled and said thank you. I sat down next to him and continued eating.

“So are you going to finish explaining?” Shigure asked as he looked at me. Ayame simply raised his eye brow at me and Kyo just smirked.

“Wait what are we explaining?” Ayame asked. I sighed again and no one came to my rescue. ‘Figures!’

“Well, I and Kyo…um…decided to sleep underneath the stars last night. But we didn’t do anything! I swear!” I said a little too quickly. When I looked at Kyo he was just smiling, like he wanted to hear more, like something like, they had done something.

“Oh, what a bummer!” Shigure exclaimed as he threw an arm to his forehead. ‘Drama Queen. Or should I say King? Ha ha’ I thought.
