<AN- I must apologize for the last chapter, it wasn't as I expected and I was in a rush to finish, so it was a mess. I will try to make this one better, but damn I'm in pain. Anyways, on with the next chapter, and my inspiration of happenings and music. Thank you for reviewing. >

Chapter 6.

In the mean time while Shigure was at the family house, Tohru, Yuki, and Kyo were all alone with the house to themselves. As ever it is a cool morning in the time of autumn and Tohru is in the kitchen of the house cleaning and cooking. She begins to hum to herself as she sets the clean rag on the table wiping it.

` I will keep this house clean and always help when I am needed, I will make Shigure proud.' Tohru thought smiling. ` After all, he didn't have to take me in and let me stay.'

Yuki had just woken up from the nights rest and was rubbing his eyes walking into the kitchen. He smelt the food that Tohru was preparing and his stomach grumbled. The aroma tickled his senses and he couldn't help but just smile a bit. He also noticed that she was humming and it was filling the room as if some heavenly angel had sung a chorus. He closed his eyes and moved in further into the room and stood beside Tohru.

"You sing so beautiful Miss. Honda, I never heard someone sing like you before." He said gently smiling looking at her.

"Oh uh…Yuki…um thank you so much." She replied smiling as well and blushing. "Um...breakfast is ready, would you like to eat now?"

"That would be nice Miss. Honda." Yuki said as he sat down in front of the table waiting for his meal.

She too had set out some food for herself and joined Yuki at the table. " Is Kyo awake? Is he hungry?" she asked.

"Kyo is fine, more than likely…hm…." Yuki closed his eyes and frowned closing his left fist tightly.

"Yuki what's wrong?" Tohru asked worryingly.

Yuki just raised his fist and flexed his arm tightly elbowing behind him. A loud "oomph" was said and Kyo appeared sitting back holding his stomach.

"Oh Kyo! Are you alright?!" Tohru asked moving beside him.

"Yeah I'm fine, damn Yuki."

"Don't sneak behind people, especially me!"

"What's it to you rat face?!"

"It is impolite."

"Yeah well impolite this." Kyo said as he flipped Yuki off grinning and chuckling.

"Uh…Yuki? Kyo?" Tohru stuttered getting up.

"How stupid."Yuki said looking at Kyo.

"Lets go! Right now! C'mon girly boy!"

But Yuki just sat there and closed his eyes folding his arms frowning. He then opened them and took a bite of his meal; he looked at Tohru and smiled speaking calm. "This is great Miss. Honda."

She smiled "Thanks." but Kyo was getting very agitated, he couldn't take it anymore, that Yuki was ignoring him! How could he do that, this pissed him off. Cat ears had popped out of his head steam arose from his hair and his eyes into slits. He quickly grabs a plate that is on the table and smashes it against it. The shards fly everywhere as Tohru gasped in shock and went to clean it up. In the process of cleaning it, she had cut herself on the hand and bled. Yuki stood up from his seat and kneeled by Tohru. "Miss. Honda are you alright?" He asked resting a hand on her wrist with the wound. He closed his eyes and got up slowly facing Kyo. Kyo was stunned at what he had done, he didn't mean too. Yuki swiftly raised his right hand and backhanded Kyos' face moving him to the side a bit.

Kyo did nothing, he felt ashamed, though he felt it was her fault too, why was she there? He deserved that slap he was idiotic to do something like that. He straightened up and started walk out of the house.

"Kyo, don't you want to eat?" Tohru asked getting up

"Leave me alone." He said as he disappeared out of the house.

Just then Shigure was arriving back home from his journey to the main house, he saw Kyo sitting on a rock in front of a pond and walked over to him. "Is something the matter Kyo?"

"Why is she here?"

"You mean Tohru, she is here, because I asked her to be here, she has no where to go, and I can not leave a woman in distress alone, it is not in my nature."

"Is that you talking Shigure? Or is it your dog perverted side."

"Well I wouldn't say, but what happened?"

"I hurt her, it was an accident, but in all the same I hurt her."

"Kyo, you need to control your anger." He rested a hand on his head. "Sometimes it is good to have a ripen peach, but sometimes it is bad to let is over ripen order to get a sweet flavor, to a unique taste you must be gentle. In other words, it is okay to be mad and express yourself, but sometimes over doing it can spoil the deserts."

"Leave me alone Shigure."

"Fine, but I think you should go talk to her, she is a sweet peach." With that said, Shigure turned around and headed for the house.

"I'm back! Yuki, the rest of my house better be okay! Ah…. Tohru, there you are, how are you doing?" He asked smiling at her.

She smiled and bowed. "Welcome back Shigure, and I am fine thank you, how was your trip?"

"Fine thank you, hello there Yuki."

"Hello Shigure." Yuki nodded.

Shigure and Yuki began to talk about the events of the days he was gone and what had been happening. Tohru excused herself from the conversation and decided to go search for Kyo for she was very worried. She slipped on a pair of slippers and opened the door going out into the cool crisp autumn noon. Outside was a mix or purple, blue, pink, and orange in the sky, it was beautiful, the wind was blowing and the leaves from the trees were waltzing in the sky. She walked over to Kyo and gently sat down next to Kyo.

"Kyo… are you alright? I'm sorry you got mad."

"…."

"The weather is nice huh? But it's cold. You know my mother said once, the more you hate someone, the more you are closer to him or her, and sometimes you want to be with him or her. She also said, forgive and forget. I forgive you Kyo, I know you didn't do anything wrong, so don't blame yourself, too be too hard on yourself, is not a great feeling, you know?" she smiled a bit and stared at the water. Kyo just sat there in silence doing nothing, but then he noticed she was shivering. He took off his coat and placed it on her. He then got up and began to walk. "Thank you Tohru."

She just sat there wide eyed and then smiled warmly blushing holding onto the coat tightly. `You're welcome Kyo.'

Shigure stood on the porch from the house with his arms folded smirking at what happened. Kyo is finally now accepting Tohru, and maybe it will be more peaceful.

"What is it Shigure?" Yuki asked.

"Just a beautiful sight tonight." He said turning around to face Yuki smiling. Yuki just looked at him blinking a bit and smiled a bit.

"I'm sure it is."
