“Where are we going?” Menna asked all of a sudden looking around remembering this isn't the way to Tohru's grandfathers. “I moved remember?” she said. Menna stopped all of a sudden forgetting about Shigure. “What's wrong?” Momiji asked, Menna stood there looking scared. “Are you feeling ok?” Tohru asked, “I'm fine…” She answered quickly.

(Menna's Point of view)

Oh no, if I go he'll know who I am and I'll have to go home. And worse my brother's death and Akito would want to know why I ran off. But if I don't go I'll just keep running for the rest of my life and I'll never see Akito again or my mom. Ok… I've made my decision.

(Normal point of view)

 

“Hi, Shigure.” Menna said nervously and waved as they all walked inside a room. “Menna?” he said looking confused. Menna sighed as she put her hand down and sighed “Yes?” She answered. All eyes were on Menna after that.

*Flash Back*

“How many times can you be hurt like this?” Kimmi asked. “I'm used to it I mean it's nothing.” Menna said walking into Kimmi's room. “You don't have to go through it Kimmi, I don't want you to.” Menna said. “If I didn't want to be you I would've said so.” Kimmi said holding onto her arm. “I'm serious, Kimmi look there is some things that you don't know about me.” Menna said. “Menna enough, I want to help you ok? I'm sorry but I really want to and I don't care it's not fair that you have to suffer this kind of pain every single day.” Kimmi said then walked off.

*End of flash back*

 

“Mom I'm sorry.” Menna said as her mom yelled at her. “Do you even know what you've done?” Her mom asked. “Yes, I tried to tell her I really did.” Menna added. “I can't even stand to look at you.” Her mom said then walked away. Well she does have a lot to be mad at her about. “So is that why you jumped over me when I was running?” Momiji asked.

 

Menna didn't answer all she did was turn her head and look the other way. “I got to go home now.” She said finally after what seemed like forever. “So then… Kimmi.” Tohru said walking in Menna looked over to Tohru who was now crying. Menna turned her head, she didn't want to see her cry so she started to walk off. “Wait before you go.” Shigure said, Menna turned around and shot a death glare at him. “Come on.” Kyo said as he looked a little shocked at what you just did.

 

Menna and Kyo both walked outside, it was night now. “I… wanted to say.” Kyo started. “It wasn't exactly my fault, I just sort of acted before I thought about it. If I didn't do it he would've done it to me.” Menna said. “So what you still killed your own brother.” Kyo said. “Yeah sue me for it, press charges against me for two murders. My brothers' death and Kimmi's, surprising if I hadn't been thinking about that stupid jerk I wouldn't be here talking to you.” Menna cried.

 

Kyo watched her for a while as she cried. “I'm going home.” She said after awhile, Kyo hugged her “I'm always here for you.” Kyo said as he let her go. Menna started to ran off after he hugged her, but just as Kyo was about to walk inside she ran back over to him and hugged him. “Thanks Kyo I'll never forget that.” She said. “GET OFF OF ME!” He yelled.

 

*Flash back*

Kimmi was happily laughing “Oh ha-ha very funny.” Menna said as ice-cream dripped from her face. “It's not my fault you tripped.” Kimmi said still laughing, Kimmi had a cast on her left arm someone twisted her arm and she wouldn't tell who did it. “Oh yeah you think that's funny.” Menna said as she threw ice-cream at Kimmi. “Hey no fair.” Kimmi said laughing, Menna laughed too. “Now it's funny.” Menna said smiling as they continued to throw ice-cream at each other.
