Kyou and Yuki finished eating quickly, and made their way outside. Dressed in many layers of cold. Tohru offered to shovel, but Kyou and Yuki wouldn't let her. In the end, the three of them were outside shoveling.
By the time they had gotten outside, there was almost 3 feet of snow. It was amazing. It was the biggest blizzard they had ever seen. It was still coming down, yet, it looked as though it was beginning to slow down a bit.
"There's no use shoveling anymore!" Kyou said loudly as he put down his shovel. Sure, it was stopping, but where would they put all the snow they shoveled? There just wasn't enough room. They had been putting the snow in a pile near the street, but if they put anymore, it would collapse.
Yuki sighed. There was no use anymore.
"Honda-san, Kyou, come on. Let's get inside. There's nothing more we can do." Yuki said as he threw the shovel in the front yard, it seeped through a large pile of snow, unseen to a passerby.
"Ano. Are you sure Yuki-kun? Shouldn't we finish?" Tohru asked, starring at the large pile of snow.
"No Honda-san, it won't help much. Now let's get inside before either of us get's sick." Yuki said before making his way inside. It was indeed, very cold out. He didn't want to get sick, and he sure didn't want Tohru and Kyou to get sick.
Kyou watched Yuki. It was too soon. He didn't want to get locked up! He wanted to be with Yuki. They finally got along again, but it would be over to soon. In exactly one month, it would all be over.
"Kyou-kun. Are you ok?" Tohru asked. Kyou had been standing in the middle of the doorway, with a blank look upon his face.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
Today was March 31st, which meant there was only a little less then 2 months left. And Kyou knew it would fly by quickly, much to quickly for his liking.
Yuki sighed as the hot water in the bath tub touched his skin. A hot bath after being in the freezing cold felt nice. Very nice.
'We have to find someway to get Kyou out of being locked up.' Yuki thought to himself. Akito /had/ to have made some kind of deal right? Yeah, Kyou had told him that once! Kyou just never told him what the deal was.
"Kyou-kun? Are you ok?" Shigure asked.
"Why the hell is everyone asking me that?!" He was beginning to get annoyed. Of course he wasn't ok! He was actually beginning to get nervous, he hadn't thought of any sort of plan to get out of being locked up.
"Kyou?" A voice came from behind them. Kyou turned around to see Yuki standing there.
"Yeah?" Kyou replied.
"Shigure, can you get out? I need to talk to Kyou alone."
"Aww, but I want to listen." Shigure whined.
"Get out!" Both Yuki and Kyou yelled. Shigure looked at both of them quickly, before leaving the room and shutting it loudly behind them.
"What's wrong Yuki?" Kyou asked as Yuki sat down next to him. Kyou wrapped his arms around Yuki and pulled him close.
"Tell me what you have to do so you won't get locked up. Whatever it is, we can do it! It doesn't matter what it is! I don't care." Kyou pulled away from Yuki and turned in another direction.
"No. It's only going to hurt you." He replied sadly.
"I don't care! Tell me!"
Kyou sighed and hesitated. He could tell Yuki part of it. Right?
"I have to beat you before graduation." Kyou told him, not daring to say anymore.
Yuki looked at him in disbelief. That was it?! That was all that Kyou had to do?! Why was he so hesitant about it then?
"That's all?! Then I'll let you beat me!" Yuki told him, relieved it would be so easy, or so he thought,
"No." Kyou said, his decision final.
"But, Akito won't find out! I don't care if you beat me, we can do that quickly! I'll pretend that you knocked me out and-"
"No! In exchange for me not getting locked up, you have to move in back with him!" Kyou yelled out.
