Fruits Basket Outtakes Pt. 2

Haru: Speaking of pretty… [Hands Terri a bouquet of roses] For you.

Terri: Aww…Haru you're so sweet. [Leans up on her tiptoes and presses a kiss against his cheek] Thank you so much.

Kyo: [Bristles like an angry cat at the sight]

Momiji: [In a singsong voice] Kyo's jealous… Kyo's jealous…

Kyo: [walks over and picks Momiji up by his shirt collar] Shut your yap or I'm gonna…

Terri: [Walks up to Kyo and kisses him on the cheek too.]

Kyo: What the- [Drops Momiji and turns to look at Terri. A faint blush can be seen reddening his cheeks.] W-What you'd do that for?

Terri: Because I like to see you blush. It's cute.

Kyo: Aww…jeez Terri…. [Bows his head to hide the warmth creeping up into his face]

FB cast/crew: Awww…

Momiji: Kyo and Terri sitting in a tree k-i-s-s-i-n-g….

Kyo: [Bops Momiji on the head with his fist] That'll teach you to keep your mouth shut you little runt!

Momiji: [Cries] Waah… Kyo hit me.

Kyo: [Eyebrow twitches] I swear every time you open your mouth….

Terri: [clears her throat and laughs hesitantly] Heh… well anyway, thanks to the few people who reviewed and liked my first set of bloopers. I really appreciate it.

Aya: Of course a woman as beautiful and intelligent as you Terri deserves appreciation and praise. [Walks up from behind Terri and wraps a steady hand about her waist.]

Shigure: Hmm…yes I agree… [Sidles up beside Terri and also wraps an arm around her] …you deserve nothing less from anyone.

Terri: [blushes madly]

Kyo: [Growls deep in his throat]

Conan: [Laughs hesitantly] Let's move onto the funnies shall we?

Episode. 3

(The table scene that takes place after Kyo gives Tohru a little scare in the woods)

Shigure: So Kyo I heard you gave Tohru a little scare while you were prowling around last night. [In a singsong voice] Kyo's a stalker! Kyo's a stalker!

Kyo: You are so full of it!

Shigure: If by full you mean full Tohru's wonderful food cooking? Then yes, yes I am. [Undoes his kimono and pats his bare stomach.] Ahh… that's better.

Director: Cut! [Sighs] Honestly Shigure…

Shigure: [Acts spontaneously and grabs a nearby microphone and begins to sing] I'm too sexy for my clothes…too sexy for my clothes…too sexy yea! [Removes the rest of his kimono and begins to twirl it above his head]

[The entire FB cast begins to wolf whistle and break out into fits of hysterical laughter]

Conan: Psst… just so you know, Terri doesn't own that song either, so no suing ok?

Director: [Looks away from Shigure and sweatdrops anime-style] Dear lord…why me?

Episode 3

(Scene where Tohru and Yuki (who is in his cute rat form) are walking home. It begins to rain.)

Tohru: The weather didn't say a thing about rain. What's a day without surprises I guess….

[Mist forms and Yuki spontaneously turns back into his human form at which Tohru turns quickly away]

Yuki: [Holds his forehead in his hand] This isn't good. [Looks for his clothes, but they're nowhere to be found] Um…where are my clothes?

Director: Cut! [Hurriedly throws Yuki a robe] Ok… who took Yuki's clothes?

[Shigure and Aya can be seen whistling innocently off set]

Director: [Narrows her eyes at them] Shigure…Aya you two are really getting on my last nerve!

Yuki: Mine too. [Picks up a wooden baseball bat then turns toward the two]

Shigure and Aya: [Start to back away from a fuming Yuki] N-Now Yuki be reasonable…

Yuki: [Smiles darkly] Oh I'll be reasonable all right, right after I'm finished knocking you two senseless.

Shigure and Aya: Yikes!!!! [They begin to run away]

Yuki: [goes after them] Come back here. Take your beatings like men!

Director/ rest of FB crew: [Shakes their heads and sweatdrop]

Ep.3 (Same scene)

[Mist forms and Yuki transforms back into his human form. Tohru blushes and turns quickly away]

Yuki: [Stands up and holds his forehead in his hand] This isn't good…

[A stampede of Yuki fangirls can be heard approaching at an enormous speed]

Yuki: Oh no… [Quickly starts to dress, but is only able to get into his shirt before the fangirls close in on him]

Director: Cut! [Jumps into the fray dressed like a lion tamer. With a half dressed Yuki behind her, she pulls out her lion tamer's whip and cracks it loudly at the stampede of fangirls.] Back… back... I say.

[FB cast/crew bow their heads and sweatdrop]

Ep.4

(Scene where Kagura could be heard stampeding toward Shigure's house)

Tohru: What is that?

Shigure: Sounds like she's here early.

[Kyo can be seen looking frightened]

Tohru: Oh I didn't know you were expecting anyone…

[Kyo jumps up into the air and tries to run away]

Shigure: Ah…ah… not so fast Kyo.

Kyo: Let me go! There is no way in hell that you're keeping me here. [Continues to struggle until his jacket rips off and he's free]

Director: Cut! Uh…Kyo that is not part of the scene.

Kyo: Who gives a damn? [Turns away] On set or offset that Kagura girl is still dangerous to my health. She nearly put me in the intensive care unit the last time we were together.

Kagura: [In a happy singsong voice]Yoo hoo Kyo my love. Where are you?

Kyo: Ahhhhh! [Runs offset until there's nothing left in his stead except a white dust cloud]

Director: Rrrrright… [Sweatdrops anime-style]

Ep. 4 (Scene where Kyo comes back for the shirt Kagura was washing)

Kagura: Dry! Damn you!! [Wrings out Kyo's shirt only to rip it completely in half. Stops and looks at it.] Uh…

Kyo: [Looks frazzled] Tell me you just didn't do what I think you did!

Kagura: [Gets all googly-eyed] My love…

Kyo: My shirt! [Grabs his torn shirt from her and looks down at it] And I really liked this one too…

Kagura: I'm sorry darling… I promise I'll fix it right away… [Holds out a soaking red shirt] Here you can wear this one until then.

Kyo: [Looks over his shoulder at Kagura, clearly angry] It's soaking wet!

Kagura: But that's because I washed it for you.

Kyo: [Gets in Kagura's face] Is there anything of mine you didn't wash!

Kagura: Your pants…

Kyo: [Still in Kagura's face, still clearly angry] What am I suppose to do now ?! Go around half-naked?!

Kagura: [shrugs and smiles] Sure why not. You look good that way!

Director: Yea you do. Real good…Wait… I said that out loud didn't I? [Slaps a hand to her forehead] Oh my… Cut! [Raises her hands to cover her blushing face]

[As the entire FB cast laugh, Kyo can be seen turning beet red and dashing offset toward his dressing room]

Ep. 4 ( Scene where Tohru hears creaking up on the roof)

Tohru: [Looks up at the ceiling] Huh? [Finishes walking down the hall then walks outside to climb up the ladder and pop her head above the rooftop] Kyo?

Kyo: Zzzzzz…..

Tohru: [Climbs up on the roof and shakes him] Kyo? Kyo are you awake? Kyo?

Kyo: [Opens his eyes slowly at Tohru's shaking] T-Tohru? What the- Ahhh! [ Rolls off the roof]

Tohru: [pales] Oops I guess I shook him a little too hard…

Director: Cut! [Runs over and kneels down beside Kyo] Are you alright?

Kyo: [winces as he sits up] Oh yea… [holds his head] …Just peachy.

Yuki: [Hands him a peach]

[Director shakes her head lightly while the rest of the FB anime faint and fall over sideways.]

Yuki: [Blinks quietly] What? Was my joke really that bad?

Ep. 5 (Opening scene where Tohru explains to Kyo why she was staying with them in the first place and why she has to go back home to her grandfather's place)

Kyo: Ok…Enough already I get it…

Tohru: I'm sorry. I just thought… oh…

Shigure: Don't mind him. I think we caught him a little off-guard with the news is all… We've just witnessed a classic example of what I like to call "misdirected rage." I believe the technical term is "being an ass."

[A crewmember off stage neighs like a donkey]

Haru: [Smirks as he leans up against Terri's chair] If I'm not mistaken that would make you a jackass right Kyo?

Kyo: [Balls his hand into a tight fist] Ok that's it! You asked for it ya little brat!

[The two come face to face, ready to fight it out.]

Director: Cut! [Stands up] Um you two really shouldn't…

[Kyo and Haru begin to duke it out]

Director: [Hangs her head] Ah…forget it. [Goes back to her chair and pops some much needed aspirin into her mouth]

Ep. 5

(Scene where Tohru tells her grandfather how she never wanted to leave Yuki or Kyo or Shigure…)

Tohru: The truth of it is. I didn't want to leave them at all. I felt like I belonged there…. [Tohru holds a hand up to her eyes and cries] I wanted to stay in that house with Yuki and Kyo and Shigure… I wanted to stay.

Yuki: In that case…[Comes up from behind and stands beside her] Why not come home?

Tohru: [Takes one look at him and begins to laugh out loud] Yuki…what on earth are you wearing?

[Yuki looks down at his clothes only to find himself dressed like Inuyasha.]

Yuki: [Glowers] Need I ask who's responsible for this? [Looks towards Aya and Shigure who shake their heads in quick denial]

Kyo: [Holds Yuki's clothes up and laughs] Come and get em' rat-boy!

Director: Cut! [Watches with several sweatdrops as Yuki chases after Kyo who in turn is waving Yuki's clothes in the air.]

-Roll credits please… -

Terri: Ah!!! [Stretches her arms above her head] You know it felt really good writing those.

Kyo: I'm so glad for you. Now for the love of God could you please get off me..

Terri: [Looks down at him] What? You swear like I weigh a ton or something.

Kyo: [Glowers] It's not that damn it. It's just that I hurt my back when I fell off the roof earlier.

Terri: Oh yea. Sorry bout' that. [Gets off Kyo then helps him stand up]Kyo: Thanks…[Takes her hand but then trips over his feet and falls forward into her]

Terri: [Loses her footing] Oh no… [Begins to fall backward toward the floor]

Kyo: Terri! [Quickly wraps his arms around her and switches places with Terri moments before they hit the floor]

Terri: Oh Kyo… [Pushes herself up and looks down into his face] Are you all right?

Kyo: [Sighs] …Yea, fine.

Terri: [Tilts her head and smiles down at him] Thank you Kyo. [Leans forward and kisses him]

[Catcalls can be heard from the rest of the FB cast and crew]

Kyo: [Blushes like crazy] Aww…jeez did you really have to do that in front of everyone?

Terri: [Laughs] Yep… it's like I said before I love it when I can make you blush. I think it's just the cutest thing ever.

Kyo: Aww man… [Blush darkens]

Terri: [Smiles and hugs him]

Kyo: [Sighs and lets his head fall forward]

[Catcalls can be heard from the rest of the FB cast and crew]

Conan: [Cocks a half smile and shakes his head] Anyhoo stay tuned folks. Terri will be coming out with more Fruits Baskets soon. And oh keep those reviews coming.
