It had been a whole year since Kyo transformed into his origanal form, and a month after Akito annouced Kyo would have to be caged. Nothing seemed to change in the world of the Sohmas, and Tohru was still striving to break the curse.
Kyo: THAT'S IT YOU DAMN RAT! FIGHT! HERE AND NOW!
Yuki: Why do you have to always do this, you idoit.
Kyo: It's on now!
Tohru: Umm... K-Kyo?
Kyo: HIYA!
Kyo charges torward Yuki and threw a series of punches. Yuki, of course, blocked all of them. When Kyo threw the last punch, as he missed he found himself under Yuki. Yuki drop-kicked Kyo and Kyo fell to Shigure's floor with a bang.
Tohru: K-KYO!
Shigure: Why must you always attempt to destroy my house?!
Yuki: He's just a stubborn idoit. *walks away*
Kyo: D-damn rat..
Tohru knelt behind Kyo, slowly taking off his shirt.
Kyo: What the hell are you doing?!
Tohru: We have to clean your wound. See. Blood was leaking through you shirt.
Kyo blushed as Tohru rubbed a cotton ball on his bare back. There she was again, picking up the pieces of his shattered life. Healing his emotional scars. It was no wonder he loved her...
It was true. There was no more locking it away. He had completely fallen in love with Tohru Honda. She was a beautiful, kind, caring girl who actually understood and attempted to see Kyo.
Right now ,Kyo... I-I'm afraid of you.. but still... I want us to stay together-together.. always..
The only thing was that Kyo was to stubborn to admit his feelings. He felt like a idoit. Why couldn't he just say it? Why couldn't he just say he loved her?

It was a breezy, spring afternoon. The sun was shining.. the sky was clear.. the sakura trees were if full bloom. It was a heavenly bliss... except Kyo, Shigure, and Yuki just stayed cooped up in the house watching TV and complaining. (heh)
Kyo walked outside for his daily training. There was Tohru, sitting in the grass, making oragami animals. He gulped and tried to run away... but..
Tohru: Oh! Hi Kyo!
Damn, she found me out!
Kyo: So... what are you doing out here?
Tohru: I thought I'd make some oragami animals. Uo thought me a while back.. but..

Uo: See, you fold these pieces and form them, like this.
Tohru: Ohhh!! Your really good at this.
Uo: DONE! Now, can you tell me what this is shaped as?
Tohru: Hmm.. let's see. Isn't that Minami?
Uo nodded. Then she started tearing in to pieces, punching it, and burning it with her lighter.
Uo: Take that you stubborn bitch! MWAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA.
Tohru: ^^;;

Tohru dug into her pile of oragami figures. She pulled out one that looked like a deformed cat. She pushed in up aganist Kyo's face.
Tohru: Here Kyo! I made it for you.
Kyo blushed and slowly grabbed it. He looked at it blankly.
Kyo: You really suck at oragami, you know that. ^^
Tohru: Oh.. heh heh *blush*
Yuki: Ms.Honda! Is dinner ready yet?
Tohru: Oh, coming! See you later, Kyo. ^^
Kyo just stood there as Tohru quickly raced into the house. He clutched the oragami animal, slowly lowering his arm...
But... how does she feel about me?

Kyo layed himself down on the roof. He gazed at the stars that blanketed the night sky, the oragami animal clutched to his heart.
Damnit all. Why can't I just freakin tell her? Why can't I tell her I love her?!
Tohru: K-Kyo?
Kyo: WAH?!
Tohru: Umm...
Kyo: Why do you have to surprise me like that?!
Tohru: I-I'm sorry.. I wanted to tell you dinner was-
Just that moment, Tohru lost her grip and started falling. Kyo threw himself to the edge, and using his hand, caught her. He tightly gripped that soft, delicate hand. Tohru blushed as Kyo pulled her up.

Kyo: You really need to watch where your going! Your gonna end up killing yourself!
Tohru: Oh! I'm sorry.. I'm really sorry!
Kyo: *sigh* No... it's fine.
*There was a long silence between them.*
Tohru: The stars are very pretty tonight.
Kyo: Hmph. I guess...
Tohru: Mom said that stars were a way to count your blessings..
Kyo looked at her.
Tohru: She said each star presents a blessing to the person watching them. And she's right. Like the stars, I have many blessings to be thankful for.
Kyo looked up at the sky. He remembered himself as a child...

Young Kyo looked down. He started crying.

He sat down on the floor and stared at the moon, and cried again.

Tohru looked at his face. She knew he was dissapointed. She quickly grabbed his hand.

Tohru: C'mon. I made codfish*pulling out some bento boxes*, your favorite. We'll eat it near the stream. ^^
Tohru dragged his down the ladder and headed torward the forest. As she did that, Kyo smiled and blushed.
