AN: Hello I'm back… I'm sorry that I haven't posted in awhile my birthday came up so I had family over and all that good stuff than the worst happened my phone line went dead one day when I wanted to post it but now I can finally post. But than I started to study for finals but now I'm done with one of my finals just 6 left so I will be posting a lot faster now that it is summer break. I have decided to do the whole story in 3 different sections the first one will be about how everyone finds out and all that good stuff. The second story which will be a continue of this story will be about the ceremony and all that and the last one will be about what happened after the ceremony and about lifting the curse and all that. All together there will be about 30 chapters but I might end up cutting it or adding more if I see fit. Oh how many of you have seen Trigun??? I just got into it and I think it is really funny I also got Fushigi Yugi for my birthday so I have been watching that a lot. Do you think that they will ever make anymore episodes of Fruits Basket??? Because if there are 5 chapters in each manga and there are 14 mangas that would mean 70 chapters and each chapter is one episode that would make 70 episodes and if they cut some of them they can still make more of them because that is a lot of episodes to cut. Oh and remember this started out as a dream so it might get a little confusing so just email me at csikat2004@aol.com if it does and I will clear things up. The last chapter I almost posted Hatori saying " I heard you were knocked up" and it was supposed to say Knocked out so I am glad I found that before it was too late and everyone would have been so confused…. Oh I'm sorry I'll get to the story.

Chapter 5

*School Starts and the Secret is Out*

When Alex woke up in a strange bed next to Tohru she quickly got out of the bed trying not to wake Tohru. When she finally made it out of the bed she put on the uniform Tohru gave to her. The skirt fit fine, Tohru was right they were the same size. But after she put on the top she realized that it was too tight. ~ I guess I will have to get a bigger shirt when I get there it's going to be hard to breathe for a little bit.~ After she finished dressing she went to the bathroom. By the time Kyou got up at 5:30 she was all ready cooking breakfast. "Tohru what's for breakfast?" Kyou asked as he got the milk out of the fridge. "Well for one thing I am not Tohru and for breakfast I am making pancakes, bacon, and scrambled eggs." Alex said.

"What the hell is this crap" Kyou asked while drinking the milk from the carton. "It's one of the most popular breakfasts served in the United States and I thought that since I am eating what you guys eat you guys can try what I eat." Alex said flipping the last pancake. "Where the hell is the rice?" Kyou asked. "What do you mean where's the rice don't you only eat rice at lunch and dinner?" Alex asked as she got out the serving plates. "No we eat it all the time with every meal." Kyou said as he started to make rice. "Kyou will you teach me how to make rice." Alex asked. "Maybe later" Kyou said. "How was I supposed to know you eat rice it all the time and for breakfast" Alex said. "We still on for our fight later." Kyou asked. "Yeah we are and I am going to kick your ass." Alex said. "You kick my ass I don't think you can, you make me laugh." Kyou said. "Good morning Kyou and Alex, Alex you made breakfast." Tohru said as she came into the kitchen. "Yeah but I don't think you guys are gong to want to eat it. Alex said as a sad look appeared on her face. "Now don't be silly Alex I love pancakes." Shigure said as he sat down at the table. "You do that's weird I didn't know that people in Japan ate pancakes" Alex said. "Well they don't but I'm a novelist so I travel a lot and I have been to the United States a couple of times" Shigure told her.

"Ms. Van Garrett what kinds of foods are these" Yuki asked as he too sat down at the table. "Pancakes, eggs and bacon." Alex said. Kyou started to drink the milk out of the carton again. "Kyou would you please pour it into a glass." Alex said as she sat down. After they all were seated Shigure noticed Alex's shirt. "Alex your shirt look really uncomfortable, maybe one of the boys could let you borrow one of theirs until you can get one of your own." "Is it really that noticeable?" Alex asked. Shigure nodded. "Yuki, Kyou may I borrow one of your shirts." Alex asked. "Ms. Van Garrett if I had one clean I would let you wear it but like 10 minutes ago I spilled tooth paste on one of them and had to change my shirt and this is my last clean shirt." Yuki said looking embarrassed. "It's okay Yuki I'll be fine with the shirt that I have on." Alex said as she finished her breakfast. "You can wear one of mine," Kyou said "but when I get it back it better not smell like girl." Kyou went upstairs to get the shirt while Tohru and Alex did the dishes. "Shigure do you really think she is the chosen one? she doesn't seem to know anything about it" Yuki said. "I really thing it is her you can tell she acts just like Kyou." Shigure said.

"Here" Kyou said as he handed Alex his shirt. "Thanks" Alex said as she left to go to the bathroom. "Shot the buttons are gone" Alex said as she tried to button the shirt. "Kyou does she know there are no buttons on the shirt?" Tohru asked. "I forgot about that" Kyou said. "Hey Kyou don't forget about the fight." Alex said as she came back. (AN: its summer so she has the white shirt with of course the short blue skirt.) "Oh don't worry I didn't forget." Kyou said as he turned around to face her. Alex stood there with her arms crossed the shirt's opening made it hard to hide her tattoo. "What are you staring at" Alex said getting a little annoyed. "Nothing I was about to say wee need to start the fight soon because we leave for school in an hour." Kyou said trying to hide a blush. "Okay let's get this fight started" Alex said heading outside. ~I don't think I can fight her, but what kind of man would I be if I don't fight. ~ Kyou thought.

"Alex we need to leave now so we can make sure everything is ready for you to start school today." Shigure said putting on his shoes. "Sorry Kyou I guess we have to fight later" Alex said as she started to put on her shoes. "Tohru are you coming" Shigure asked. "Oh I'm coming sorry Shigure I was starting wash" Tohru said coming to the front door only stopping to put her shoes on. "Yuki, Kyou I want you to leave in an hour okay" Shigure told them. "Yeah whatever" Kyou said as he started to train in the front yard. Shigure and the girls started walk to the school. "Alex I can't wait until you meet my friends Uo and Hana they will be so happy to meet you" Tohru said. "They know about me" Alex asked. "No but when I tell them about you they will want to meet you" Tohru told her. "Cool" Alex said. "So what do we have left to do before you start school" Shigure asked. "Well I need a uniform top, to put the address to which I am staying at, pay for the school trip. Oh and tell them why my guardian is for the letters, report card ECT." Alex said. "Do you need any money for the trip" Shigure asked. "Oh no no no I have some money I'll have to get a job to pay for the rest" Alex said. ~She is so much like her sister isn't she~ Shigure thought. "Are you sure" Shigure asked. "Yeah I'm positive" Alex told him.

When they got to the school the student president jumped on Alex right away about her shirt. "A female student shouldn't be wearing a male's top" he said. "You're in a gang aren't you" "Why would you say that" Alex asked. "You have a tattoo, and tattoos are a sign of gangs" Taki said. (AN: I hope that's how you spell his name and the whole tattoo thing I just learned like 3 days ago on a Natural Geographic show called "Taboos" so I know that it's true…Oh enough of my babbling back to the story) "For one thing stop staring at my chest it's rude and second I'm not in a gang I've had these as long as I can remember" Alex said. "Ms. Van Garrett here is your shirt and your shoes" said the principal's secretary. "Thank you" Alex said. "Well I'll see you later Alex and Tohru" Shigure said. "Be safe Shigure" Tohru said as she waved to Shigure. "Ms. Van Garrett are you planning to go on the school trip" the secretary asked. "Yes I can pay for some of it now and after I get a job I can pay for the rest" Alex said "Much do I owe you?" "The total price is $300" the secretary said. "Well on me I have 53 dollars I can give you 50 right now because I need to get lunch" Alex told the secretary. "Okay I'll put you down for 50 dollars" the secretary replied. "Now you are gong to be in D-2 with your sister" she told them "now get to class" "Lets go Alex we'll go to your locker first so you can change your shoes. Than we'll go to the girl's locker room so you can put your shirt on" Tohru said as she opened her locker and switched her shoes. Than took Alex to her locker. "Now this is were you put your outside shoes in when you are in school and you're inside shoes when you're not in school." Tohru said. Alex changed her shoes and put them in to the locker. "Now off to the girls locker room" Tohru said as they walked over to the door which lead to the locker room.

"Hey Tohru" Uo called "Wait for us" "Hey Uo Hana how is you" Tohru asked as they caught up. "We're fine who is this girl with you" Uo asked. "Oh this is Alexandria Van Garrett AKA Serenity Li Honda, my twin sister" Tohru told them. "WHAT YOU HAVE A TWIN SISTER AND YOU DIDN'T TELL US" Uo said. "I didn't remember" Tohru said "Hey I'm Arisa Uotani (AN: I hope I got that right) call me Uo I knew your mom" Uo said. "Your electrical signals are very good, I'm Saki Hanajima call me Hana" Hana said. "So what class are you in" Uo asked. "I'm D-2" Alex responded. "So I guess this means you won't be going to my house anymore will you" Hana asked. "So your one of the Hanajima's I was supposed to go to last night I'm so sorry I didn't make it to your house last night I got lost" Alex said. "Your just like Tohru did you know that" Uo said. "Now lets get to class.

AN: Okay that was chapter 5 I will be posting chapter 6 either later today or tomorrow I have to finish typing it and it can take awhile to type it. Please review I want to know what you guys think and I think that the reviews help me write. Until next time BE SAFE.
