A/N: Love101: …You'll know it's me when there's song titles for the chapters, unless Ayame's girl says otherwise…he he. Well, enjoy the chapter! …another note: the two like to talk to their teddy bears named after their guys from Geneshaft…tears!! And the bears are real! Well, not in the sense that they're alive…We really have a snowy white polar teddy bear named Jean, and a multi-colored panda bear named Mario! Mario is mine…go away!

Oh, yeah…Nanny = Nani (sounds like. Not the regular nanny person.)

Chapter 3 - She will be loved

"You're so scrawny, Shizuo," Crystal said, picking up two heavy suitcases, her backpack, and Jean, her snowy white polar teddy bear.

Shizuo picked up her backpack, but nearly fell back if it wasn't for the taxi cab still there. She held onto Mario, her multi-colored panda bear. Crystal pushed Shizuo so she was standing upright. Crystal began to walk to the front of the estate, but not having Shizuo next to her, she stopped and turned around. Shizuo was frozen to her spot.

"Are you coming or what?"

"I can't walk. This thing is so heavy!"

Crystal sighed, and walked back to her. She shoved Jean in Shizuo's arms, and grabbed her backpack. "Come on."

"Thankfully Mimiru took you to that gym, or else you would never have been able to help me!"

"Where's Hari? He should be the one to carry your stuff, not me. I'm not meant for labor work like this. Don't squeeze Jean like that!"

Shizuo jumped and loosened up on Jean and Mario.

"What's wrong?" Crystal asked.

"I don't know! Something just doesn't feel right!"

"How?" Crystal stopped walking, and began shivering as well.

"I don't know. How about, no one is here to carry our stuff inside, no one is here to greet us…"

"Do you think they've forgotten all about us?" Crystal's eyes began to tear up. "Maybe they don't love us anymore!"

"That can't happen! They hate Kyo more than us, right?"

"Well, Akito might still look at me like he wants to kill me."

Shizuo sighed. "Akito won't kill you."

"How do you know?" Crystal shouted. "We were gone for a long time! We changed a little bit! How do you know that he didn't change? He could be meaner!"

Shizuo gasped. "You're right! You did change a lot. However…you're going back to little paranoid Crystal again."

"It's dark! I can't see anything! I'm going blind!" She began running around in circles around Shizuo, while Shizuo watched her, getting dizzier by the second.

"HEY!" someone shouted. The two stopped, Crystal looking around, and Shizuo holding her head, trying to steady her vision. Someone was poking their head out of a window from the estate. "Keep it down, will you? It's 4:30 in the morning. Get inside, and sleep."

"4:30?" Shizuo asked.

"Weren't we supposed to arrive home at four?" Crystal asked.

"That's what the airplane people said."

"How do they know we were supposed to arrive home at four?"

"We're being stalked."

"No!"

"Cool! I never had a stalker before. Hey! Stalker! What-"

Crystal put her hand over Shizuo's mouth. "Ssh! I hear that stalkers are bad."

Shizuo moved Crystal's hand. "Have you seen a stalker?"

"No, but-"

"Then there isn't anything to worry about."

"Heh…"

Crystal and Shizuo froze up. That voice…it sounded so familiar! They turned around and saw a tall, dark figure standing about ten feet away. Shizuo gasped, and she shook so badly, her bones were shaking.

"Crystal!" she shrieked. "It's Kiki! The feared airplane attendant!"

Crystal squinted her eyes. "Really? I can't tell…"

"Finally," said Kiki. "I've found you." She began charging at them. "YOU'RE GONNA PAY!"

Shizuo and Crystal screamed…

~~

Almost at the same precise moment, Shizuo and Crystal opened their eyes. They both sat up, and looked at each other.

"Was that…" Shizuo began.

"A dream?" Crystal ended.

They blinked at each other, and laughed. "Naw!"

"Ah, you two are awake, I see."

They stopped laughing, and looked at the door. "Hello, Nanna," Shizuo said.

"Morning, Nanny!" Crystal exclaimed.

"Sleep well?" Nanny asked, setting down two trays of hot, sizzling something on a small table reserved for two.

The two girls jumped out of their beds, and ran to the table, eager to gulp down whatever hot, sizzling something that Nanny brought. They began drooling, and immediately charged in.

"Mmmm…" Shizuo said. "Onigiri…"

"What flavor did you get?" Crystal asked.

"Steak…" Shizuo's mouth was overflowing with white rice.

"I got salmon…"

They ate, and ate, and ate like there was no tomorrow. They ate riceballs, bacon, pancakes, cereal, drank milk, and shared a large bowl of garlic chicken. When they were done, their bellies were full, and their expressions were happy.

"It's so good to be home…" they both sighed at once.

Nanny laughed. She sat down with them. "So, how was your trip?"

Shizuo was the first to talk. "You know, the strangest thing happened last night. We were being attacked by the killer airplane attendant."

Crystal gasped. "That's right! Whatever happened to that?"

Nanny laughed again. "I came out and shoed her away. You two were long passed out before I even came out. But enough about that! How was your trip to Mimiru's school?"

"So fun! I'm just glad I don't have to live there, like she does," Shizuo said. She looked at Crystal, and they winked. They made a promise to themselves that they wouldn't mention Jean or Drake to anyone while at home, knowing that if Akito ever found out, he would kill them, and Shizuo was the one who thought of that…Remember, she's the one who says that Akito won't ever kill anyone…

Nanny obviously saw the exchange between the two girls, and got suspicious, but kept quiet. She was once a young girl as well, and she had many boyfriends in her time.

"My favorite class was weights!" Crystal said. She stood up, and flexed her arms. Nanny stared at her muscles in awe.

"Wow! You sure have developed your muscles!" Nanny exclaimed.

"That's nothing," Shizuo said. "I aced all my classes, including anatomy and algebra."

"That's impressive too."

Crystal sat back down. "Yeah, she only passed anatomy because she was a teacher's pet. She still doesn't know her elbow from her forehead."

Shizuo's face turned red. "I am not a teacher's pet!"

Crystal winked at her. "Yes you are."

Shizuo understood her meaning, but she was still a little ticked at being called a teacher's pet. What's worse than being called "TEACHER'S PET"?

Nanny laughed. She stood up, and gathered their plates. "Well, tonight's the big night. You better get ready. I hear Kyo has returned."

The two girls looked at each other. "Returned from where?" they asked Nanny.

"Remember? He disappeared a while back, for four months. He had returned a while ago, while you were gone. I heard that he was training in the mountains for four months with Kazuma. I didn't even realize Kazuma would keep Kyo away from us for so long."

"Kazuma does like to keep secrets from everyone," Shizuo pointed out.

"Not Nanny," Crystal argued. "Nanny, he tells you everything! How come he didn't tell you what happened to Kyo?"

"Kyo was secretly training."

"Training to beat Yuki, no doubt," Crystal said, folding her arms across her chest.

"Which reminds me…Nanny, does anyone know about the family curse?" Shizuo asked.

"Why?" Nanny said, stopping in front of the door.

"Well, our flight attendant, while on the ride to Korea, said, `I don't give a rat's ass'." Shizuo said Kiki's line like an old woman sounded. "She can't be a Sohma, and she couldn't have known about our curse."

"Hey, yeah." Crystal sat up on her bed, and the two girls looked expectantly at Nanny, who looked nervous.

"Well, I…uh…Hatori did say something about a young girl staying with Shigure, but I'm not fully certain."

"WHAT?" Shizuo and Crystal exclaimed together. They shouted so loud, the house shook.

Shizuo ran up to Nanny. "What about Akito? Does he know about this?"

"I'm pretty sure he does. Shigure isn't one who would house a stranger, and a girl at that, without letting Akito know she's there, immediately. So, if Akito says that she can stay, I guess she's still there."

"What's her name?" Crystal asked.

"I believe Hatori said it was Miss Honda. Yes, Miss Tohru Honda."

"And, she knows about the curse?"

"Well, she lives with Shigure, Yuki, and Kyo. Chances are, she probably does."

"WHAT?" the two shouted again.

~~

`Dear Jean,

How are you? I miss you already, and it's only been two days. If you could see me, I'd be sighing right now. Let's see, uhm, I found out that a GIRL is living with Shigure. Remember I told you about him? Well, she knows about our curse as well. So, maybe, if she knows, then maybe Akito will allow you as well? I don't know. It's still safe to keep everything down low for now. Well, I have to go, our New Year's banquet starts soon, and tonight, Momiji and Kisa will be dancing. So exciting! Well, I guess I'll write to you as soon as you write back, deal?

~Crystal'

`Dear Drake-

There are so many things I'd like to say right now, but I can't, because I've got Nanny and Crystal in the room. We told Nanny about us. She promised she wouldn't tell, and Crystal and I could trust her, so you should too! I've got to go, I don't have much to write, since the other two are like two feet away from me. So, I'll write you another letter when I'm alone, okay? Happy New Years!

~Shizuo'

~~

Crystal and Shizuo sat in between Nanny and Kazuma, much to Nanny and Kazuma's despair, for the two youngers knew that the two olders would like to chat a little bit. The two were very close cousins, and they always had a lot to talk about. However, tonight, they were separated.

Shizuo looked around the large room, and then at Nanny. "I thought you said Kyo was back."

"He is," Nanny replied, eating her salad.

"Then, where is he?"

"I don't know. Maybe you should ask Shigure. You know Kyo lives with him."

Shizuo looked around again. Shigure wasn't there either, nor was Akito, nor was Yuki. Was something wrong? Did that Tohru girl do something wrong, and now she was in trouble, as well as the three guys who she lived with? Hopefully not, because it would be a shame if Yuki were in trouble. He was never in trouble, it seemed, for he was always so quiet and obedient, one would never guess that he would be in even the slightest trouble.

Just as soon as she thought that, Shigure and Akito appeared, giving Shizuo only a little bit of relief. Now that those two were there, where were Kyo and Yuki? Certainly not spending New Years with an outsider?

Crystal was thinking the same thing…and especially when New Years has been a family tradition since…since the family started! That was a long time ago!

"Where's Yuki?" Crystal whispered.

Crystal and Shizuo were good friends with Yuki, and not seeing him there, tonight, it almost broke their hearts. Did he forget that they were coming home for today?

Shizuo looked down at her plate filled with food. "I don't know."

"Hey," someone said from behind them. They were so depressed, they didn't bother to turn around to see Shigure standing behind them. "How are you?"

Shizuo looked at him from over her shoulder. "Where's Yuki and Kyo?"

Crystal looked at Shigure over her shoulder as well.

"Oh, uh…" Shigure looked at Nanny, and immediately became nervous. "They aren't here."

The two jumped up. "WHAT?" they yelled for the third time that day. Everyone went silent, but once they saw it was only Crystal and Shizuo, they went back to the dinner.

The two threw questions at Shigure. "Is he sick?" "Why?" "What happened?" "Does he not want to see us?" "What about Kyo?" "Is Kyo sick?"

"No, no, they're both fine." Shigure put reassuring hands on their shoulders. "They just decided to stay home today."

"Is it because of that Tohru girl?" Shizuo asked.

"You know about Tohru?"

"What kind of name is Tohru for a girl?"

"She sounds manly with that name."

"Well," Shigure interrupted. "If you must really know, this is Tohru's first New Years alone, for her mother had died. Yuki and Kyo just didn't want her to be alone."

He looked around. "Uh, Shizuo? Crystal?" He huffed. "Where'd they go?"
