"Kyo what do you think your doing?" Kyo jumps out of a tree, "Looking for apples or some other type of fruit… why? You got a problem with that?" She smiles, "No not at all *laugh * but I think it'd be hard to find anything but pinecones in a pine tree Kyo." Kyo blushed, "Right I knew that! I was just…" She walks over to him and touches his cheek with one hand, "I know Kyo, you were testing me right? That's why I love you… you make me laugh." She blushes and walks away to the small river. Kyo stood there motionless for a while then followed her. "Kyo I want you to leave this place as soon as possible, do you understand?" Kyo looked at her confused, "No, Why do you want me to leave? Look, if your just going threw a blood craving I know you wont touch me." She looked at him sadly, "No, Kyo it's not that…" Kyo was getting frustrated and confused with her. She went to walk away but Kyo grabbed her upper arms as if he were going to shake her, "Look! If something's wrong you can tell me, we can fight it together" … we can fight it together… we can fight it together… The words sounded like an echo Kyo looked around what he saw was now pitch black and his words were lost in the nothingness. Kyo walked around in the darkness with no clue where he was going, "Hello! Is anyone there? Where did you go? Hello!" Out of nowhere a scream cut threw the silence like a freshly sharpened blade. "Savanna!!!" "Kyo wake up!" Kyo opens his eyes to see Hatori standing in front of him. "Good your awake… You seemed to have a fever but I guess you'll be fine now." Kyo looked confused, "What the hell are you doing here? And why are you in my room! Gees! Can't I get some privacy in my own room?" Shigure came into the room smiling, "I called him her to check up on you, when I tried to wake you up you were just mumbling something about fighting you had Thoru and I worried." Kyo looked at the door to his room where he saw Yuki and Thoru standing in the doorway staring at him, "Don't you guys have something better to do? It's bad enough I have to wake up to Hatori's ugly face." *Smack! * "Who are you calling ugly when it's you who looks like he got hit by a Truck!" Kyo shrugged, "No one told you to take it personally you idiot!" Hatori grinned lightly, "You're still a little sick, so you'll need to stay in bed for a couple of days. I'll be back to see how your doing until then you should rest got it? Or do I have to give you a reason to?" Kyo laid down in his bed and pulled the blankets over his head, "I got it." Hatori left the room and smiled at Thoru and Yuki. Thoru came in and sat on the bed, "Hey Kyo… Is that her name?" Kyo took the blankets off his head and sat up, "What?" Thoru smiled, "Savanna was that her name?" Kyo looked down at his hands crushing the blanket, "Yah, that was her name… What do you guys want? If it's nothing you guys can leave me alone." Kyo lie back down and turned to his side not facing anyone. Shigure sat down in a chair next to the bed facing Kyo's back. "As a matter of fact I have a few questions." Yuki walked in and sat on the floor near the door. "Well ask already!" Kyo said impatiently. "Well why is it every time you fall asleep you have night mares?" Kyo stiffened and relaxed, "Some of them aren't night mares I don't know why I dream of her… she's dead." "You did say she was a half-breed vampire right? Maybe she's not dead… did they stab her in the heart?" Yuki asked. Kyo turned around to face the others, "What are you talking about rat?" Yuki smiled, "Thoru and I went to the library and checked out a vampire book… it says they have to be stabbed in the heart to die… Didn't you know that? Stupid cat you probably didn't." "Shut up!" Kyo threw one of his pillows at Yuki but missed. Shigure sighed, "So maybe that's why you dream of her she might not really be dead. Maybe it was her human half that died but now… she's probably pure vampire." Yuki shrugged, "Great now we might have a vampire on our hands, thanks a lot you stupid cat." Kyo was smiling widely, "So she might be alive! Great! I feel a lot better now I have to find her!" Kyo jumped out of the bed only to be tripped by Shigure. "You know vampires are blood sucking beings right?" Kyo froze in his struggle to get up. "Yah I do but she wont hurt me I believe that." "But what about us Kyo?" Thoru looked at Shigure, "I doubt she'd hurt us because we're Kyo's family. Right Kyo?" Kyo sat on his bed, "I don't know… If I find her I'll tell her not to… I hope she'll listen." "And if she doesn't what would you do?" Yuki pointed out. "Then I'll have to do something about it I guess." "Good answer" Shigure said. "Now you get your rest you need it and I don't whanna hear it from Hatori when he comes back." Thoru smiles and leaves with Yuki behind her and lastly Shigure. "Shut my door!" Kyo yelled. Shigure came back with a grin and shut the door.
