Full Moon Wo Sagashite Fan Fiction ❯ Kekkon Suru ❯ Not For Love ( Chapter 1 )
This is my second Full Moon wo Sagashite fanfic! Even though my other one has barely even started, I had to go ahead and start this one. I must warn you though, this story is not meant for people with closed minds. It will have a pairing in it that you may not like at all. Now, here is the deal. I have seen and read all of the anime and manga, but I love the manga a lot more so all my stuff is based on the characters from the manga. So if all you have seen is the anime, then you most likely dislike this story even more. Why? You need to be an Izumi fan. Also, this will be one of my R rated fics again, only unlike my other fics, this one will start off as R rated in the first chapter instead of leading up to the R ratings in later ones. I may even write a lemon for this, but it won’t be going up on fanfiction.net. I really hope you can have an open mind and enjoy this story as much as I’m going to enjoy writing it.
P.S. I wanted to write this story sort of set based on the long ago past. Things won’t exactly be like it, since it will be a mix of different cultures and stuff, but anyway, I wanted to sort of express the way of how women are treated in this fic, and what I think about it. If you’re a guy, please don’t turn away. I’m not exactly going to be bashing any gender, but more like bashing of certain things, not men in particular but ideas… hard to explain.
Ok, one big thing here, screw keeping things in perfect character. I want some good spice for this so that is what you are going to get. Tell me they are OOC and I will eat you and you better have the decency to at least taste good! XP

Kekkon Suru
Chapter 1. Not For Love
There he was, in a dark crowded room, making his presence scarce. His eyes were a dull gold and his mouth looked as though it had never smiled before. He had blond hair, but that didn’t keep him from having a dark and mysterious look. On top of his head lay a simple dark brown hat and he wore a matching cape so you couldn’t see what his clothes looked like. Anyone who had noticed him didn’t say anything, but the women did eye him, for he was a looker. He, of course, knew of these looks, so he used them to be a seducer of women and tonight he was finally going to move in on his new target.
She was smiling freely, her eyes wide, yet somehow a little empty, and she was alone, as always. Her name was Mitsuki Kouyama, and something about her had caught his interest eight days ago. One of his friends had told him about her and how she was new on the streets. He said that she had probably only been with two men so far. He could tell, because even though she was supposed to be a whore, her presence gave no indication of being strongly tainted. It was almost as if she was still pure and that intrigued him.
This time he had taken his time going after her. Usually when he picked a girl, he would go to them two or three days later, but for her it was different. He was on his eighth day and still all he did was watch her from the shadows. Mitsuki would come in everyday at this time for about two hours, no more, no less. It was as if she was waiting for someone who was never going to come. She never interacted with the people and when men came up to her she would simply brush them off. He figured her standards were really high, especially since he listened to the gossip around the inn and learned that her nickname was ‘Woman of Ice’. He had to admit though, watching her for so long made him have some sort of funny attachment to her; not exactly like a stalker, but maybe a certain concern or interest in what was wrong. He would always sigh in great relief each time he saw her brush away a man.
He didn’t like feeling that way. He wasn’t ever supposed to get attached to a girl. He kept thinking he should hurry up and seduce her, but then his legs would never move forward. He thought about giving up, but that quickly left his mind because that was one thing he would never do. Once he was set on something or got challenged, he would have to go through with it no matter what. It was a pride in him that he could never be rid of.
Looking at his watch, he noticed that Mitsuki would only be there for another half an hour. He took a quick glance at her and noticed something strange. She had her head low as if she was in some sort of pain. Finally, his legs moved forward and before he knew it, he was face-to-face with her, an obvious state of surprise on her features.
“Are you okay, miss?”
Mitsuki nodded her head slightly and replied, “I’m just fine. I guess I ate something that didn’t agree with me.”
“I see,” he began, while holding out his hand, “I’m Izumi Rio, it’s nice to meet you.”
Mitsuki took his offered hand, “Mitsuki Kouyama.”
“Listen, would you like some water or anything? You still look a little pale.”
“Actually, I don’t know if I trust this place to give out fresh water, so…”
Izumi smiled. “I understand that, but the guy who owns this place is a good friend of mine, so I’m sure I can get you some fresh water.”
Mitsuki’s face seemed to brighten a bit at this, “Really? That would be wonderful. Thank you.”
“No problem, be right back.”
As Izumi was getting the water, he couldn’t help but think he would have her tonight. All he had to do was get it her to stay a little longer than she usually did, he was sure of it. He was happy that, so far, she hadn’t just brushed him off.
Wait a minute. Happy? No. Pleased. Not happy.
Finally, with the water in hand, he headed back to where Mitsuki was to see that she hadn’t moved an inch. He smirked to himself but was smiling kindly outward. She smiled at him as he walked up and held out her hand for the glass. He gently handed it to her and she took a sip right away. She had a pleased look on her face, as he knew she would. The water he had gotten was actually some from his collection, very fresh.
“Thank you.” She said, “It’s making me feel much better already.”
“I’m glad,” he paused for a second before starting again, “So, what is a young and pretty lady doing in this crummy old inn alone?” He was trying to find some way to be able to talk to her a bit longer, seduction mode now turned on.
Mitsuki was in the middle of taking a sip of the water when he asked the question, and it startled her so much that she choked a bit on the liquid, spraying Izumi and then dropping the glass. The cold water spilled all over herself. “Oh dear! How embarrassing! I’m so sorry.”
Izumi wiped the water from his face, “No it’s okay, I should be the one embarrassed but you are really wet now,” though I plan to make you wet in another way soon, “and it’s too cold for you to walk home like that. I have a room upstairs with some dry towels. If you’ll follow me, I will take you to them.”
He could tell she was very hesitant, having an inner battle with herself about it. Right when he was about to say more to convince her, she sneezed. Her sneeze was very dainty, but it must have been enough to convince her because then she finally said, “I suppose I should. Please lead the way.”
Ding, ding, ding! And once again, I score.
Izumi stood up and held out his arm for her to grab. Mitsuki stood up and took it politely. Then they walked off, arm in arm.
------------------------------------------------------ --------------------
“The bathroom is just behind that door.” Izumi said, pointing to it.
Mitsuki nodded and Izumi watched as she headed to the room, closing the door behind her. He knew she wouldn’t be able to get dry without his help and it was only a matter of time before she figured it out. That was all a part of his plan, but first, while she was in the bathroom, he needed to get out of his wet clothes for more than one reason. He had never been spat at all over before, so he found it quite amusing. He took off his hat and cape first, then slowly began to peel off his shirt as well. Just as he took it off, he heard the door to the bathroom open so he spun around to see Mitsuki, still wet as ever with a huge blush on her face.
“I’m so sorry,” Mitsuki said, getting even redder. “I didn’t know— I mean, I— I’m so sorry,” Even as she said this, her eyes didn’t avert. She couldn’t stop looking at his perfectly defined chest. His skin was a little damp; the candlelight gave it a really nice glow.
Izumi didn’t let her stare go unnoticed and he chuckled a bit. “Don’t worry about it. My shirt is the only thing off and I’m sure you have seen a man’s chest before. Is there something that you needed?” He acted totally clueless.
This resulted in her turning even redder, “Uh…um… well, you see I kind of…” There was a short pause, “This is so embarrassing!”
Izumi waited patiently, even though her reaction to his shirt being off was starting to get to him a little. She had no idea what she was doing to him already.
“I need help with untying the back of my dress, and well, I was wondering if I could maybe borrow a shirt until it dries.” Her voice was a little high-pitched and meek.
“Oh, I see. I should have thought about this beforehand to save you from so much embarrassment,” He casually walked over to where she was standing, “Turn around.”
Mitsuki did as told right away. Her stiff movement still showed that she was very nervous. Izumi smirked to himself; he was going to have to change that. He slowly began to work on untying the strings. She was so small that is almost seemed like if he wasn’t careful he could break her. When her dress started to get very loose his hand accidentally brushed against a part of her bare skin, and he felt her shiver a bit. This was his cue. He placed his hands on her shoulders and slowly moved them up and down trying to create some friction, “Are you cold, miss? You’re shaking like a leaf.”
“I guess I’m a little cold,” Mitsuki replied.
Izumi noticed that she was starting to get weak in the legs and quickly caught her before she hit the ground. The feeling of her in his arms was wonderful. Mitsuki didn’t move at all, she just continued to let him hold her. Time felt like it had stopped and there were new sensations starting to grow inside of them, sensations that Mitsuki hadn’t felt in such a long time. It started to scare her, but all those fears began to melt away when she felt something warm and wet on her neck. She closed her eyes and let the sensations take over.
Izumi was slowly trailing kisses up and down her neck. Her dress was falling off slowly on its own, leaving her with just a thin white slip. He slowly carried her to the bed and sat her down gently. She looked up at him, showing no signs of embarrassment this time. He hovered over her, lowering her down onto the bed. They were face to face now, feeling the warmth of each other’s breath and body. Izumi brought one of his hands to trace the outline of her face slowly. Their eyes did not stray from each other’s as his hand began to work its way down to one of her breasts.
Mitsuki gave a little sigh at the feeling. The thin material of her slip did nothing to hide the warmth emitting from his hand. Her sighing broke the eye contact though, and that lead to Izumi going back to trailing kisses on her body once again. This time she let out a soft moan that pleased him. His hands began to work their way all over her body. Mitsuki arched her back a little when he brushed over a very sensitive spot.
Izumi stopped for a second to look at her face. When he did her eyes met his once again and a strange feeling came over him. Before he knew it, Mitsuki had taken his head into her hands and pulled him down into a kiss. Izumi was a little confused at first. Whores didn’t usually kiss, so this was new to him, but he liked it, and he didn’t stop her. Instead he urged her to open her mouth more. She obliged quickly, their tongues twisting and tasting each other’s.
Lost in all the sensations, Izumi was unaware of what his hands where actually doing now, but whatever it was, made Mitsuki moan over and over. Each moan he would swallow, not letting them escape his mouth. That’s when something started to go wrong. The kiss didn’t really seem like a kiss anymore, in fact he could feel Mitsuki trying to pull away. It didn’t really register with him until he felt something wet splash his cheek. She was crying. He pulled away immediately.
“Please stop,” She said meekly and out of breath, “I don’t want my first time to be like this.” At this, Izumi jumped away from her as if she was a burning coal.
“Your what?” He said in a very upset tone, “Shit,” He started to pace back and forth in the room, “I’m going to kill the guy who gave me false information.”
Mitsuki stayed huddled on the bed, crying silently.
Izumi looked at her for a second and took deep breath to try and calm down. Then he plopped himself on the bed next to her and ran a hand through his hair, “There is only one thing for me to do now.”
Mitsuki looked up at him curiously. Her eyes were slightly puffy.
“We have to get married.”
“Married?” Mitsuki questioned, not really seeming surprised.
“I have already touched you,” Izumi replied to the non-directed question, “No man would marry you now and it’s my responsibility as a man; I must marry you.”
Figures, didn’t take him long to decide this. Mitsuki thought, “So this is how it happens.”
Izumi looked at her strangely when she said that, but decided not to ask what she meant. He walked over to his drawer and pulled out two shirts. He slipped his on and handed Mitsuki the other one. “Quick, put this on. We need to go to your house to further explain this situation.” He paused for a second, “You do have a home right?”
Mitsuki scoffed. “Of course I have a home!” She took the shirt from his hands angrily and put it on. “I can’t walk home like this. I’ll look like a whore.”
Izumi’s eye twitched in annoyance as he mumbled under his breath, “It’s not a problem when people already think you’re a whore.”
“What was that? I couldn’t hear you.” Mitsuki asked, completely unaware.
“It’s nothing.” Izumi quickly replied, then grabbed his cape and pulled it over her shoulders. “This will have to do. I don’t have any women’s clothes.”
The cape covered her greatly. It went down way past her knees and it covered her all around as long as she held it in place. “I suppose this will do.”
“Then lead the way, my wife-to-be,” Izumi’s voice was dripping with disdain.
Mitsuki didn’t say anything to it though. She put her shoes on and started out the door, Izumi following suit. He was a little bit unnerved at how she didn’t seem to freak out over the idea of marrying a complete stranger.
------------------------------------------------- --------------------------
Her home wasn’t that far away, so now he could see why she visited the Inn so much. It was a very nice house too. Who would have thought she was a rich man’s daughter? Not that he cared, though. He had enough money himself. He already owned many different homes; most he hadn’t even stayed one night in.
As soon as they walked in the front door, a maid came rushing to her side, “Miss! What on earth are you wearing? Why are you all wet? I keep telling you that you shouldn’t be going out like this.”
Izumi stayed in the back and watched this interesting scene. Since when did maids give their masters orders? It was almost as if she was more of a mother than a maid.
“Yes, yes. I’m sorry, Madoka-san. I just had to get out though. I can’t stay inside all the time, but now isn’t the time to complain about such trivial matters. I want you to meet someone.”
Madoka finally looked behind Mitsuki to see Izumi standing with an unreadable expression on his face.
“Madoka, this is Izumi. Izumi this is Madoka, my top maid, or more of a caretaker for me.”
“Caretaker?” Izumi asked, a little confused, the maid didn’t look much older than Mitsuki herself.
“I’ll explain everything to you later.”
Madoka took Mitsuki’s hand, “Who are you?” She said in a non-trusting voice.
Izumi decided to be polite, and stuck out his hand. Madoka let go of Mitsuki’s hand and took hold of his in a friendly shake, but mainly because Mitsuki was glaring at her.
“My name is Izumi Rio, and I’m to be married to Mitsuki.”
Madoka’s eyes went wide. “What?!”
“Madoka, please calm down. I know this is sudden,” Mitsuki said, while patting her shoulder lightly.
Madoka threw her arms up in the air, “How can you be so calm about this, Mitsuki?!”
Mitsuki didn’t say anything to that. Instead, she just stared into Madoka’s eyes, as if talking to her through her mind. Izumi was hoping she would answer, because he himself was curious. “Madoka, please go and fetch me some new clothes. Izumi and I will be in the den.”
“Yes ma’am,” Madoka’s attitude had changed completely and Izumi wondered why. She then darted out of the room to complete the task.
“Interesting maid you got there,” He said, sort of to himself, just happened to be out loud. He wasn’t expecting any sort of reply and he didn’t get one either.
“Well, if you will follow me once again, please.”
Izumi did as she said and followed her past a couple of doors into a room that was some kind of den. A fire was going in the fireplace so it was nice and warm. Mitsuki took a seat and motioned for Izumi to sit across from her.
Once they were all seated all they did was stare at each other for a couple of minutes. Not really knowing where to begin with these strange outcomes.
Finally Mitsuki spoke. “Are you serious about this?”
Izumi’s face showed all seriousness. “I’m not a person who makes jokes, especially about such matters. My pride is at stake.”
Mitsuki’s face seemed to harden. She didn’t look at all like the woman he had been watching in the corners for the past eight days. “Your answer is very predictable.”
He said nothing, waiting for her to refuse.
“I will marry you, but you must know: I will not be treated without respect, just as you probably expect from me.”
Izumi stayed quiet, waiting for her to continue.
“We may not be getting married for love, but respect is always an issue for me. What I mean is you must not ever touch another woman again. Could you handle that?”
Izumi knew this was a challenge and, as always, he could never turn away from a challenge. “It won’t be a problem at all for me, if you can give me what I need.” He waited for her to turn red with fury, but she didn’t.
“I will be willing to try my best, but I must have you know, my body is not the strongest and I will not always be able to satisfy you all the time.” Her reply was very blunt, but it intrigued him even more.
“That is understandable. Just why are you weak though?”
This seemed to make her falter a bit, but not for long. “A chronic illness, nothing contagious, or fatal, mind you. It’s controlled most of the time, but it still… it sometimes hits me pretty hard at night.”
“Okay, now tell me this. What is the deal with your maid?”
Mitsuki cleared her throat a bit before answering. “My mother had the same problem as me and so Madoka’s mother had taken care of Mother until the end. After my mother died she took care of me, I was only three. But when I was twelve and Madoka was sixteen, her mother was in an accident and died. Ever since then she has taken good care of me in her mother’s place. She tells me it was her mother’s request. Why? I have no idea.”
Izumi took all this in slowly. It made some sense, but for some reason something didn’t seem right from her story, or… more like something was missing.
“Where will you have me live?”
So lost in thought, Izumi didn’t really hear her question. “Excuse me?”
“I asked, where will you have me live?” Her voice was strained.
He could tell she was not looking forward to this part and he knew exactly what to do. “Here is fine, I have homes all over and none of them holds any sentimental value to me.”
She seemed to breath a sigh of relief.
He smirked at this. She was too easy to read.
There was a knock at the door and Mitsuki answered for them to come in. It was Madoka and another maid with the new clothes. Mitsuki stood up and so did Izumi. “I guess we have said all that needs to be said for now. We shall meet up again to talk tomorrow about wedding plans. I assume you want to get married as soon as possible?”
Izumi nodded his head, “Yes, you assume correctly. I will stop by here tomorrow around noon.”
“I shall have a meal prepared then. So don’t eat anything before you come.”
Izumi once again smirked to himself. She was already starting to sound like a wife, “I will be willingly waiting for that meal.” He bowed politely as he made his way to the door.
“Beth, will you please show Izumi the way out?”
“Yes, ma’am.” She bowed towards Izumi slightly, never looking him in the eye. “This way, sir.” Izumi gave one last look at Mitsuki then turned to leave wondering why she didn’t ask him any questions about his life, like what he did for work, but he shrugged it off thinking she might just not care since they were going to married anyways.
Once he was gone and the door was shut tightly after him, Madoka turned to Mitsuki and said, “Are you really sure about this? I know you told me you would… but I never really thought it would happen.”
Mitsuki’s reply was cold and still, “When I’m determined to do something, I always do it. I will show men just how us women can work.”
Madoka shook her head in sadness. “I feel a bit sorry for the fool, but really, Mitsuki. I’m more worried about you. It may not be for love, but what if you actually do fall in love with him? Then what? When you are forced to depend on one person and get close to him… it could happen.”
“That will never happen.” Mitsuki said quickly. “I will never fall in love again.”
--------------------------------------------- -----------------------------------------
Woah! What as all that about?! What’s going on with Mitsuki? Hehe too bad, you have to wait and find out. Where are Takuto and Eichi? That’s later as well. XP So what do you think so far? I hope you enjoyed it! I don’t know how long I plan to make this fic, but hopefully not too long, maybe 5 or 6 chapters. Oh by the way, if you wanted to know what Kekkon Suru means, now I can tell you. It means, to marry! Mwhahaha Also, about my other Full Moon story… I don’t know if I will finish that one. I lost all interest in doing it… but we will see first, right now let’s say it’s on hiatus.
Big huggles and thanks to my beta-reader, myStiCaLYia!
