It was a calm, quiet afternoon in Central HQ, which was odd, considering Roy and Ed were in the same room together.

 

“Is your guy good for you?” Ed read aloud from his place on the couch. He looked at Roy over the top of his magazine and began to answer the questions and tally his score.

 

Roy quirked an eyebrow at his love when Ed began to laugh quietly. “What?” he asked, not looking up from his stack of paper work. Ed's laugh sent a shiver up his spine; he loved the sound of Ed's voice.

 

The blonde continued laughing as he answered. “Apparently, you're completely wrong for me. `You and your man aren't compatible at all!'” he quoted in a high voice. “'He's not worth your time and you should find someone new.' You don't treat me well enough and I deserve better.”

 

Roy's eye twitched and he glared at the magazine before standing up and walking over. Ed blinked and looked up. He dropped the magazine when Roy snapped, promptly ignoring the flames to catch Ed in a kiss. “Mine.”
