Ed did his best to transmute the balcony back to Lilly's bedroom wall. The man that had kiddnaped Lilly, or attempted to, was never found. Everyone just assumed that he somehow got away. Ed watched over Lilly the rest of the night even though Lilly never slept. She tossed and turned hopeing to fall asleep, but nothing seemed to calm her nerves. Al and everyone else had went to bed although they were all a little shaken. The night was quite once again and the only sound that could be heard was Ed's pencil going.

The next morning Ed went out to get Lilly breakfast in bed. Lilly sat up in her bed and looked out the door that he left open. I stayed up all night again. That makes three days in a row. Ed will be so worryed if he found out. I had better keep pretending to be asleep untill he wakes me. Lilly layed back down, then noticed something on the floor as she glanced down. She picked it up. It was a purple and orange flower with huge thorns on it. I've seen this before. In a book I read. It's a Reach Flower. They only come from certain part of the woods and are very deadly if you prick your finger on the thorns. The antidote for it only grows in moist places but is very hard to locate since they are very rare and it is a light pink color with blue splashes of color to make it stand out. How did it get in here? I bet that man accidently had it on him and droped it. I had better throw this out... Lilly was about to throw the flower away when she heard Ed's foot steps. She placed the flower in a dresser beside her bed and got back into bed closing her eyes. Ed walked in with a tray of breakfast for two with a small rose in a vase in the middle. Ed set it aside and kissed Lilly on her cheek. Lilly pretended to wake and looked up at Ed.
"You still look tired, but I guess that's understandable with the attack and all." Ed smiled. Lilly sat up and Ed placed the tray in her lap and sat on her bed beside her. "Breakfast?" Ed smiled.
"Thank you." Lilly said returning his smile. "I'm starved."
Ed laughed and they began to eat. Afterwards, Lilly and Ed got dressed and meet Winry and Al on the stone balony that Ed had brought Lilly back on. Winry got out her tools and took Lilly's wrist.
"It looks tough, but I'm sure I can take it apart piece by piece so it won't make you bleed or break you skin." Winry said examining the braclet.
Lilly and the boys watched as Winry worked on it with carefullness. Winry took her time not wanting to make a mistake and hurt Lilly. Ed took Lilly's other hand to calm her nervous when he noticed she was getting scared as Winry got closer to her skin. Winry found a small red button inside the braclet and looked up at her viewers.
"Should I pust it?"She asked Lilly.
"No, it could be danagerous." Ed shook his head.
"I'm not sure, but it couldn't be that bad if they hid it inside the braclet." Lilly stated. "Go ahead, Winry."
Ed looked over at Lilly.
"Do you always have to make me worry?" He asked.
"Yes." Lilly smiled and giggled a little.
Ed rolled his eyes and watched Winry pust the button. Suddenly, the whole braclet fell apart and hit the stone floor. Lilly rubbed her wrist as Winry picked up the broken pieces.
"Do you want to throw it out?" Winry asked.
"Yeah. We shouldn't have it around." Lilly said and stood up.
Winry nodded and put it in the nearest garbage can. Lilly and Ed walked to the edge of the balcony that had low railings on it. Lilly looked down at the Alchemist that were practicing and noticed Armstrong flexing his muscules. She smiled but got a little light headed. She griped the railing for support.
"Look!" Al screamed.
"Mustang is practicing on a new guy!" Winry yelled.
Ed looked to his left, away from Lilly, where Ed and Winry were pointing.
"Poor thing, he has no idea what he got himself in to." Ed said laughing.
"You had you hands full when you fought Mustang, too, Brother." Al said.
"I bet it was because Mustang was so much taller" Winry mummbled and Al laughted.
Ed heard.
"Who are you calling shorty, you bean stock!" Ed yelled.
Lilly's legs got weak and her visioned began to go in and out.
"Ed..." She whispered.
Ed turned to see Lilly falling off the balcony. He lunged forward to catch her but it was to late, Lilly had fallen to fast.
"Lilly!" Ed screamed as Al and Winry ran to him.
Armstrong looked up along with everyone else who had heard Ed's cry. He noticed Lilly falling from the high balcony and ran to catch her. Right before she hit the ground, Armstrong caught her in his strong arms. Lilly was past out from exhaustion and didn't wake as she hit Armstrong's arms. Ed, Al, and Winry started down the stairs with light speed. Mustang and the other that were practicing came running as Armstong placed Lilly gently on the grass. His face was pale as if he had done something wrong. Ed reached her and slid to the ground beside her.
"Is she..." Armstong said in his strong, but conserned voice.
"She's passed out. She hasn't been sleeping lately. I thought she was, but I guess I haven't been paying close attention." Ed said lifting her up. "I'm taking her to her room. Thanks, Armstrong. I owe you one."
"Not at all, Fullmetal. She would have done all she could if I was in danger. I know she would." Armstong said.
Ed smiled at him but it fadded as he looked at Lilly, almost lifeless, in his arms. Al and Winry followed him to Lilly's room and helped her in bed. Ed tucked her in and left with the others. He closed her door and faced Al and Winry.
"If she wakes, give her sleeping pills." Ed said. "I'm going to go to town and get her some pills to take away her dreams. If they are scareing her enough to lose sleep, then she is better off without them." Ed said then walked away.
Al turned to Winry.
"I wonder what dream could scare her that much?" Al said.

Lilly sleped quietly and didn't move an inch. Hours past and Ed stayed beside her. He managed to get himself some sleep that night, but stayed in Lilly's room, sleeping in a chair. Lilly woke up early that morning feeling fine and in her night clothes. Ed was across the room asleep in a chair and in a white tank and red boxers. I didn't have one dream last night. I feel so much better. Thank you for being with me, Ed. I love you.. Ed's eyes opened as if he had heard her thoughts. He got up and yawned. The sun had just rosen, so he knew no one was awake. He looked over at Lilly. He moved over to her and got under her covers with her. Lilly smiled and snuggled up on his chest. Ed ran his hand down Lilly's back and to her waist. Ed kissed the top of her head and Lilly sat up. Ed sat up, too, and looked at her all confussed.
"Thank you for staying and watching over me." Lilly said in a soft voice.
"It's my job to watch over you. I love you and promised to always protect you." Ed replied.
Lilly look down and blushed. Why am I blushing? He already knows I love him. Ed pulled her head up by her chin. He kissed her and pulled her closer by the waist. Lilly moved into his lap and stradled his waist. He deepened the kiss then fliped her over. He gently layed her on her back and got on top of her. He pulled his lips away from her and kissed his way down to her neck. Lilly kept her eyes closed and focused on his kisses untill she felt his warm hand lift her night shirt up. She arched her back so he could slid it up further untill in reached the bottom of her breast. Ed stoped and looked down at her. She lazly opened her eyes and looked at him. "Lilly, stop stareing. Your making me nervous." Ed said.

Again, Lilly nodded and relaxed. Ed gently pushed her legs farther apart and positioned himself on her. Lilly looked up at his eyes. He looked conserned.
"This part will hurt." Ed said gently.
"It will? I was never told it would. How bad will it hurt?" Lilly asked looking more curious than worried.
"Your going to have to trust me." Ed said.

"Uh.....sorry.....breakfast is ready." Winry managed to get out before running out the room, closing the door behind her.
