It was starting to get very late and yet Sky was still up in her room sitting down at her dresser brushing her hair as she listened to her music box as she looked at herself in the mirror.

As she brushed her hair the door slowly started to opened to reveal Eric holding something in his hands as he stood at the doorway watching her. "I see your still up.......it's getting late." He said as Sky slowly stopped and put her brush down.

"Yes well i'm not tired......and you?" She asked as she looked at him through the mirror.

He sighed and smiled as he slowly started to walk over to her. "I was intended to save this untill the engament cailer, but I thought tonight.....wouldn't be too bad." He said as closed the music box and sat down on her dresser as he held up a box and opened it to reveal a very beautiful blue diamond necklace

Sky looked at it amazed. "Good gracious...." She whispered as she ran her hand gently over it.

He chuckled a bit. "Perhaps it's a gift to remind you of my feelings for you." He said looking down at her as she just kept her gaze on the necklace

She then looked up at him. "Is it a-" Diamond? Yes." He said smiling a bit as he slowly took it out and started putting it around her neck. He looked at her as he looked into the mirror as he wtahced her placing a hand on it.

"It's 56 carrots to be exact. One below the sixteenth. They called it the the heart of the ocean." "the heart of the ocean." They both said as eric laughed a little. "Yes."

"It's overwelming." Sky said gazing at it through the mirror.

Eric sighed as he leaned against the dresser and looked at her. "Well it's for royalty.......we are royalty Sky...." He said gazing at her as she looked through the mirror.

"You know there's nothing I couldn't give you......there's nothing I could deny you.....that is...if you don't deny me." Eric said as he grabbed her hand and kissed it as he started caressing it.

Sky watched as he did silently.

He bent back down close to her face. "Now open your heart to me Sky......I love you..." He whispered as he put his lips on hers roughly.

Sky didn't kiss back, but only by a little as he was kissing her roughly and sloppy. He then soon broke it as he went behind her and started to kiss down her neck.

She watched as he did not doing a thing to stop him as she only starred emotionlessly through the mirror as certain thoughts popped into her head and an uncertain thought about the young man that had saved her early that evening and thinking about seeing him tomorrow.......

The next day had soon come and Sky had decided to go on and see the young man that had saved her last night as she thought nothing, but him that whole morning as she started to search for him.

She walked around the deck enjoying the nice sunshine on her skin and the warm breeze blowing in the air hitting her face softly and blowing in her hair that she felt like she had not felt in a long time as she walked onto the third class deck to find him.

As she was going down Al and Ed were sitting down under the decks sitting on benches talking and playing around.

Appearently Ed had met a nice pretty young girl who he was starting to like and was sitting next to talking to her

"Hi you speak English?" He asked politly as he smiled warmly at her.

She smiled and quickly nodded. "Yes uhhh some yes?" She said in an noregion type tone.

He smiled even more and nodded. "Yes uhhh names Edward Elric....but just Ed....and you would be?" he asked

She smiled. "I am Sara....nice to meet you Edward....Ed" She said blushing some as she thought of how handosme he looked

He smiled and also blushed thinking how pretty she was as they soon began to talk to each other

As Ed was doing that Al and Tony were on the otherside of the bench along with a little girl who was sitting beside Al and drawing a bit in his book. Al smiled down at the little girl as he watched her and helped her out abit

Tony was also looking through his drawnings and looking around at people that looked exactly like some down in third class. He smiled and shook his head as he was amazed at how good Al was.

"You know your very good you know......very good." He said smiling at Al who smiled back. "Uhh thanks." He said as two older people came up.

"Ok now Larana time to go now. say goodbye to uncle Al." sai the little girls father as he gently grabbed her hand to lead her down.

She smiled at Al who smiled back and waved. "Bye uncle Al." She called as they soon started to leave

Al smiled and waved back. "Bye Larana..." He called back waving

As doing so Sky soon came down into the third class room looking around at everything around her as she looked for that young man she saw last night.

She smiled nervously at other people who watched her curious to what she was doing her as she walked around

She walked up around the benches as she searched for him

As doing so while Ed was talking to Sara he notice her stopping and looking up.

He also looked up to see the same girl he had seen yesterday afternoon that Al had been starring at.

He grinned and poked Al who was behind him working on his drawnings.

Al looked at him. "Yeah brother?" Al asked as Ed just pointed up smirking

"Al....look." He said as Al looked at him confused, but then looked up to see Sky walking around third class benches as she soon found him and started walking up over to him a bit nervously.

He gulped and blushed a bit as she stopped in front of him. He quickly got up and looked down at her as he put his drawnings done a bit.

She smiled a bit as she looked up at him. "Hello there Mr. Elric." She said nodding her head a bit

Al slowly nodded back and blushed a bit as he smiled nervously, "Hello again....."

"Uhhh may I speak with you?" she asked looking up at him

He nodded still blushing as he looked down a bit. "Sure...." He said nervously as he looked down to his brother and new friend who smiled and looked at teh two watching the whole scene

Sky looked at Al then down to them and then back to him. "In private?" She asked again

"Oh uhhh y-yes of course...." He said nervously as he quickly gathered up his drawings and put the all back in his notebook and stood back up.

"Uhhh after you." He said nervously allowing Sky to go on ahead first

Tony and Ed looked at him and smirked as Al just hit their sholders blushing a bit more

As they soon left Ed and Tony looked at each other amazed at what happened, but then started to laugh at all what happened.

A long while passed as the sun soon started to set over the horizon

Sky and Al had been talking and walking all over the boat deck all afternoon actually having a pretty good time with each other

"Well I guess since our parents died me and brother decided to just head on out and forget our past lives and just keep moving forward. The only way we can live on is if we don't live in the past. And since we didn't have any other relatives we just lit on out of there and on to the horizon." Al said smiling a bit as they conitnued to walk around onthe boat deck

Sky also smiled back at him as they walked.

Al then sighed a bit and looked down at her. "Well Sky uhhh we've walked about a mile on this boat deck......we've talked about how great the weather's been and how I grew up with brother, but I guess thats not why you came to talk to me is it?" Al asked

Sky sighed also and looked at him. "Well no.....Mr. Elric-" "Uhhh just Al." He said nervously,

"Oh yes Al uhhhh I just really wanted to thank you. You know for just not pulling me back, but for your discrestion." She said nervously.

Al smiled and blushed. "Your welcome...." He said as they continued to walk.

Sky then sighed once more. "I know what you must be thinking. Poor little rich girl, what does she know about misery." She said looking down

Al looked at her then walked down over to the rail to stop for a minute. "No, no....thats not what I was thinking. I was thinking about what could of happen to this girl to think she had no way out." Al said

Sky looked at him then looked down as she walked over besided him and rested against the rail

"Ugh it was everything! My whole world, and all the people in it, and the anurcher of my life, plunging ahead and me powerless to stop it," Sky said sighing as she showed Al her engagment ring

Al looked at it carefully and shook his head. "Gosh.....look at that thing you would of gone strait to the bottom." He said with a small smile

Sky sighed once more and looked out onto the ocean. "500 invitations have gone out and all of philedelphia society will be there, and all the while I feel like i'm standing in the middle of a crowded room screaming at the top of my lungs and no one even looks up....." She said looking down

Al looked at her. "Oh....well do you love him?" He asked nervously

Sky looked up at him. "Pardon?" She asked uncertian

Al sighed, but smiled a bit. "I said do you love him?" He asked again

Sky looked down shaking her head cracking up a bit. "Well isn't that very rude." She said looking back up at him

He laughed a bit. "Well it's just a simple question. If you love the guy or not." He said shaking his head

Sky laughed and walked a bit away from him. "I'm sorry, but I don't really think this is a suitable conversation. I mean you don't know me and I don't know you and we are not having this coversation." She said

Al smiled and walked towards her.

"well then since you are being quit rude I think I should be leaving now." she said gently grabbing Al's hand and shaking it

"Alphonse, Mr.Elric it's been a pleasure i've sought you out to thank you and now I have thank you-" "Yep!....not to mention you kinda insulted me." Al said laughing a bit

"W-Well you deserved it." She said still shaking his hand

Al blushed and smiled. "I thought you were leaving."

Sky nodded and let go of his hand. "I am...." She said walking away, but then stopped.

"Wait a second....this is my part of the ship. You leave!" She said walking back up to him

Al laughed and leaned against the railing. "Well now who's being rude?" Al said still laughing

Sky looked at him and shook her head playfully glaring at him. She then looked down to see him still carrying his notebook.

"Ughhh.....what is this stupid thing your always carrying around?" She asked quickly grabbing it from him and looking at it

He smiled. "Some of my drawings I drew." He said as he watched her looking through it

She looked at it a bit amazed at how well he could draw. "Well these are really good......these are....very good actually," She said looking through them

Al smiled and blushed as he saw her flipping through a page where he had drew a lady and her little baby

She looked up at him still amazed. "Al....this is amazing work you have here.....i've never seen a person draw so good like this before." She said looking back down at them

Al blushed some more as he looked at them nervously. "Yeah well.....they didn't really think of them much back in Paris...." Al said sighing

Sky looked at him. "Paris? So you do get around.....for such a poor....I-I-I mean I uhhh uhhh-" Al laughed. "Yes a two poor guys you can say. Me and brother travel around alot soooo well yeah I sometimes try and sell my drawing to people for some money for me and my brother." Al said with a small smile

Sky smiled back a little as she flipped to another page that had a pretty girl on it that looked to be about his age.

Al blushed as he saw her looking at it and then flipping through some more pages to find more drawings of the girl.

She smiled and looked at him. "Well.....Al I see you really like this woman.....you used her several times." Sky said watching as Al blushed

"Y-Y-Yeah....I-I mean no...or uhhh I mean we uhh k-kinda s-s-sorta..." He said nervously gulping.

Sky laughed. "If I didn't know any better I say you must of had a love affair with her." She said making Al go extremely red

"N-N-No!! No! Uhhhh I-I-I no....you see well uhhh we were uhhh just really close soooo.....well yeah but she did have really beautiful hands though." Al said still blushing.

Sky looked at him. "I see....." "Yeah....she was a great friend even though she was a one legged prostitute" AL said making Sky really look at him. "W-W-What?" She asked uncertain.

Al smiled and showed a drawing of her like that making Sky look at it a bit hard. "Well......" She said looking at it a bit weirdly.

"Yeah.....but she had a good sense of humer though thats why I liked her.....oh yeah and this lady." Al said flipping another page for her

"See she use to wait at that bar every night just wiating for her long lost love. Well called her madame Bejue....." Al said smiling at her

Sky looked at him closely. "Uh-huh.....Al you really are amazing....I mean you can just see people on who they really are...." She said making Al blush a bit

"Yeah.....and I can see you." Al said looking up at her. She smiled. "And?" She asked. "You wouldn't of jumped....." Sky looked at him as her smile dropped a bit

"Al....." She whispered looking deep into his eyes as he looked into hers back.
