Edward was fidgety all day long. He watched Roy working silently at his desk and he sat there thinking over everything that Roy had told him. He played with the hem of his navy blue turtleneck. His white scarf he had just taken off a few minutes ago along with his gloves.

 

<i>Roy is a Vampire? When the Fuck did that happen?</i> Edward thought to himself as he shifted for what was the twentieth time in his seat.

 

“Edward I can hear you fidgeting from all the way over here, is something the matter?” Roy asked which caused Ed to turn and look at his lover. He was about to say something when his cell phone rang.

 

“Hello,” Edward answered shifting his gaze from Roy to the sofa across from the one he was currently sitting on.

 

“Brother, where are you!” Edward heard his brother shout though the phone. Edward sighed and rolled his eyes.

 

“Al I told you I wouldn't be back for a while, are you still at the dorms?” Edward asked his little brother. Ever since Alphonse got his body back he had a tendency to call him almost everyday. Edward was over zealous when it came to the things he did but on the other hand his brother was a different thing.

 

“Brother are you even listening to me?” Alphonse asked him and once again Edward caught himself rolling his eyes.

 

“Yeah you said something about pink poke dots and zebras, seriously Al if you're trying to get my attention you should say something more <i>colorful</i>.” Edward could practically hear his brother blush from the other end.

 

“Edward, you need to pick up Winery from the train station like I said this morning.” Shit. Edward stood up and looked at the clock on the wall above his lover's desk.

 

“Damn it Al! Couldn't you have warned me a half hour before hand! She's gonna hit me with a wrench again!” Edward said as he slipped on his black overcoat and rushed to the door. Edward thought he heard laughter on the other end of the phone as he started to turn around.

 

“I know go ahead I'll meet you at home,” Roy told him as Edward turned in his direction snapping his cell phone closed as he did. Before another word could be said Edward rushed out the door and past the other offices and out of Central Headquarters.

Winery Rockbell stood on the train station platform with malice in her eyes. She was wearing a white turtleneck sweater and brown vest. Her pants were regular denim jeans and her brown boots had fur on the tops of them. She was wearing white gloves that too had fur on them. She had long since given up for a regular ponytail and opted to wear her hair down for the long winter months.

 

“The first blonde head I see I'm throwing my wrench and I hope it does some serious damage this time!” She shouted in rage. Then as she looked up from her fit she saw a familiar blonde head coming into view. She was so shocked by his appearance that she almost forgot to hit him with her wrench…almost. A long sleeve turtle neck sweater that was navy blue and his normal black leather pants. He had a black overcoat on which had replaced his red duster but like the old red coat, it had his trademark snake and cross on the back of it. Before Edward knew what hit him she threw the wrench as hard as she could knocking him to the ground. Edward's breath could be seen as he rose up and rubbed his abused head.

 

“Damn it Winery! The first time I see you in a long time and you try to kill me!” He shouted at her.

 

“Don't be late next time and I won't have to hurt you,” She smiled as she bent over to help him up. Once he was on his feet she hugged him fiercely.

 

“It really is nice to see you Winery,” He said as he played with the hem of her sweater.

 

“Is something troubling you?” Winery said as she pulled back from the embrace. Edward looked into her sapphire blue eyes and shook his head.

 

“Nothing important, hey did you want to go somewhere special to eat tomorrow night?” Edward asked her. She smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck.

 

“Yeah, maybe. We should talk to Al and Roy,” At that statement Edward choked. How did she find out about him and Roy?

 

“You know?” He asked her and she pulled back with her hands at her sides and smiled.

 

“Yes, Al told me, and I don't have a single problem with it.” She told him but he could tell that there was a little hurt in her eyes. He was about to say something when she pulled him off the platform.

Roy sat in his favorite chair in his very expensive house. He looked across the way to see Aqeivyanna coming into his living room.

 

“He looks just like him,” She said as she sat down on his couch and crossed her legs with her hands on her knee.

 

“It is him, I feel his soul. He came back to me.” Roy said with a smile. He sat the book down he was reading and crossed his legs. He folded his arms and looked over at Aqeivyanna.

 

“His name was Edger was it not? I remember when you two met, and I also remember him refusing the gift of eternal life…” she said with a heavy heart. She could see the tears building behind Roy's eyes.

 

“The past is the past,” Roy said shrugging his shoulders.

 

“How is life with what's her name? Rebecca?” Roy asked her and it caused her to laugh.

 

“Regina, it's fine, though she's not as good as you were.” Aqeivyanna grinned at him. He shrugged his shoulder and smiled.

 

“Nobody is as good as I am,” He said which caused them both to laugh.

 

“I beg to differ,” Roy's head turned to the direction of the living room door. Edward was shredding his coat and laid it across the table next to Roy's chair. He leaned down and kissed Roy on the lips as a greeting.

 

“What are you implying Edward, that you're better than I am? You want to prove it?” Roy asked seductively licking Edward's ear as he whispered in his ear the things he could do with his tongue.

 

“As much as I love watching two men going at it, I'm afraid Regina will get worried if I stay too long. Tonight is a new moon Roy; it's a good idea to start the Fledging.” Aqeivyanna said as she stood.

 

“Good night Aqeiva,” Roy said as she stepped into the hallway.

 

“Good night Roy,” and with that she was gone.

 

“Now to make good on my threats.” Roy said and Edward laughed as he lifted Edward bridal style carrying him up to their bedroom.

 

As Roy stripped Edward of his hair tie he sucked gently on Ed's neck. When Edward's hair cascaded down his back he groaned and stripped Roy of his shirt. Though the contact was broken for an instant, Edward quickly turned the tables and shoved Roy down on the bed. He crawled up to eye level with Roy and kissed him roughly as he snaked his hand down to Roy's groin where he rubbed his flesh hand roughly against Roy's manhood. Roy moaned loudly but it was muffled somewhat by Edward's heated kiss. Edward sat up then. A look of confusion passed Roy's face for just a second then he found what the blonde was up to. “Good…” Roy said as he held his lover.

 

“Alright that's enough,” He said pulling his wrist away from Edward's mouth. A whimper escaped Edward as he fell back into darkness.

 

“Sleep Ed, Tomorrow we hunt,” was the last thing he heard before he lost conciseness.
