Homunculi House Arrest

Prologue

The six homunculi stood at the gates of the large house Father said they'd be staying in for a while. Gluttony was complaining to Lust about being hungry as she filed her nails. Envy was in some heated argument with Greed, and Sloth was listening to Wrath talk. Pride was just keeping to himself.

 

After what seemed like a few hours of waiting, a ghostly figure approached them. The figure dropped its cloak and standing before them was Father, but it wasn't him. They could tell.

 

“My children, this is your task. I have noticed that you are having trouble when it comes to working together. Effective immediately, you are to stay in this house and you cannot leave the property for six months.”

 

The homunculi were less than pleased. Envy was the first to protest.

 

“Six months?! That's ridiculous! You can't be serious!”

 

`Father' lunged forward and stabbed Envy in the back of the neck.

 

“ARGH!”

 

“I am very serious Envy. I will not have my children in dysfunction. I will leave you will Defiance whom I spoke through. I also have created four more homunculi who will be staying with you. Good day.”

 

`Father' put the hood back on and looked up. He now looked like a young version of Father but with no beard and spiky hair. Suddenly appearing next to him like they were there the whole time were four more homunculi: A guy and three girls.

 

The first girl stepped forward, she had blond hair and blue eyes and her Ouroborus was tattooed on her chest like Lust.

 

“I'm Perversion!” She spoke in a cheerful tone. “I can control minds, especially the minds of men!” She added mischievously.

 

The second girl stepped up. She had dark brown hair, brown eyes and her Ouroburos tattoo was on her left cheek. (On her face, you perverted reader!)

 

“I'm Stubbornness, just call me Stubborn. I spit acid.” She said in monotone, spitting a steaming green fluid out the corner of her mouth. (Which burned a hole in the pavement)

 

The third girl stepped forward. She had green eyes, dirty blond hair and flags in her hands. When she signaled with the flags, you could see the Ouroburos tattooed on the underside of her right forearm.

 

“She said her name is Silence and her abilities are force fields and invisibility. And the big red ninja freak over there is Suffering.” Stubborn interpreted, glancing at each homunculus as she spoke “And you already met Defiance, I see. So…yeah, I guess this is everybody…” She trailed off looking at Greed. “Hi.”

 

“Hi yourself.” Greed responded arms crossed over his chest. Perversion giggled and `nudged' Stubborn towards Greed. And by `nudged', I really mean `shoved her into him'. Stubborn glared over her shoulder at Perversion. Suddenly out of nowhere Stubborn reached up and touched the stubble on Greed's face.

 

“And all the fair girls in the land wanted to touch the giant beard in the sky…” She murmured. Defiance cleared his throat and Stubborn moved away from Greed.

 

“Oh…right…Defiance is going to show us around the house. It's Father's summer home, you know. Let's go.”

The homunculi picked up their stuff and entered through the front gate, Defiance in the lead.
