A/N: Alright, this is my first fic after the Kill Inuyasha volumes. If you like it, review. My spelling and grammar aren't that great let me warn you. But it won't be one of those misspelled stories. Also, this is my first Fullmetal Alchemist fic so please be nice! Also, there is an OC character in this story. It was night and Ed and Al were sleeping, soundly, I might add. Amanda wasn't sleeping however. She wasn't feeling sleepy she was just as energetic as ever. She had a walkman in her hand and was jumping around in nothing but short shorts and a tank top. She was singing at the top of her lungs.''

Amanda's singing at the top of her lungs woke up the two brothers. Al was the first to awake from his slumber. He opened his eyes only to see a monster in front of him. He did the only thing he could think of,'' AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!''

'' SHHH! It's only me! I'm not wearing my make-up though so I guess it would be hard not to scream. You've never seen me like this before. I look better with my make-up on don't I?''

'' AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!'' was the only response she got. She just sighed and went back to her singing,''

Once she hit that note that was when the older elric brother woke-up. Ed rubbed his eyes and looked up at the couch. Someone or something was jumping up and down doing apparently what the humans called singing. So he just,'' AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"
'' You know what,'' Amanda said,'' I'm going into the bathroom to put on my make-up. Don't expect to be out in a couple of minutes, no pain no gain. It's going to take awhile to look as good as I do.'' She jumped off the couch and went into the bathroom.

'' That thing was supposed to be Amanda! It was singing! Can you believe that? '' Ed asked his brother. They couldn't believe what they just saw. Then, they heard some poppy japanese music erupting from the bathrooom, accompanied by some terrible singing.

Ed and Al had had enough by then. They had pillows covering both sides of their heads. It didn't really do any good. Amanda just tore up one song after the next. This next song fell victim to Amanda's horrible singing too. Even though it was a classsic....

Ed and Al hadn't realized what they had gotten into. With pillows over their ears, they tried going back to sleep. The earplugs on the table went unnoticed. That was until they woke up again and realized they even had earplugs. They got up and put them in and they could could almost be deaf to Amanda's singing. After, they went back to sleep. Al just really closing his eyes and Ed dreaming about Roy.

When they woke up in the morning, Amanda was still in the bathroom. As soon as they both got up, the bathroom door opened and she came out looking as refreshed as ever.

'' I didn't realize it took me so long to get ready! I had to put each part of my make-up on carefully because when I do it with magic, it always messes up. Well, since its morning, I need to get dressed.'' Amanda said happily. With just a snap of her fingers, she had on a new outfit. A blue tank-top with white capris. There were also some white 7-inchers to go with the outfit. She remembered something and had a white purse to go with the outfit.

She then said,'' I'll be out while you boys get ready. Oh Ed, I have just enough time to braid your hair. I've been practicing for awhile now. I'm getting better and better at it!'' With a little pop, her capris became a mini-skirt. Also, she disappeared.

Ed and Al just shrugged and Ed went into the bathroom.

( Roy Mustang's room )

Roy was still filling out papers. He just had to get this stack of papers off his desk! Oh no! That pesky woman who went by the name of ''Amanda '' popped on his desk. She sat on it facing him and crossed her legs.

'' You knw, a guy cute as you needs some sleep don't you? '' She asked him.

'' I heard you last night. Whoever you're rooming with, I feel really sorry for them. '' Roy said. He tried to concentrate on his work, but Amanda was interrrupting him.

Amanda asked,'' What do mean whoever I'm rooming with? Why can't I be sleeping by myself?''

'' You can't be working here, you have to be rooming with somebody. Who is it you're rooming with?'' Roy asked.

Amanda answered him,'' Why can't I be working here?''

'' You're too annoying for anyone to hire you.'' Roy told her simply. Just then Fuhrer Bradley walked in. He looked like he was looking for somebody.

'' Do you need anything sir?'' Roya asked the Fuhrer.

The Fuhrer's eyes rested on Amanda then said,'' Nothing Mustang, I was just looking for my new secretary. I see she was busy with you.'' Roy was confused for awhile but now he knew what the Fuhrer was implying.

'' No, its not what you think! She was just leaving.'' He said to the Fuhrer.

'' Look Bradley, honey, darling, I was just hanging out with Roy here. I was helping him fill out a little paperwork. Like he said, I was just leaving! I was coming right back to my desk when I was finished.'' Amanda tried to explain to the man. She opened her purse and pulled out a pen and a notebook. She hopped off of the desk and ran the best as she could in those heels across the room to follow the Fuhrer.

Roy screamed after her,'' Hey, that's my pen!'' The only response he got of her was a smile through the door.

( To Amanda's New Desk )

When she got to the desk, she sat down and didn't know what to do. She picked up the phone and called Roy's room, she still had a little business to settle. Plus, she was getting bored. Bradley had shouted at most of his men when they called him that they didn't bother calling. The ones who never called apparently heard the rumor and decided not to call.

When Roy picked up and his voice could be heard on the other line, she said,'' Guess who? The one and only!''

The nasal-toned voice hurt his ears a little bit but he realized who it was. He asked,'' Why are you calling? Don't you have a job?''

'' I have one, but its boring. Anyways, to answer you previous question, I'm staying with the Elric brothers.'' Amanda told him.

'' The Elric brothers. So how's Edward doing?'' Roy asked.

Amanda answered,'' He and his brother are doing just fine if you must know. You know, you seem a little hung on old Eddy there. Do you like him?''

It wouldn't be in Roy's best interest to tell a loud-mouthed woman his feelings. But there wasn't anybody else around to tell either. Hawkeye already knew because she was a woman and Hughes knew because Hawkeye told him. He really couldn't say how he really felt because everybody blabbed in this place.

'' Since you asked, I love everything about Edward. His hair, eyes, smile, every thing! He's sooooooo cute when he gets mad and I hate it when he gets sad! I just want to kiss that expression off of his face.'' He kept going on and on about everything he loved about Ed. To Amanda, it was sooooooooo sweet!! She'd never seen anybody fall this hard.

He stopped rambling and put the phone down. Amanda knew because she heard the phone hist the desk and she heard some shouting and things being thrown across the room.

'' HUGHES IF YOU TELL ANYBODY I WILL BURN YOU UP ALIVE!''

'' I CAN'T BELIEVE IT WAS RIGHT UP UNDER MY NOSE!''

'' GET OUT DAMNIT OR I WILL MURDER YOU!!''
