A/N: Alright, this is my first fic after the Kill Inuyasha volumes. If you like it, review. My spelling and grammar aren't that great let me warn you. But it won't be one of those misspelled stories. Also, this is my first Fullmetal Alchemist fic so please be nice! Also, there is an OC character in this story. It does seem like a made this story becuase I'm homophobic and that's not true, I like all people so I hope this doesn't offend anybody.Enjoy the story!!!!!!

'' It would help us just a little bit if you guys would just get into position like we told you!'' Amanda shouted at the two boys. Ed and Hughes were not following the two girls. Hughes had just said he was a little rusty since his wedding. Val and Amanda couldn't help but think he hadn't eyt learned how to dance.

Amanda was still fiddlinng with her radio. For some reason, she had borrowed this off the Fuhrer and all it played was Folk Songs. Amanda finally figured it out and got it to play the radio. It must've been their lucky day because Mariah Carey's '' We Belong Together '' was coming on the radio! Val and Amanda got an evil look on there faces.

'' Look! If you've got an evil plan to get me to dance, you can forget it!'' Ed shouted at the two women. They both laughed and cracked the long stick they each held in their hands.

Val asked Amanda,'' Are you thinking what I'm thinking?''

'' Ed, I know you're 17, but that's still old enough to get a spankin'!'' Amanda and Val cackled evilly still smacking the long skinny sticks on their palms.

'' Uhhhhhhhhhhhh, maybe not. LET'S DANCE HUGHES!'' Ed grabbed the older man and forced him into a dance. Amanda was oberserving closely and from the way they were dancing they didn't know what a beat was.

'' Val, what is a beat?'' Val got the message and a dictionary suddenly appeared in front of them. She opened it and turned it until she found the word '' beat ''.

Then she said,'' Beat:a single pulsation of an oscillation produced by adding two waves of different frequencies; has a frequency equal to the difference between the two oscillations or perhaps you're looking for this one: the basic rhythmic unit in a piece of music or you could try this one: a regular rate of repetition.'' The cutting throat gesture meant that it was time to stop. Amanda snatched the dictionary from her hands.

'' Now I'm looking for this one : a stroke or blow. That's what I'm going to do to you if you keep saying stupid things.'' Amanda put the dictionary on the desk.

Then, Val asked,'' What's a stroke or a blow? '' Amanda hit her over the head with the dictionary.

'' Why don't you look it up in the dictionary?! '' Val then opened the dictionary and first went to look up '' blow ''.

She then said,'' Did you mean blow like this: a powerful stroke with the fist or a weapon? ''

'' What I wouldn't give with a friend with some brains! '' Amanda then turned her attention to Edward and Maes.

'' Don't mind Val, you two obviously don't know what a beat is. You need to follow the beat of the song with your movements. Hughes, I thought you said you could dance?! '' Amanda put her hands on her hips. Val wasn't paying attention because she was still looking up stroke.

'' Val! Put down the dictionary!''

'' I was looking up stroke like you told me to!''

'' Don't say another word!'' Amanda was fed up with Val's nonsense by then. She got back to the task at hand. Teaching a young male how to dance was harder than it looked.

'' Val, come on over here and dance with me.'' Val didn't move one inch because she was still acting clueless. Amanda yanked the necklace around her neck then Val got up and joined her.

'' Let me show you guys a little thing called following a beat. Anybody can dance a slow dance or a fast dance if you just follow the beat.'' With a clap of her hands, '' Want Me, Want Me '' by Namie Amuro came on. Val could do some things, and Amanda wasn't that smart but she could follow a beat. Their moves were exactly like Namie Amuro's! They didn't dance together, like a couple, they were doing a glorified sex dance!

When she said bend down, Amanda and Val bent down. Just then, the Fuhrer walked in on them bending down, when they saw himthey scratched their backs and smiled sheepishly.

'' I just came to deliver some papers, I didn't know a peep-show was going on in here! I thought Fullmetal was gay! '' The Fuhrer was obvious to what was really going on. Also, they were not in the best situation.

Amanda winked at the Fuhrer then said,'' If you meet me on Saturday in the front yard it could be what it looked like for you.'' She smiled seductively and waved as the Fuhrer waved at her happily and did a '' Call Me '' sign with his hand.

'' Manda, why do you always get the guy?''

'' Because, I'm too damn sexy too resist!''

'' GET OVER YOURSELF!'' Hughes, Al, and Ed shouted at her at the same time. Amanda looked at them and glared at them for a second before getting back to the subject.

The song was over and Amanda and Val were through dancing. Before sitting back on the desk, Amanda asked,'' Does anybody have any more requests?''

Maes raised his hand happily and said,'' Can you do '' I Will Survive ''?

'' Please God no!'' Ed and Al shouted at her. Amanda looked sternly at them and said quickly,'' Okay, so no. Anyways, I'm gonna need to see that slow dance.''

The two boys got into position and started dancing. They really didn't want to see anymore dancing, of course Hughes did. That really didn't care anyhow. Amanda and Val were watching the scene as Ed and Maes danced gracefully.

'' Good gracious! I think he's got it!'' Amanda clapped her hands.

'' Really?'' Val doubted them, but Amanda was happy anyways.

Ed asked,'' Why do I have to go on this stupid date anyways?''

Amanda answered,'' That's easy, Val and I went through high seas, climbed mountain tops, went through many dangers to get you into this date.''

This answer confused Val greatly,'' I though we just threatened Mustang into it.'' That earned her a hard nudge in the side.

'' You know where I always go when I need a little encouragment?'' Amanda asked.

'' The Dollar General Store.'' answered Val.

'' No Val, I GO TO MA'S HOUSE! Ed, Al, get ready and let's go to Ma's. Only Heaven knows when was the last time I saw her.''

( Amanda's mother's house )

'' You know, I was beginning to get worried about you?'' Amanda's mother or Ma as she called her said as she chewed on a snicker's bar.

Amanda ate a piece of chocolate cake,'' Ma, Ed here needs a little help here. He's going out on a date tomorrow night and he won't go!''

'' Is he a single guy?'' Ma asked.

Ed answered,'' Of course he's single.''

'' Is he bisexual or gay?'' Ma was getting into their business.

'' He's bisexual Ma, gee do you have to know everything?!'' Amanda was glaring at her mother.

'' WHY ISN'T MY LITTLE GIRL GOING AFTER HIM THEN?!!!'' Amanda's mother flew into one of her moods. Then, she suddenly dropped to the floor clutching her chest. Ed and Al rushed to her side.

'' MY HEART! I'M GOING TO DIE!''

'' Is there anything we can do to help you ma'am?'' asked Al.

'' Yes! Go into the refridgerator and get me the Hershey's Chocolate Syrup.'' Ed and Al anime dropped at Ma's request. Even though it was insane, Al got the syrup. He rushed back to her side.

She didn't have a spoon so she just poured the syrup into her mouth. By now, Val and Amanda were used to this. Manda's Ma always reacted this way if her daughter wasn't going out with somebody. Amanda almost regreted asking Cupid for that other favor.

'' Ed darling, do you love this guy?'' Amanda's Ma asked him. She was smiling now.

'' I think I do.''

'' Well then, my daughter has no right to date him if somebody already likes him. But if things don't work out, my daughter is always available?''

'' MA!''

'' It's sad when you're over 35 and don't have a husband or some kind of support.''

'' I'll say.'' Ma and Ed started laughing.

Val just had to put in her two cent,'' You know Manda has a boytoy. He's a Fuhrer this time too.''

'' Val, for the rest of the day, just don't say anything. You look smarter when you're quiet.'' Amanda said to her friend.

'' No she doesn't.'' Ma had started working on a thick thigh bone by now. She prided herself on getting free food from KFC. Maybe that was because they kicked her out for being there so much.
