Chapter 4. See, didn't have to wait long. Though I forgot to put it on media miner, so some people did…sorry about that…
Oh yeah, I don't own FMA. I can't remember whether I've put that in or not so yeah. But I'm not putting it on again. It's painful, having to repeat it. Lol. Once in enough in any case. Happy reading!

Havoc looked down at the food he had prepared doubtfully…hopefully it was edible. Cooking just wasn't one of his skills. With a sigh he headed towards Riza's room. He poked his head in quietly. Riza was asleep on the chair she had been sitting on. Trying to make as little noise as possible he folded the covers on the bed back. Then he gently picked Riza up and placed her beneath them. Gazing at her beautiful sleeping form he put the blankets around her to just below her neck. As he stared he couldn't help but lean down and gently touch his lips to hers.
Riza's eyes flew open.

Mustang looked slightly alarmed, as if he had already expected Ed to know. He said nothing.
Mustang where is Alphonse? Where is my brother?
“I'm not sure”
“Don't lie to me dammit! Where is my brother? Has something happened to him?”
“…not yet” Mustang said softly, wanting to spare Edward the truth of his brothers fate. Ed sprang up from his chair angrily.
“Stop doing that! What the hell is wrong with you!?”
“You want to know!? Fine!” Mustang yelled, looking up at Ed.
“Your brother is on death road! He's probably in a military hold somewhere awaiting execution by my hand because Hawkeye couldn't pull the trigger!”
They stared at each other, the only sound in the room their heavy breathing. Mustang had purposely left out that the reason Al was there was because he was trying to bring Ed back, back to them all. Where he was needed.
What?” Ed finally whispered. Mustang looked away.
“You asked for it”
“Your hand?” He sounded as though he was trying to register the fact and barely succeeding. Mustang could only nod mutely. What was there to say?
The next thing he felt was Ed's automail smashing into his face. The impact pushed him off the bed and he landed with a thud. Mustangs eyes narrowed.
“I think I've taken about enough of your crap” he muttered. Ed had a sudden intake of breath…Mustang wasn't wearing anything. Ed's body instantly began to respond which fuelled his anger.
“What the hell does the military want with Al anyway!?” Mustang jumped up and launched himself at Ed, punching him across the cheek. Unprepared for an assault Ed went flailing to the ground. With a growl Mustang kneeled over Ed, stark naked, his knees on either side of Ed's hips. Ed tried to ignore Mustang's manhood dangling between them and tried to focus on the ferocious expression on Mustang's face. Mustang grabbed Ed's collar and yanked him up so that they were face to face. Ed's stomach began to quiver as he felt Mustang brush up against him.
“You come back, after 4 years with absolutely no word and you expected people to still have normal lives Ed? You expected us to just move on and act like nothings happened!?” Ed just stared at him, open-mouthed. Mustang stared back for a moment, watching him with a strange look on his face. Then suddenly Mustangs mouth was ravaging Ed's, his tongue plunging deeply into Ed's mouth, thoroughly exploring it. Ed made a small sound of surprise before his eyes closed and he leaned into the kiss and into Mustang. He was going hard with the feel of Mustangs groin against his. Mustang gently moved Ed's head and body to the floor before breaking the kiss. Ed's eyes were still closed and he leaned forward, seeking Mustangs lips, whimpering a little at the loss. Mustang smiled slightly and ran his thumb across Ed's bottom lip. Ed's eyes flew open and his heart skipped a beat as they locked onto Mustang's black ones.
“You just don't get it do you?” Mustang whispered. Before Ed could ask what he meant the door burst open and Greed walked in.
“Yo Ed-” he stopped as he looked at the picture before him. A naked Roy Mustang with his dick half hard, on an extremely flushed Ed. Greed recognized the look in Ed's eyes. They hadn't just been talking. Greed grinned and leaned against the doorframe. It would have been quite a sight if anyone had of walked past this particular door on this particular morning. But it was safe to say no one did.
“Im disappointed Ed, I why couldn't I watch? I hadn't finished convincing you to let me yet” Ed growled and shoved a confused Mustang off of him.
“Shut up Greed, have you got his clothes?” Greed held them up and Ed snatched them out of his hands with his automail arm. He almost swiped Greed in the process.
“Easy there Ed” Greed said with a grin. Mustang stood up, completely relaxed in his state of undress. Ed threw Mustangs clothes at him angrily.
“Get dressed” Mustang narrowed his eyes at the change in the man but went into the bathroom and closed the door. Ed shoved past Greed who quickly swiped his hard-on as he went by. Ed turned to hit him but stopped as Greed began to massage it. He couldn't help the groan of pleasure that fell from his lips, leaning forward towards Greed. Greed leaned forward and licked his neck. Ed could only arch, the powerful, wonderful feeling that Greed was conjuring with his hands was more than he could bear. It had been more than a week, for both of them. Far too long.
“Maybe I could join in” Greed whispered seductively. If that didn't get him out of his little pleasure world the bathroom door opening certainly did. He glared at Greed and shoved him away.
“I'm going out for a while” Ed said as Mustang emerged from the bathroom, fully dressed. His hair was still a mess though. How come he didn't have a shower? “Try not to kill each other while I'm gone” Ed told them and disappeared around the corner. Greed and Mustang looked at each other warily.

Havocs eyes widened and stepped back. Hawkeye said nothing, didn't move, but stared at him as if he had grown two heads.
“Uh…I'm…I guess I should say I'm sorry” Havoc said with a strained laugh. This wasn't the first time he was kind of glad she had no weapons.
“I guess you should Lieutenant Colonel Jean Havoc” Havoc looked at her for a few moments. She still must not have been completely willing or ready to accept the ending of her military career. Or grief was stopping her from doing so.
“Riza” he sighed gently. “You aren't in the military anymore sweetheart” His eyes almost widened again. Woops. That endearment had just sort of come out on its own. A pain look came into Riza's eyes, as if she had forgotten and Havoc wished he'd never said anything.
“And I'm not. Sorry that is” Hawkeye's eyes narrowed. She sat upright and almost involuntarily touched two light fingers to her lips, her face softening. Havoc watched her.
“…I've…I've wanted to do that for a long time” Hawkeye looked at him and then looked away, unable to hold his gaze
“I'm not…we can't…I…” she trailed off, both of them unsure of what she was trying to say. He went and sat beside her. He took the fact that she didn't move away as a good sign. He stroked her cheek lightly.
“I know. I'm not asking for anything. I apologize for what I did, though I'm not sorry. This is a bad time for confusion so we'll stay friends as long as you need to, as long as you want to…forever if you don't see me any other way” Hawkeye had never seen Jean so mature and she turned and buried herself in his arms, her head in his chest. He wrapped his arms around her in comfort, nothing more. He would wait. Because she was worth waiting for.

Ed stared at the perimeters of Eastern Headquarters. He couldn't alert anyone, especially the authorities, to that fact that he was back because of what he and Greed had to do so he had no idea how he was going to get Al out of there. All he knew was that he needed to do it soon or the stupid bastard Colonel would kill him. Ed stopped at the thought. Ed trusted him with the secret of his return…did he really believe that Mustang would kill Al? It would certainly help his rise to the top, not to mention major good books with the Fuhrer. Ed wondered what had happened to Hawkeye and why she had been here with Al instead of with the Colonel (he sometimes got jealous of how inseparable those two were) and what the hell was Al doing near military personnel anyway? Ed sighed and rubbed his forehead. There were so many unanswered questions, so much that he didn't know. He stood and began walking away. There was only one man he knew that could give him the answers. Mustang…

And that is my next chapter…have you guys noticed how hard it is to write reviewer responses through the actual chapters? I've decided I'm just going to reply individually to each one, saves a lot of hassle. Lol. Anyway, I hope this was a good chapter. I don't think it was a cliffie, which makes for a nice change.
