Finally, A Chibodee and Rain Story

 

Chapter 1: Hope Lost, Hope Found

 

 

One sunny afternoon, Rain Mikamura decided to take a walk into town. She needed a break; she had been finishing the repairs on the Shining Gundam. Being Domon Kasshu's partner wasn't easy. He's in so many Gundam fights, that she was fixing the Gundam like 3 or 4 times a week. That really put a strain on her. She sometimes went a week without food or rest.

 

 

So, Rain decided to get a slice of pizza down at InuYasha's Pizza Parlor. As she slowly walked down the pavement, Rain thought about what Domon had said to her

 

~FLASHBACK~

 

“Don't go anywhere until the repairs are finished,” Domon said with a scowl, “Understand. I'm going out for two hours.” And with that, Domon walked away with his red ankle-length cape swaying behind him.

 

 

~END FLASHBACK~

 

Cars were zooming past Rain in the street, but Rain wasn't paying any attention to the loud noise, but rather to the thoughts in her head.

 

 

I wonder where Domon went, Rain thought curiosly. Out of curiosity, she looked across the street from her cushioned seat at the pizza parlor and what she saw devastated her.

 

 

There, across the way at the Ice Cream Shoppe was Domon, and he was with Allenby, the Neo Sweden Gundam fighter. They looked to be a date, and were sharing a tasty ice cream sundae.

 

Allenby and Domon were happily chatting with each other. What got Rain really upset was that, Domon proclaimed his love and devotion to her just a week ago. They had recently became a legal couple. But Domon clearly looked to be enchanted with Allenby, and it was so obvious. They were all over each other. They French kissed, hugged, held hands; all of that stuff. Rain wouldn't be surprised if they had already had sex.

 

 

Rain was in total shock right now. Domon, the man she loved, had cheated on her… he betrayed her. Just like that. She was crying uncontrollably as she got up and ran to the warehouse where the Shining Gundam was kept.

 

 

She would write him an angry letter, telling him of her discovery.

 

 

With tears gushing from her blue eyes, she began to write her fairwell letter to Domon:

 

 

Dear Domon,

 

I can't believe what you did…going out and kissing that slut Allenby. And right after you said you loved me. I resign as your partner; the Neo Japan government will provide you with a new crew. I won't be made a fool of, especially by you. You probably don't know how you've hurt me; that's how inconsiderate you are. You are the lowest human being on this Earth. Don't even think about begging for forgiveness, for you don't even deserve it. Good bye, Domon Kasshu. Maybe someday I'll be able to forgive you…but for now I can't…I can't forgive what you've done.

Rain placed the note where Domon was sure to find it. She grabbed her coat and ran as fast as she could to God knows where. She mentally thanked herself for running Track in middle and in high school. No wonder her body was a looker.

 

 

I can't believe he'd actually do that, and to me. For God's sake I mean we've practically been friends since childhood, thought Rain as she tried to supress her falling tears. It was no good. Her sad blue tears kept slipping down her paled face. Rain was just too sad.

 

 

Because she was too caught up in her tears and thoughts, she hadn't realized that she'd ran deep into a dark alley.

 

 

Rain had been running for some time now, and her legs gave out on her. She couldn't take it anymore, her tears just came again and again.

 

 

As Rain looked up, she saw five men approach her.

 

“Hey baby, how bouts you and I get freaky!” One of them said darkly.

 

 

“You want a good time, come with me.”Another said.

 

 

The others just grinned evilly behind the two who had spoken. They seemed to be your everyday rapists.

 

 

Rain cowered on the ground where she sat. Her eyes looked at them in unknowing fear. She wanted to shout, but her voice was dead for the moment… probably because of her fear.

 

 

“Grab her,” commanded one of the rapists.

 

 

Rain thought, Please, no… not now

 

 

“DOM—“ Rain caught herself and quickly screamed the next name that came to her mind, “CHIBODEE, HELP ME!!”

 

 

It was a horribe sight to behold.

 

 

The men slapped her face to the side painfully hard. Rain got free a little and bit the one that was straddling her until she tasted blood.

“Bitch, how dare you do that.” He wiped his own disgusting blood across her beautiful but tear-stricken face.

 

 

They ripped her clothes to shreds. First, they ridded her of her blue short-sleeved jacket. Then, her pink dress was ripped so she was half-naked.

 

 

“Did I hear a pretty lady call for me,” a cool, but strong voice said.

 

 

Chibodee had actually came to her rescue. Rain had thought no one would come because they might not of heard her because the men had muffled her with their grimey hands.

 

“Get lost, buddy. This girl is mine,” the thug said as he looked at her most evilly.

 

 

Rain was horrified of the look in his eyes. They showed true malice.

 

 

“Sorry, but I like playing the hero, so I'll take her off your hands,” Chibodee said heroically.

 

 

He got into his usual fighting stance, and then knocked his fist ferociously into one guy's head, knocking the guy out. Most of them ran off, scared after seeing the display of strength Chibodee expressed with just one fist. The leader remained.

 

 

“Well I guess your not smart,” Chibodee said cockily, “You should have ran off with your friends.”

 

 

“I'm not scared of your punk ass.”

 

 

Chibodee was tiring of all this talk. His Shuffle Alliance Queen Of Spades crest blazed alive. He striked the guy right in the jaw and broke it.

 

 

“Ahh, that guy ain't human!” He said, sounding very scared and ran off in a hurry.

 

 

Rain was still scared out of her mind from the attack, still sad from her dilemma with Domon, and she couldn't take all that happened today. It was all too much.

Rain broke down and began to cry softly enough that it caught Chibodee's attention.

 

 

“Rain?”

 

 

“Chibodee…” And with that Rain collapsed to the cold ground.

 

 

“Rain…Rain, are you okay?” Chibodee shouted as he rushed quickly to Rain's side.

 

 

What he saw made him pale in horror. Rain had trails of dried blood that had dripped down her face. Her dress was shredded down to her waist, and large slits at each side of her dress's skirt. She was a terrible mess.

 

 

He decided it was best to take her back to his home. Chibodee took off his light blue jacket and placed it over her small body; then picked her up bridal style.
