Cho Hakkai woke up in bed with a slight headache,he raised his hands
to touch his forehead.He felt cold yet his forehead seemed hot.He looked
sideways to see a sleeping Sanzo his usual frown was replaced by a small
smile.He reached to stroke Sanzo's blonde hair to make sure that he was
asleep seeing no movement he got out of bed.He didn't want to disturb
Sanzo and Hakuryu.He was just about to leave when he heard Sanzo's voice.
"Going somewhere?" Sanzo's voice seemed tense.
So he faked it."I was just about to get some medicine" Hakkai said
innocently.True he was really going out to buy medicine but also wanted
to take a little 'fresh air'.
"At this late hour?Why?" Sanzo got out of bed and touched Hakkai's
foreheadhe stated."A fever?" he saw Hakkai nod and gave him his usual
smile.
"Don't worry Sanzo I think a good night sleep will take care of this"
Hakkai smiled at Sanzo who said 'che' and went back to his own bed.
Hakkai himself got to bed and was about to go to sleep when he heard
Hakuryu.
"Kyu-yu?"Hakuryu flew to his owners bed,setting himself beside Hakkai
looking at him with concerned eyes.
"I'm fine Hakuryu let's sleep ne?" Hakkai said and snoozed off to a
dreamless sleep.

"Hey give me back that fried dumpling you horny kappa!" Goku maked a
grab for his fried dumpling but Gojyo held it even higher.
"Who said that this was yours I got it first whoever gets it first wins"
Gojyo commented before he ate the fried dumpling."Delicious."
"You horny kappa!"
"What did you just call me you bakasaru!"
"Red-headed cockroach"!
"Brain-appetite monkey!"
"SHUT UP!" Sanzo took out his infamous fan and hit Gojyo and goku twice
on the head." DO YOU WANT TO DIE THAT BADLY!?"
"Pass." Gojyo and Goku both said cluthing their aching head.
Hakkai wasn't eating very well maybe he was wrong about the good
night's sleep he was also feeling rather cold and he was slightly
sweating somthing that Gojyo and Goku noticed.
"Ne, Hakkai is there something wrong? You haven't even touched your
food yet." Goku asked his freind.
"E?Oh!That, I just lost my appetite Goku no need to worry" Hakkai
reassured him.Though this reassurement didn't convince Gojyo.
"Whatever you say Hakkai."Gojyo said unsure.
When they were about to leave Gojyo backed away a little to catch up
with Hakkai who was walking way to slow.
"Ne, Hakkai I was right you are a pretty bad liar.You got fever right?"
Gojyo said smirking at him.
"Ho-how did you know that?"Hakkai said shocked
"The corrupt monk told me. How else?"Gojyo said putting a hand in
Hakkai's forehead." Whoa! Your head pretty hot!Sure youd' be okay?
"Sure,I hope" Hakkai said hopefully

When thay were driving in the open road agin Hakkai's condition seemed
out of control.He was paler than before he didn't wear his usual smile
and he was sweating badly.
"Ne,Hakkai how when can we see the next town?I'm hungry already."
Goku whined hearing no answer from the brunette he looked at Hakkai.
"Ne,Hakkai?Hakkai...HAKKAI!"
Hakkai had fainted over the steering wheel and Hakuryu was out of
control.
"Quick get Hakkai to the back!Let me drive!"Sanzo ordered the other two
while he took control over the steering wheel.They were about to fall
right next to a cliff side when he pulled over.
"Damn you Hakkai what were you thinking!" Sanzo shouted from the front
he turned and saw that Hakkai was sweating and his cheeks were flushed
red.The brunette was breathing heavily.He really was sick.
