Ranma stretched as he got up, he smiled at his wife as the two of them lay there naked in bed, but he knew one thing, "They're here." True, Ranma didn't have a connection to life, like say one with the force did, but he knew in his heart that both G'Nolga and Ryoga would be there to fight in only a few minutes. Getting up, but not before kissing Tanya on the forehead, he got out of bed and got dressed quickly.

The motion woke Tanya up, she sat up and stretched, "Hmm, Ranma, what's going on?"

Ranma frowned as he got the last of his clothing on, "Both of them are nearly here."

Tanya didn't even need to ask who he was talking about, she shivered as she remembered what Julia had said about her last encounter with the Sentinel, if that thing was being powered by someone who was as good as her husband she didn't want to think of the possiblities. She crawled out of bed and started getting dressed, much to delighted eyes of her husband, "You know, Tanya, when this is over, you and I are going to have to have a bit of 'fun'. And I'm not talking about just a quick romp."

Tanya smiled, though she was blushing lightly, "What? You going to try to keep going all night long?"

Ranma grinned, "All night and all day if possible."

"You know, you two are completely insatsatible."

Ranma smirked and turned to Tsunami, "So?" He then sobered, "This is not going to be an easy fight at all."

Tsunami shook his head, "No, there just is no way that this will be easy." He then sighed, "I can only hope that no one gets too hurt."

Ranma nodded, "Same here."

"I forgot to mention that the Sentinel and G'Nolga are entering the portal which leads to the Retreat and your home right now."

Ranma nodded, turned and kissed Tanya on the lips. He broke it after a few moments and walked outside, Tsunami following him. Tanya frowned and went to her workshop to activate her Mardi Gras, the small suicide golems she had made and named after an Earth celebration. She looked at the other golem, which she had named Rojo, and decided to activate that as well. "We'll need all the help we can get."

The programming of the Mardi Gras was simple, attack anything that attacked her or her husband. Rojo had been programmed similar, but since Tanya scanned the orb, she knew that Rojo could learn from it's expirences, eventually growing mentally and actually develop emotions, thoughts, and feelings. "If he survives the fight."

Meanwhile outside Ranma, Julia and Tsunami were waiting for G'Nolga and Sentinel to show up. Julia looked at Ranma, "I'm surprised that you aren't going to go and meet them."

Ranma scowled, "I learned one thing in my life when dealing with people like these, is that you should just wait, they'll come to you."

"Yes, you told me about no matter what you were doing, someone always attacked you, looks like we'll have to hold off this conversation, G'Nolga's here."

Both Julia and Ranma looked and a smirking dwarf was taking her time to get there, Julia frowned, "Why is she taking her time?"

"Probably thinks she has all the time in the world." Ranma then smirked, "But she's going to be in for a surprise right about, now." The then pointed.

Julia and Tsunami had to blink as a bunch of mini-Golems, looking a bit like an egg with legs, jumped at G'Nolga out of nowhere. Ranma smirked, "Tanya installed a transport system in place when she started making them, she calls them Mardi Gras."

G'Nolga sneered as a bunch of small egg-like things jumped her, "What a waste of time." She swung her weapon up to smack the first Mardi Gras, that was a mistake as it literally blew up in her face, when her weapon hit it. She had to leap back to avoid the next two that collided on the ground, causing a HUGE explosion, knocking her backward, "Damn it!"

She was prepared to fight those Mardi Gras again when a redish beam hit most of the Mardi Gras, causing a HUGE explosion. She glanced and saw something that she had only heard about before, the Sentinel, just that it looked a bit deformed with a metal plate covering a hole in its chest and a hand for a foot, but that cannon wasn't something that looked friendly.

"RRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNMMMMMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAA!!! DIE!"

G'Nolga wasn't wasting any time, she dashed forward to try and take out that whelp who had insulted her. Ranma frowned and tensed, "Here she comes."

G'Nolga pulled her weapon back and was prepared to strike when she was kicked in the head by a flying kick, causing her to roll backward a bit and come face-to-face with Rojo, who took a stance similar to G'Nolga's own. "I don't know what you think you are, but you're going to die!"

Meanwhile, Tsunami and Julia had teamed up to take on the Sentinel. Julia did a leaping kick at the Golem's head, but the Sentinel just opened a palm and caught the kick. He then grabbed the foot, swung her overhead and slammed her to the ground hard, making an indention. R-Sentinel had lifted a leg to drop a heavy foot on Julia's spine, but Tsunami delivered a strong and fast kick to the thing's leg that was on the ground, causing it to buckle a bit so that Julia could roll out of the way.

Before R-Sentinel could recover, he was hit with a spinning jump kick, the Shooting Star Kick, in the back of the head, making him stumble forward a bit. R-Sentinel sneered a bit, spinning around quickly, he backhanded both Tsunami and Ranma, who had just landed. R-Sentinel aimed his cannon and fired a red beam of Ki at Tsunami and Ranma, who both rolled out of the way of the shot, the blast continued and blew up harmlessly in the forest.

Meanwhile, G'Nolga sneered at this Golem as it seemed to learn what she was doing, everytime she broke a piece off and it fell down, it seemed to get back up after a few moments, the broken piece fixed with a new material. Then the Golem got some help from some weaker golems, those were easily dealt with, a few kicks and weapon blows and they were destroyed instantly. G'Nolga took her weapon and then knocked the head off of Rojo, who fell down on the debris of the other golems she had destroyed, she turned and was going to leave to take care of that punk who had insulted her, when she got kicked in the back of the head again, "Grr, damnit!" She then whirled on Rojo, "Just stay down."

She started spinning her weapon around and around and brought it overhead for a strike, when she swung down, she was surprised when the thing caught her weapon with one hand and started glowing red. G'Nolga felt a tug as her weapon was yanked away from her and she watched as it was absorbed by the Golem. "HEY! That thing just absorbed my weapon. That's not fair."

"What's not fair is missing the birth of your granddaughter G'Nolga."

G'Nolga spun around, only to recieve a powerful roundhouse kick to the jaw. G'Nolga landed and blinked when two Mardi Gras gripped her legs. "Oh he. ." The two exploded in a brilliant blast. Fortunately, for G'Nolga, she was only severely burned by that attack.

Julia had landed that roundhouse kick, and she was black and blue from the fighting she was doing with the Sentinel, her eyes widened as she felt an attack coming, she turned only to get creamed by a greenish beam of Ki. "ARRRGH!"

In Rook's castle, Happosai winced, "That had to hurt."

Rook nodded but Hanza sneered, "Yeah right. That couldn't of hurt too much."

Happosai shook his head, "Until you get hit with a Ki blast like that, then keep your trap shut."

Hanza glared at the pervert, "Why you little."

Rook shook his head, "Hanza, there is no way in one hundred years you'll ever beat Happosai, he is on par with Weaponsmaster Leep."

Hanza shivered, "Great, two perverted old guys that are super-powerful martial artists."

Gneiss was holding Theo back from doing anything rash, "I know you want to be out there to help. But if you do go student, you'll just be in the way. Julia will be fine."

Theo nodded, though he was sorely tempted to go out there and help his wife.

Sheila and Gar, the two members of the Edge Guard in the area, winced when they saw Julia take that shot. "That's gotta hurt. Julia got Kapowied! I sure hope she's allright."

Gar nodded, "Me too sis. Me too."

Ranma winced as he got back up from a powerful axekick that the R-Sentinel had landed on him, "Damn this hurts."

Ranma rushed forward as R-Sentinel gave Tsunami a right hook out of nowhere, which sent him flying back. R-Sentinel turned to Ranma as he came to him and lashed out with an open palm strike. Ranma just let the blow come to him, just before the palm would hit him, Ranma ducked under it, grabbing the wrist and he used a move that he had developed for Taro's cursed form. When he grabbed the wrist, Ranma slid between R-Sentinel's legs, taking the hand with him, until he came out facing the backside of the Sentinel, Ranma then snap-pulled the wrist and kicked the thing in the ass, making it fly a few feet away. Ranma looked at Tsunami, "You okay Sensei?"

"I'll live. I just wish there was a way to limit the thing's power somewhat."

Tanya was standing in the doorway, watching the fight, hoping that her husband would be okay. She wanted to help, but she knew she'd just be in the way right now.

G'Nolga grunted as she recieved a punch to the kidneys from that damned golem, while she blocked a kick from Julia, who was hurting a bit from that blast. She backhanded Rojo, sending him flying into a fallen tree, only to get elbowed in the back of the head by Julia. G'Nolga winced from the blow but rolled with the hit. "I'm beating you today Julia. No matter what."

Julia scowled at the dwarf, "Because you were causing so many problems here on Jade, I had to miss the birth of my granddaughter, for that, I'll never forgive you." Julia threw a quick right jab to G'Nolga, who deflected it with her left and jabbed Julia in the diaphram. Julia let out a whoof of air, but managed to kick G'Nolga in the kidneys.

"Damn you Julia Brigand-Diggers!" G'Nolga drew upon the Ethereal Stream and charged up a fairly powerful Chi blast then let it rip at Julia, who countered it with her own blast. When G'Nolga's back was turned, she recieved a jump kick to the back of the head, courtesy of Rojo. "THAT'S IT!" G'Nolga spun on the golem, jumped over it, when she landed, she reared her right hand back and let loose, "DIE! MASTER BLOW!" Rojo jumped at the last second, so that it didn't take the blow right in the chest, but G'Nolga still connected and Rojo got most of his lower body destroyed as well as right arm. He landed only ten feet away from where Ranma and Tsunami were fighting the Sentinel

Tsunami spit out some blood as he recovered from that thing hitting him with that energy blast, "Damnit! How do we stop this thing?"

He got back to his feet as Ranma took a knee to the gut. Ki and Chi blasts weren't fazing the thing, it wasn't producing any aura, so Ranma's Hiryuu Shoten Ha was out, or at least he thought it was out.

Ranma landed right next to him and coughed up a bit of blood, "Damn that hurt. I gotta move that might work, I never tried it before, but. ." Ranma threw his fist back in a corkscrew motion, "Horizontal Blast!" He then threw his fist forward and a quick, spiralling blast of air flew out and smacked R-Sentinel, knocking him back several feet, but he still stayed up. "Damnit!"

Tsunami made a note to ask him about that later, the blast had given him enough time to rush forward and land four strong, fast strikes on R-Sentinel's chest, cracking it slightly. R-Sentinel growled in pain and headbutted Tsunami back. Ranma caught him and helped steady him, "Nice try sensei."

Tsunami nodded, "Yes, but if we don't find a weak point soon, we won't be able to stop him."

Ranma nodded, he had even used the Yamasenken on this thing and it barely grunted. "I know, I have one, maybe two moves left to use on this thing, but I need a set-up for it."

"Plus it is just too powerful right now."

"Yeah, no kidding." This was one of the reasons that Ranma hated magic, it created weapons like this, gave people free power-ups that they never worked for, and cheapened fighting. Sure Karia used magic, but she never used it, unless neccessary, in a hand-to-hand fight.

R-Sentinel came at them again, when suddenly, a knife appeared on it's cannon-arm shoulder. Ranma and Tsunami blinked as Nabiki faded in, she had used a mask presence spell to get close enough, breathing hard, because she was almost completely out of power, with a knife in R-Sentinel's shoulder. "Ranma, the knife will only weaken the Sentinel for a few moments at the most. You've got to knock Ryoga out of the chest cavity, he's inside!"

Nabiki then screamed as R-Sentinel bumped his shoulder up, turned and uppercutted her away, she landed a few feet away on her front, badly hurt. Ranma's eyes narrowed, he'd check on Nabiki in a sec, "Sensei, toss me in the air. I got one move left."

Tsunami nodded, he cupped his hands together and Ranma jumped on them, then Tsunami pushed up and Ranma jumped up when Tsunami's arms reached their peak. Ranma jumped into the air and twisted so that his upper body was parallel to the ground, his legs straight up. Ranma then charged all his Ki into his right foot. "All right Ryoga, you just crossed the line, I don't care what Nabiki did to us in Nerima or to you while she was here on Jade, but you don't go around beating her up." Ranma then angled his body so that he'd fall directly to R-Sentinel's chest, as he was coming down, Ranma looked like he was a red comet flying down, "You're finished Ryoga! METEOR KICK!!"

R-Sentinel turned, only to receive a powerful flying kick to the chest, blasting Ryoga out, putting a hole through the thing, and causing it to fall, right beside Rojo, who was crawling towards the Sentinel very slowly.

Ranma fell to the ground, completely spent, he had spared only the base amount of Ki to survive. 'At least I got him.' He then passed out.

Happosai nodded, "Very good."

Rook was surprised, "Damn, damn, damn."

Hanza was shocked.

********

The Mage Council for the most part was surprised by that last move that had been used. Though Gneiss nodded at that, at least the Sentinel was stopped.

Gar shivered, knowing he might've been dead if he had gotten hit like that.

Sheila was in awe of that, "Wow! That was the best Kapowie move I ever saw."

********

Julia looked at G'Nolga, one of her eyes nearly closed through swelling from a serious cut that she had recieved earlier. Shaking her left arm, she winced and knew that it was broken. 'I could use the Renewing Breath technique, but G'Nolga won't let me have a chance to utilize it fully.'

G'Nolga, though she was just as cut up and bruised as Julla, as well as having half of her ribs cracked, charged forward to try and end this fight, but her hand was stopped by something. She glanced and saw the Sentinel, only now the hole was filled with solid stone, as Rojo had absorbed several pieces of rock before he got to Sentinel, was holding her hand and stopping her movements.

Tanya walked up behind the Rojo-S (Rojo-Sentinel) and glared at G'Nolga, "When Rojo absorbed Sentinel, I asked it to hold you, to stop you from fighting anymore. Give up. If you don't Sentinel will tear you apart."

G'Nolga glared at her, then she looked at Rojo-S, then at Julia, then at Tsunami, who was supporting Ranma with one arm and carrying Nabiki with another. She knew that there was no way she could win. "Fine."
