Disclaimer: I do not own these characters or this series, nor do I make a profit from it. They belong to Maki Murakami.
Notes: This just turned out weird. Not as focused on sex as I would have liked. It became a little more introspective. I blame Tohma, since I have trouble writing him and he was having a crazy day in this fic.

As his life fell apart, the urge to do something unforgivable began to take hold with a vengeance. Though many would have said it was too late and that he had already committed too many sins and he almost would have agreed. Almost. Yes, he had done horrible things, but they had always, always been in the name of love. He did what he did to protect and to save those dearest to him. Every bit of suffering, every little crime had been for their sake.

Still no one realized it and Tohma was forced to suffer the looks of scorn from those who should have been more sympathetic. Really, what was the point of doing good when it turned into evil? Might as well do something wicked on the off chance that it would benefit the greater good.

This had been the state of Tohma’s mind when Taki Aizawa entered his office. It had been what, five months since he had last seen the singer, let alone given the man a spare thought? Beyond pushing him in front of a car and then putting ASK’s contract in suspension, he hadn’t really thought about Taki Aizawa.

Truth was, he had never expected their paths to cross again. He had been sure that Taki would have been too afraid to confront him again, let alone work for the man who had tried to kill him. Tohma had forgotten that Taki had a lot of gall though. Though, he seemed to have changed. The man before him now, though obviously angry and a bit nervous, spoke calmly, apparently having learned to reign in his emotions in favor of projecting an air of professionalism.

Tohma had stopped paying attention to what was being said a while ago, due to other thoughts in his head. He had never found Taki this attractive before. He had known that Taki had a pretty face, but it had never had any effect on Tohma, who could have almost man or if he was so inclined, woman that he wanted.

The other man had a pretty face, almost feminine, the particular shape of his eyes, lending an exotic quality to it. Those lips which from which that lovely voice poured, which could smirk so cruelly and which Tohma had heard spout so many lies looked particularly…

The president doubted that he was the first man to imagine them wrapped around his firmly pulsing manhood. It shocked him for a moment that he would think of something so horrible as having sex with someone like Taki. But, it than began to amuse him. The simple irony of it all, considering what had happened between them, considering everything this man had done in the past, it was too amusing. Such an act would be so monstrous, so unforgivable… Just what he had wanted after all.

Tohma stood up, but didn‘t move from his desk. “So Aizawa-san, you’re pretty confidant that I’ll give you your job back, aren’t you?” He was stroking the table absentmindedly with one of his free hands, focusing on the knots of wood as his fingers passed over them.

“Of course I am. You know how good we are. If you don’t keep us, another company will pick us up. I don’t think you want to be known as the man who let one of the top bands in Japan slip through his fingers.” Taki said these words confidently and levelly, not batting an eye. Yes, his attitude had improved tremendously, despite the fact that his boundless arrogance remained.

“Are you sure you still have the right to claim such a title? Maybe ASK has been gone from the spotlight for too long. Maybe someone else has already filled that void. Someone you will not be able to topple.” Tohma looked at him now, his face containing only a slight smile. He thought he saw the corner of Taki’s eye twitch, for a moment.

“I have confidence in myself and my abilities, more than ever before. You should believe in us too. You did. You still do. Otherwise, you would have dropped the band like a bad habit.” Tohma’s admiration actually grew a little more. Taki wasn’t flinching away like most people would have and he wasn’t making excuses either. He was presenting the simple truth as he saw it, nothing more, and nothing less. And now it was Tohma’s turn to do the same.

“Understand that removing you from suspension will come with certain requirements. I can’t just let you run around free after what happened last time. That would be inexcusable on my part.” And terribly dangerous. It might give the wrong people the idea that they could trample all over NG studios and it’s reputation.

“I was prepared for that. There’s always a catch.” Taki seemed a tiny bit annoyed perhaps?

A catch, huh? That’s an interesting way to put it.

“I’m not merely talking about NG taking a larger cut. Which you should realize is a given.” Taki nodded and at that, Tohma finally walked around to the front of the desk and sat on top of it. “Are you prepared to sell your soul, Aizawa-san?”

“If not now, then never.” Tohma chuckled to himself. Did Taki even know what this offer was? Did he even have an inkling of what Tohma would ask of him? Would he storm out or be horrified?

“Maybe soul isn’t the correct word for it. Rather, will you give me your body?” At Taki’s sudden confusion, Tohma chuckled, like the angel most people imagined him to be. “I’m referring to sex Aizawa-san. Will you pleasure me? Service me? Let me take you? Be my slave?”

Now the composure Taki had possessed before began to crumble. The man blanched, obviously having expected any scenario except this one. His expression was combination of shocked, sickened and pissed off. This actually relieved Tohma a little bit, because this was the Taki he was used to. The one who ran on emotion, only tempering it with common sense and charm when necessary. A passionate man, who was easily thrown into confusion. Now if only he wouldn’t run out that door.

“Are you serious? This has to be a trick or some kinda trick question. I say yes and you fire me for being a whore. I say no and get fired for disobeying or something like that.” Taki seemed horribly confused.

“When have you ever known me to joke around? I am dead serious Aizawa-san. Now come over here.” Tohma beckoned, no longer looking amused. He didn’t like it when employees didn’t take him seriously. It set a bad precedent.

It seemed to take a few minutes for Taki to get his feet to move and when he did so, he did so slowly and awkwardly, as if his limbs were made of jelly or some other less than solid substance. The moment he was close enough, Tohma started to smile again. “Down on your knees.” The singer got down onto his knees slowly, staring up at him, fear in his eyes. Tohma found the look quite fetching to tell the truth. In his mind, vulnerability was quite attractive.

Tohma opened the fly of his pants and pulled out his cock, which was half hard by now anyways thanks to the conversation. “I think you know what to do.” Taki looked into his eyes, the fear replaced by anger and a bit of disgust. Then he went down on Tohma without a word, taking as much of the length in as possible. The blond had expected more hesitation and wasn’t prepared to have Taki just go down on him so quickly.

Hmmm… Has he done this before?

Not that Tohma was able to entertain the thought exactly. Though, based on how good the singer was, the idea of Taki actually being experienced with other men was not with out merit. Which was kind of disappointing; Tohma had wanted to see the man a little more embarrassed and squeamish at the thought of doing it with another man, a little more awkward about it.

His tongue seemed find every vulnerable spot, using Tohma’s every movement, every moan as a cue. Tohma found himself threading his hands into the other’s dark hair, hoping to regain at least some control over the situation. He didn’t like the idea of being powerless and he had to admit he was getting just a little weak in the knees. At least this way, he could control just how much the singer took in.

He resisted the urge to force Taki to deep throat him though. He didn’t need to make the younger man gag. This time anyways. And he was definitely making sure that there would be a next time since this was so much better than he thought it would be. “Aizawa-san, I’m going to come, so make sure you swallow.” He didn’t stop to think if Taki perhaps hated to swallow, because he didn’t care. He preferred his partners to swallow, because he found it sexier that way.

His grip on Taki’s head tightened as he spilled his load, panting. The moment he was done, he relaxed his grip, allowing Taki to pull back. He looked down at the younger man, who was wiping off his mouth with the back of his hand.

“So, Aizawa-san, you think you can keep up your end of the bargain? It’ll include more than just that too. It might, hurt a little sometimes.” He smiled in a friendly manner, very composed despite what had just happened. Taki was once again staring up at him in confusion, obviously not sure what he had just gotten into.

Sliding off the desk and putting himself back into his pants, Tohma patted Taki on the head. “You can speak now Aizawa-san. I won’t bite your head off.”

That seemed to shake the singer out of his daze. He stood up, a little stiff it seemed and started to rub his neck. “You’ll keep your promise, right? We have our contract back?”

Tohma’s face grew grave. “Of course you do. Aizawa-san, regardless of what happened in the past, surely you know I am a man of my word? I swear, I wouldn’t ask something like this of you without giving you just compensation.”

“I’m not doing this because I’m a whore or because you forced me. I could get a much better contract from someone else if I needed to. I’m just doing this because I chose to.” Taki crossed his arms and looked away, a haughty air about him.

Tohma chuckled, now amused by the quick recovery the other man had undergone. “So, why did you choose to?”

“I could ask you the same question? I figured there were people you’d rather be fooling around with. People you love more than anything in the world.” He said it sarcastically, making it perfectly clear who he was talking about. Tohma didn’t allow himself to be phased though.

“Oh, there are. But, there are also circumstances that prevent me from doing so. And this is not just business or pleasure. It’s a journey of self-discovery you could say.”

Taki raised an eyebrow, now looking skeptical. “You know, I think you need a psychiatrist for that.”

Tohma shook his head. “No. It needs to be someone like you. Someone like me who is rotten to the core.” And he knew at that moment that Taki was never, ever going to believe him to be sane again.

The singer looked like he was about to argue, but stopped himself. “Whatever. I’ll do what you want. Doesn’t matter why really. It’s not like I have anyone who’ll be jealous or hurt by it anyways. And I guess you don’t either.” Taki gave Tohma a strange glance that the president chose to ignore. Taki of all people would have remembered that he was married. The younger man had always found such pieces of information important, having the gossip’s ear for dirt.

“You will not talk about this to anyone, understand? Not even you friends or family.” Tohma doubted he need to warn him, but there was still the chance that Taki might tell someone, consequences to himself be damned.

The singer scoffed, as if Tohma had said something idiotic. “Like I’d want anyone to know about this. Right now, I wish I didn‘t know about it either.”

“Try to be nicer Aizawa-san. It’ll make this ordeal so much easier for the both of us.”

“Whatever.” Taki sighed, looking resigned. “Is it alright if I leave now? I’m kinda tired.”

“Be back tomorrow. Bring your band mates and lawyer. I have paperwork to be filled out. And I also have other things to discuss with you.” Taki nodded and left without another word, looking a little hurried right now, no doubt wanting to leave and forget about what had happened.

Tohma reclined back in his chair, now contemplative. What he had just done and with whom was beginning to sink in, along with the consequences if it was ever found out. There would be people who would never speak to him again at best. It wasn’t like he hadn’t done worse things, but he had loftier goals normally. This was just sex and Taki had just been conveniently there, in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He supposed he’d just have to be careful from then on. It wouldn’t have been the first time he had someone on the side, but Taki was an uncertain element. He had proven to be unpredictable in the past, not able to sit back as he should. No doubt Taki would keep his mouth shut for the moment since it was in his best interest to do so. But there was no telling about what he’d do in the future.

Then again, Tohma mused, as the old saying went, ‘Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.’ He didn’t know what he was getting into exactly, but he was smart enough to know that it wasn’t something he should be getting into. Too late now, he just hoped he could forgive himself for this terrible act in the future.
