ML: I know the title sucks, but, it was the only one I could think of. Anyway, this is my first Gundam Seed story…

Yzak: And you're going into this with a bang?

ML: Exactly. It's a continuation, and a lemon all rolled up into one! Anyway, I don't own Gundam Seed, but I do own all original characters. You don't like the couplings, anime, or plot, bite me and DO NOT read this! LET'S GO!

 

 

Chapter One: The Act

 

It was a normal night for Lacus Clyne. Of course, she was holding court for god-knows-how many fans in the packed theatre. As soon as she finished the last song, she and her band lined up, and took a bow. Then as she walked back to her dressing room, her manager caught up with her.

 

“Hey, that was a great show tonight, Lacus. You wowed them out there!” Timothy said.

 

“Yeah. I tell you what. Have Trevor bring the car to the back, and Wayne and me can have dinner.” Lacus replied. She went into her dressing room, and looked at the picture that was taken a few months ago. She let her mind go back to that time, when she and Kira Yamato, the famous war hero who had saved the world from being destroyed by Patrick Zala, were still dating. However, she stopped, changed, and went to the back of the theatre. But, she saw one guy, her current boyfriend, Wayne, was being beat up.

 

“You've had enough time already, pal. PAY UP!” The ringleader said.

 

“Look, I need more time! Why do you think it was my ideas to jack up merchandise?” Wayne asked.

 

“Well, that idea's flopping! We're losing money because of your lame brain ideas! You know what? We're gonna release you.” Johnny, the ringleader said, as he cocked his gun.

 

Wayne heard it, but still begged, “All right… I'll pay you… honest!”

 

“It's too late, now.” Johnny said, and he pulled the trigger, shooting him point blank in the head.

 

Meanwhile, Lacus saw it and thought, `Oh my god… I… can't believe it.”

 

(THE NEXT DAY - YAMATO AND ZALA PI FIRM)

 

While Athrun was going over the last case that was solved, Kira was moping. It was then that Athrun decided to stir up the pot. “So Kira, you planning to get over Lacus anytime soon?”

 

Kira just asked, “Excuse me?”

 

“Well, you guys broke up about a month ago, and you're still moping!” Athrun said.

 

“I'll date when I feel like dating again.” Kira replied. He and Athrun then walked out of the office to get some lunch. On the way, Kira said, “Look, she was a great girl, and when she started dating her bodyguard, I figured I'd let them go.”

 

“Sure, man. Who knows? Maybe she still has the hots for you.” Athrun said.

 

“Maybe not.” Kira said as he paid for lunch, then both walked back into the office. “Hey Karen, any messages while we were gone?” he asked.

 

The receptionist answered, “Yes. First, good job on the last case, and, there's someone waiting for you. Said she knows you mighty well, Kira.”

 

Both Kira and Athrun went into the office. There, sitting near the desk, was Lacus Clyne.
