Um, I don't have a title for it yet. Someone will have to help me come up with one...
Warnings: AU, Crossover, I guess it would be a lime..., a bit of language, OOC, 1x2 implied...kinda
I also changed my writing style a lot while working on this. Its probably because I've been writing it for six months and I'm still not finished....
"HAAAA! TAKE THAT YOU FUCKING BASTARDS!" Duo screamed as Deathscythe Hell's thermal scythe cut an enemy Taurus in half.
"Duo, report." Heero's voice is heard over the speakers in the cockpit. [*giggles manically* Not like that...]
"Everything's fine here." Duo smiled as he heard Heero's voice, he was still thinking about last night. 'After this battle, when we get to go home... Better not think about it yet, have to stay focused.' Duo grinned insanely as he pushed a big red button just above his head. *smoke appears and we see _HUGE_ speakers coming out of Deathscythe Hell* "I'm finished, time for the VICTORY DANCE!" Duo put a Distillers CD into his stereo. (They might say you can't hear a person scream in space, but you could hear Duo's victory dance music.)
Just as Duo put his legs up on the control panel, Heero flies towards him when a huge blast engulfs them both. [Once again, not like that...yet.]
"Nani? Where the hell am I?!" Duo looks up and-"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
The girl who was standing over him suddenly fell down, huge teardrops appeared in her eyes.
"Who the hell are you? And where's Heero!?!"
"Ohhh, I'm Serena." The girl suddenly stood up, looking bright and cheery. "And you must mean your friend, he's in the next room. Both of you were hurt. What's your name? And what happened to you both?"
"Umm, I'm Duo. The last thing I remember was a huge flash coming towards us... Wait! How bad is Heero? Can I see him?!"
Serena laughed a very high and annoying sound. Duo cringed. [hehe I couldn't help it. Serena's voice is the most annoying sound in the entire world!] "Neither of you were hurt very badly, so you can see him when he wakes up. He just hurt his leg a bit. The way you talk, I'd think you had a thing for him..." She shut up when she saw that Duo was giving her a not-very-effective death glare.
"Fine, but tell me the SECOND he wakes up! ...What happened to my gundam?"
Serena sweat dropped. "You mean that heap of burning metal the firefighters cut you out of? Whatever it is, it was totally destroyed. So was your friend's. The people from the government [evil!] came and took them. They were trying to figure out what they were. I guess you and your friend will get questioned as soon as you are recovered enough."
Duo looked immensely worried. "Questioned? Thats not good..."
"Why--" She was cut off when a girl - about 10 years old - bounced into the room. She had pink hair. Right after her, a tall man walked in.
"SERENA! Is he up yet? I brought more flowers."
Just then, Duo looked around the hospital room, noticing for the first time that it was covered in flowers. 'I wonder if Heero's got this much attention.' Duo thought to himself. "Umm, did you bring all of these?"
"Yes!" The pink-haired girl jumped up on Duo's bed. "Hi! I'm Rini."
"Uh, hi." The man suddenly spoke up, after looking over his shoulder into another room. "Your friend is up now..."
"HEE-CHAN!!!" Duo suddenly blushed as he realized everyone was staring at him for his sudden outburst.
"Yah...okay... I'll, uh, go see how he feels. Will you stay here with Duo, Darian?"
"Yeah, sure..." Darian looked at Serena. "Don't stay gone long."
"Mnnn, okay." Serena batted her eyelashes at Darian, who simply blushed.
Duo looked at Darian, then said all of the sudden, "So you two like each other. Thats nice." He winked at Darian. "Nice catch. One in a million..." He trailed off when he noticed Darian's face was crimson red. 'So much for small talk.'
"Eek!" Serena squealed as she entered the room. She looked extremley frightened. "Ugh, Duo. You can go see you friend now I guess. When I asked him how he was feeling, he just said 'Where's Duo?' and kept repeating 'Omae o korosu.' over and over. Amy's with him right now..."
"Gomen, that's Heero for ya... eep! Can I change out of this hospital gown first?" Duo looked down at himself, and blushed, imagining Heero's reaction to seeing him in the stupid hospital gown, which left little to the imagination.
"Yeah, sure. Your clothes were pretty beat up, so Darian brought over some of his for you and Heero. Maybe they'll fit."
Serena looked behind her. "You can take a shower first if you want. It seems that's what Heero's doing."
"I'll just take one in his room." Duo dressed and headed down the hallway. He knew he had found Heero's room when he heard a female scream and saw a girl with short blue hair run out the door. "Hey, what's wrong?"
"That ass took my computer then threatened to kill me if I didn't get out. He looked serious. And he glared at me!"
Duo sighed. The patented-Heero-Yuy-death-glare, it gets them all the time. Good thing he was immune... "Don't worry, I'll get you computer back, just give me a minute."
"Okay. Good luck..." She really was afraid of Heero...
Just as he was about to open the door, Duo leaned down and listened - water running and Heero typing vigorously at the computer. 'He hasn't got that thing in the shower with him, does he?' Duo thought frantically.
He opened the door to see Heero sitting on the edge of an enormous bath tub, in nothing but his tight spandex shorts, typing at the computer with a worried look on his face. 'I guess his spandex would survive a nuclear war..' "Heero, what's wrong?"
Heero looked up for the first time. "I was wondering when you would stop by. And nothing's wrong." He closed the computer (which was a blue laptop with a weird sign on the top [sound familiar to anyone?]) "Wanna take a bath?"
Duo's eyes sparkled. "Together?" Heero nodded. "Okay then!" He stripped to nothing in a second and untied the long braid, which hung to his hips. "My hair needs to be washed anyways." Duo looked up and noticed Heero already settled in the steaming water.
He slid his foot into the tub and pulled it out quickly. "Shit, Heero! Think you could've gotten the water any hotter?"
"Gomen. Now get in, Duo my koi." Heero flashed one of his rare, playful smiles at Duo. "Want me to wash your hair?"
Duo knew what that smile meant. "Yes, I'd love it if you did." Duo's hair was the only thing, other than Heero, that he really cared about.
Duo carefully slid into the tub, right in front of Heero, wincing slightly at the heat of the water. Heero started lathering his hair, taking care not to pull. Duo's hands were running down Heero's sides when, "Heero, I-"
"Hnn." Duo was cut off as Heero's lips closed over his own. When they finally broke away to breathe, "Duo, what do you want?" Another smile...
Well, what do you think so far? I'll put more up later... N and KOTD have already read this, but I changed it a bit.... A lot actually. I noticed a lot of plot holes while typing it up. Didn't know I could be that careless in my writing. Er, I typed it using Notepad again, so no spell checker. I never realized how valuable that thing was...
