This particular story is dedicated to Alea who resides in Mediaminer.org since I post on both FF.NET and mediaminer.org I get a clash of requests and so far most of them have been from FF.NET so I was happy that Alea was next in line for a dedication since Kami knows how long she's been waiting for her precious Heero chapter! Speaking of which I shall stop my rambling and let you read…enjoy!

Quick Learner

You wipe the sweat from your brow and vaguely notice that your face is covered in grease. Well it would make sense wouldn't it? Since you have been in the Gundam hanger since 0500 hours, fixing Heero's Gundam which had recently been in a fight. You knew that you didn't have to do it, since they were more than capable to do it themselves they had survived without you for this long so why wouldn't they be able to now? But still you wanted to, I mean ever since Heero saved you and let you stay with the Gundam Boys you did everything in your power you could to help them. Even if it was small things like cooking, cleaning and fixing their Gundams…okay maybe not so small tasks but you didn't mind. You were still slightly amazed that Heero had even let you stay with them and it was apparent the other Gundam Boys were surprised too. However they all quickly warmed up to you after you showed off your amazing cooking skills and your natural mechanic skills.

You smile slightly and continue working as you remember the first time you helped them with the mechanics…

FLASH BACK

You follow the noises of curses and shouts of frustration to the Gundam hanger, and what you see surprises you so much you start to laugh. There is Quatre and Duo struggling with a piece of equipment. They look up sharply as they hear you laugh and pout as you continue to do so. "___________! That's not nice, laughing at us!" Duo whines. This causes you to laugh even harder than before and soon you are clutching your side trying to breathe. "What did you do?" you ask as you make your way over to the mangled piece of equipment. "Well…I tried to fix it but I don't really know how to and I think I made it worse than before so I asked Duo to help me…because I usually have someone to fix my Gundam for me and Duo sometimes makes repairs so I figured he would know what to do. But I think he made my mistake bigger…" Quatre explains while glaring at the piece of equipment like it was the cause for all his worries…and in truth it was.

"Can I have a look at it?" you ask. They look at you and step out of the way to let you do what you want. You smile and in a few minutes you have the piece looking good as new. Quatre and Duo look at you with amazement. "And why haven't you told us you know how to fix Gundams?" Quatre asks. "____________! What are you? Super woman? Great cooking and a genius at fixing things! How did we ever survive without you?" Duo asks in awe. You laugh and complain that Duo is being over dramatic. "I don't know I think he is being truthful ______________." You hear Trowa say. You turn around and notice that Heero, Wu Fei and Trowa are in the door way looking at you with slight curiosity. "Nah, I was just a mechanic at my old home. That's all…nothing to be amazed over." You explain. Wu Fei shrugs and comes over to see what you have exactly done. He nods his approval. "This is some girl you picked up Yuy." Heero "hn's" but not before looking at you with pride in his eyes. You blush and direct you gaze else where.

END FLASH BACK

"Still at it _____________?" you hear a very familiar voice ask. You nod and look over your shoulder to see Heero looking down at you, or your work. You can't really tell which but you hope he's looking at you. "You know you don't have to do that." He says quietly. You smile, "I know but I want to…plus it's my way of repaying you…and the other Gundam Boys." You quickly add hoping he didn't notice your slip. Heero comes down to your working area and starts to check what you have done. "You don't have to repay us ________________ we like having you here, I like having you here…" you hear Heero murmur as he looks away with his cheeks slightly flushed.

You blush and hug Heero from the behind since his body was now facing away from you, "I like being here too, I love being with you though." You say, and bury your face in his back hoping to calm you beating heart. Heero moves his body so you are now hugging his front and your face is now buried in his chest. You blush harder. Heero slowly lifts your head up and looks into your eyes. "You mean that _______________? You love to be with me?" he asks in a hushed voice. You gather all your courage and say, "I don't only love being with you Heero…I love you." He looks at you with slightly widened eyes and his voice now holds amazement in it. "Why would you love someone like me? I don't show emotion I am nothing… worthless, you should find someone who deserves you." But as he says this he pulls you towards him more and tightens his hold on you. You give him a brilliant smile, "Heero you do deserve me and you are most definitely not worthless. If anything I don't think I deserve you." Heero bends his head down and gives you a clumsy kiss, you don't mind though because you can feel the love and desire behind it. "I'll teach you to love Heero, I won't ever leave you…I promise." You say once you catch you breath from the rush the kiss gave you.

"Thank you…" Heero murmurs in your hair. You sigh contently, you understand that Heero can't say "I love you" yet since he is just learning to love and feel emotions. But that didn't bother you since you were the lucky girl who was going to help him learn and always be there for him. "Come on Heero let's go have some breakfast and a shower for me. I'm sure I stink!" You say scrunching your nose up. Heero gives you a small smile and kisses you nose. You give out a laugh and slip out of Heero's arms and start to run to the door leading to inside the house. Heero laughs along with you and catches up to you in no time. He grabs you by the waist and picks you up. He tilts you head so he has access to your lips, and kisses you again and again and again. 'Boy, who would of thought Heero was such a quick learner?' was your last thought as you lose your ability to think properly.

Oh man, I hope this was up to your standards Alea and I hope Heero wasn't TOO out of character but I had to make him a little since well let's face it girls…he may be drop dead gorgeous but he is a human ice cube! Personality speaking since he is just HOT! But he does have his kawaii moments neh?
