HelloHello! This is my 2nd fanfic that I have ever written. My first one didn't turn out well. Besides it had Relena in it so...Well, I really hope that you guys like this fic. It has to do with vampires and everything else. It is set 4 years after endless waltz. Duo and Heero meet up at a university and strange things started to happen. I hope you love it! R/R!!!

"HELP! SOMEONE HELP!" A man screamed into the night while being chased by a vicious creature. The man fell over and the creature pounced on him.

"You won't be going anywhere." The creature said. Then bite the man's neck sucking the blood away as the figure became a cold limp.

"Oh man! This place is huge!" Duo Maxwell said as he walked onto the campus of the university. "I hope I don't get lost."

"No young man. This place may be huge, but it isn't very easy to get lost, not with all the restricted places and such." The principle said as he guided Duo to his dorm.

"Why are they restricted?" Duo wondered.

"OH NOTHING! It's just......um......just some.....people working......um......that's all.! Now there is you dorm. Stop by the front of the lobby to get a room # and a key!" The principle said as he stormed off leaving a very puzzled Duo behind.

After Duo got through getting his room # and key he searched for it.

After 3 floors, 6 hallways, and several questions, Duo finally found his room, but found it locked when he got there. So he took out his key and unlocked it but to his surprise someone very unexspected was already there.

"HEERO! WHAT THE FUCK!?!" Duo said. He couldn't believe that he was seeing Heero Yuy after 4 years.

"Hn. Looks like we meet again." Heero said from his laptop.(figures)

Duo rushed over to Heero as he turned around in his chair. " Man I can't believe that......that your here! Where have you been?"

Heero just smirked and walked over to the window. " After the war ended, I decided to go back to school to see what I could do for the rest of my life. I've been at this school for only 3 years. Before that, I.....um......was back on L1."

"L1? Why did you go up there?" Duo asked.

Heero winced a bit. " I had some......unfinished business."

"Oh. So why didn't you stay in touch with everyone? I mean the guys and I sent message after message for you, but you never replied." The American wondered.

"I just wanted to be left alone." Heero said flatly with a hint of anger in his voice.

"Damn. You haven't changed a bit. Still as stubborn and as much as a bastard as ever." Duo said jokinly. He walked over and put a hand on Heero's shoulder." It's good to see you again though."

Heero only nodded.

That night Duo awoke to find Heero seating on the window seal and staring blankly out the window. 'Man Heero, what is with you?' Duo wondered. Then he noticed that Heero's eyes weren't their usual persian blue but a gray and glazed over. Heero had on nothing but a white tank top. Duo noticed that Heero's skin looked overly to pale even though the moonlight was shining on him and that his muscles were very firm and very well outlined. 'Man, I still haven't gotten over him. But what is his story now? I guess it's time to find out what Mr. #1 Heero Yuy has been up to for the past 4 years.' He said to himself as he fell asleep.

Heero looked over towards Duo. ' Why did he have to show up now? What if I hurt him like I have hurt some of the innocent people here? What if I go to far with him? God, I still haven't gotten over him, after all these years.' Heero said smirking to himself as he continued to look out the window. ' I have to find a way to tell Duo, before....before it's too late.'

Darkness........Coldness........Pain.........Blood........so much blood. *Heero!!!*

Harmful hands.......hiddeous teeth........cold evil eyes...........the smell of blood. *Heero!!!!*

Life slipping away......eternity lies ahead.......unending.....fear.....pain.......lonliness *HEERO!!!!!*

Heero sat straight up in bed breathing hard with sweat running down his face.

"Heero...are you okay?" Duo said, concern in his eyes.

Heero groaned and fell back on the bed trying to catch his breath. Duo walked to the bathroom and got a wet cloth and started to gently dap Heero's face off. " What was that all about? I never seen you have a nightmare before." Duo asked.

"It's.......it's noting Duo.........I was just remebering something.....that's all." Heero said as he got up and walked hurriedly towards the bathroom. He turned and said softly to Duo, " Th....thank you," then shut the door behind him.

"Heero, what happend to you in the last four years?" Duo said to himself. "Who are you?"
