This is the prologue… not much action here, but it sets the mood.

Prologue:

Four friends walked to a park, it was a clear night, and the stars twinkled above them. "I hate school, it so god damn boring!" one said to her friends. "Jessica chill, it's not the end of the world," the blond by her side added. Jessica was the unwritten leader of the four of them, the name, it was a nickname, the girl hated her real name with a passion, and she was nicknamed because of her volatile temper and the fact she always wore black. The girl herself had fiery crimson hair and amber eyes that when she was agitated had a tendency to light up in almost unholy flames. "Amber… you're hopeless," the girl replied.

Amber shrugged, she was the bookworm of them all, a petite blond with Prussian eyes that could either make you or break you. She always wore casual clothing and mostly black, but she wasn't quite as outgoing as Jessica, in fact the girl was just the opposite, a timid creature. "Well we came here to study, not waste our time, up and at 'em," The third called. "Sage quit being such a stick in the mud," Jessica replied, she hated studying. Sage shrugged, she was Jessica's best friend. And she had long black hair and green eyes to match and an often hidden fiery temper. "Girls don't fight," Mandy cautioned, she hated to see her friends fight, she was nearly the quietest one, but she could speak her opinions out pretty loud if she wanted. She was a blond too, with blue eyes and preferred to dress casual in multiple dark colors.

Suddenly Amber stopped, "Guys looks at what I found," she bent down and picked up a piece of stone. "Rocks, man Amber you're a weird one," Mandy commented. Amber brushed the stone off, revealing it was pink and shimmering, "Pink stones don't exist in real life," she said calmly. "Wow you think that's some sort of gem?" Jessica asked she was always looking for a way to make money. "I don't think so," Amber was looking over at the stone calmly. "Wish Stone," Sage suddenly spoke. Everyone turned to their local paranormal expert, "That looks like a wish stone, in ancient times it was believed that this kind of stone came from the moon, and it could grant the bearer a wish, anything at all." Sage elaborated. The girls looked around, mutually one thing passing trough their mind, "cool!" all three others chorused at once. "Of course it's just a legend," Sage concluded. "Well it wouldn't hurt to test it, would it?" Jessica wondered what could she wish for, one thing came to mind, a dumb fan girl wish, but it was so alluring about now. She should wish for world peace, or unlimited wealth, but she wanted something more.

"There is one stone, we get one wish, all of us at the same time, because it will crumble once the wish was completed," Sage added. Mood slumped instantly, "What will we wish for?" Mandy wondered, she had an idea but she thought it was foolish. "You know what would be cool? All of us drew a picture of a gundam… wouldn't it be cool if we could have them in real life?" Sage spoke up. "Yea… just throw in the pilots while you're at it," Mandy got a far away look, "someone get her a bucket, she's starting to drool again," Jessica effortlessly snapped Mandy out of her trance. "Lets wish for our gundams," she said.

Amber held out her hand, on it the shimmering pink moonstone; the girls put their hands over the stone and closed their eyes. Each concentrated on the single wish, all but one, Amber… 'I wish the gundam pilots were here too,' she thought with all her heart. The stone began to glow and shimmer, it suddenly cracked and split into four, and fizzled out. "That was weird, no gundams… no nothing," she said. "I guess that was a big dud," Jessica whispered, she was disappointed, but she would get over it. "We better head home," Amber whispered. The other girls nodded and began walking, heads low, neither of them were in the mood for study right now. The fragments of the moonstone clutched in their hands.

They were eighteen and lived in the same big house, it was miraculous how they found a house that big for cheap, but then again with their parents just on the other side of town, they didn't have to worry about money, Jessica's father was a wealthy doctor, Amber's parents had a mansion in Madrid and Paris. Sage's grandparents left her with her own quite large fortune when they passed away two years before.

That night when the girls slept. The Stones began to glow on their own… that night… their lives changes forever…
