It was like no time when the group had finally reached the outside.But the journey was far from over. They still had the second cave to go through...where the monster Tellah spoke of dwelt. It was no time to be careless...

Quatre was the first to run out of the cave, full of energy and excitement."Yay!Finally sun light!"he sighed enjoying the warm sun surround his body."So where is this monster Tellah? I never saw no monster."he said turning to the Tellah.

"This journey is not over yet. We still have to go through the cave just over there."replied Tellah pointing to the cave off in the distance."Damcyan castle is just beyond this cave."

Quatre looked."Oh. Okay then lets get going the soon we get to Damcyan the better. Right."Quatre said his cheerfulness not fading.

Trowa hid the slight smile on his face as he watched the energetic boy.

Quatre ran straight towards the cave leaving the others behind.

"It'd be such a shame if something happened to him."said Tellah."Someone with his power should wait to be well trained before going into battle. Why did you bring him along for?"

Trowa was silent. His heart sank at the thought of his actions and choices... He had distroyed a village for his own well being to return to Baron as the commander of the red wings, and leaving the poor boy without a home to go back to...no family to go to. If only he could change what has happened...

"...Well?"asked Tellah noticing Trowas silence.

"...He has no where else to go...and it is my fault..."said Trowa.

"I see.."said Tellah.

********* Inside the cave the ground was weak and crumbling, and before any of them could stop from falling they had all fell in and were being carried down stream and towards a waterfall.

"Trowa!"Quatre yelled out clutching onto him as they approached the waterfall.

Trowa clutched onto Quatres body tightly as they begain to fall.

KER-SPLASH!!

They fell with a load splash into the water below. Trowa swam towards the land and with Quatre still clutched onto him with a shocked face.

Tellah was the first to explore the area, while Trowa tried to get Quatre to let go of him.

"Quatre...er....Quatre?"Trowa asked looking down at the blonde attached to his waist.

Quatre just stood there wide-eyed.

"Alright.."Trowa muttered pulling Quatres arms from around his own waist. He looked at the boy for a moment until he came to.

Quatre blinked and shook his head."Water.....fall.....very......big...water....fall...."muttered Quatre.

"Quatre?"asked Trowa.

Quatre looked up."A waterfall. You made me go down a waterfall! I coulda been killed!"Quatre yelled.

"No. Quatre remember you won't be, I wobn't let you be."said Trowa calmly.

Quatre sighed and nodded.

"Alright you two I've found where to go, let's go."Tellah called to them from the other side of the area.

"Are you alright Quatre?"asked Trowa making sure that he was fine.

"Yes, I'm fine."replied Quatre."Let's kick this monsters ass!"he said happily.

"Alright."Trowa said in a half-laugh.

Trowa and Tellah looked on ahead to where a opening was, through the waterfall.

"Is that where the monster is?"asked Trowa.

Tellah nodded.

"Oh Trowa!Look, look! I found this armour over there! It looks like your fit!"Quatre called from behind.

"Oh yeah?"asked Trowa, taking the armour and replacing it with his old ones."Perfect fit.."he muttered.

"It looks so cool on you! Such a wonderful fit!"said Quatre happily.

"Oh, that's enough you two there's something you should see."suggested Tellah with a slight worry in his tone of voice.

"What?"wondered Trowa walking Tellahs way.

"What is it?"Quatre asked very curious following Trowa.

The followed Tellah into the shallows of the water.

"There it is!"yelled Tellah, as eight tentacles surrounded them and the head appeared in front of them.

"WATCH OUT!"yelled Tellah.

The octopus creature swatted at Trowa but Trowa jumped from it's reach.

Quatre ran forward casting a bolt spell."BOLT!"he chanted letting a huge bolt of lightning hit the octopus with tremendos force. Quatre smiled.

Trowa suddenly noticed the octopus swing one of its tentacles at Quatre.

"Quatre, watch it!!"yelled Trowa.

Quatre gasped and braed himself as the tentacle wrapped around his body."AHH!!I CAN'T CAST WHEN HE'S GOT ME!"Quatre paniced with a scream.

"I'll help you!"called Trowa jumping into the air and slicing the tentacle off.

The tentacle broke it's bluish blood running everywhere and Quatre landed to the shallow water with a splash. Trowa went to his side swiftly."Thanks Trowa!"said Quatre smiling.

"No time for that are you alright?"asked Trowa. Quatre nodded.

"Alright."said Quatre as he pulled his bow from his back and placed a arrow and shot it at the creature.

Trowa smiled and noticed Tellah casting a spell.

"BOLT!"chanted Tellah cutting through three of the tentacles with a strong bolt of lightning.

"Excellent, he's weakening!"exclaimed Tellah.

Quatre chanted another bolt spell getting rid of another tentacle and Trowa took the rest by cutting through them with his sword.

Then with one mighty blow of two bolt spells combined and a powerful slash of Trowas sword the octopus was dead.

"Ew...that is so gross..."muttered Quatre walking past the pile of mutilated octopus, which blood was spread throughout the water."and it stinks....ew..."

Trowa coughed slightly.

"Come now Damcyan is just beyond here!"Tellah announced to them.

They exited the cave with haste for good only to have the castle Damcyan in their sites.

"Few. What a fight!"muttered a exausted Quatre.

"How are you feeling? You could of stayed back at the village. You would of been safer."suggested Trowa.

Quatre sighed."Oh Trowa! I'm fine. You worry too too much! You act as if I can't protect myself. If you don't stop this I'm gonna electricute your ass with my magic. I'm a caller, I cna protect myself fine."he replied."But It's pretty cool when you save me, your so..."Quatres voice started to drift away.

Trowa blinked. "Ah..." Quatre giggled and placed his hands on his hips.

"You Knights are all the same. 'Cept theres something about you..."Quatre grinned and paced circles around Trowa which watched him curiously.

"Oh?"asked Trowa raising a eyebrow.

"Oh. So clueless, tut tut Trowa!"muttered Quatre slapping Trowa on the ass and giggled.

Trowa turned red in the face.

Tellah eyed them up and rose an eyebrow.

Quatre walked ahead innocently and Trowa stared.

"Trowa, remember Damcyan?"Tellah finally said snapping Trowa back to reality.

"Oh uh..yeah isn't that Damcyan?"Trowa said pointing to the castle in the distance of the vast desert.

Suddenly they heasd a distant sound of airships in the air.

"Huh?"muttered Quatre watching as the airships flew over Damcyan then what seemed like seconds the airships flew off bombing the castle to ruins...
