Heero appeared behind Duo, quickly reaching forward to prevent him from falling from the pilot's chair. "Duo, my Shinigami, what have you done to yourself this time?", Heero asked, Wufei was calling him, so he disappeared.

Duo heard voices, he groaned they were all talking. 'Can you here me, Shinigami?', one voice, soft as a whisper said.

'Titus do you think he's gained his?', it asked.

'Sure he did or he wouldn't be blocking me from his thoughts right now, Atashii...', Titus's voice rang in his head.

Duo groaned out loud, he felt like shit. His vision slurred a bit, then came into focus. Something was going to hit him in the head, Duo hit it away, only to find it just now coming at him, and having to hit it again. It was a rock. "What happened?", Duo asked still a little out of it.

'You gained your abilities, Rookie.', Marrow's voice stated in his head.

"Why did you just call me a rookie?", Duo asked.

"Because you are one to someone who's been a psychic for two years.", Marrow stated.

"A- A psychic..", Duo stated.

"Now, to see if your mind reading works.", Obicho stated, dragging in Milliardo.

"Let me go! Where are you taking me!", he exclaimed.

'I just want to be left alone...', Duo heard, or saw.

"Wha- What did you do to me?! I need to know now!", Duo yelled, a little more so scared, enough to be shaking.

"Now, calm down you're body is still not use to the effects of your abilities, you might pass out again.", Henry cautioned.

"How did you, why did you?", Duo broke down into sobbing.

It was awful, this future was awful, no Heero, Trowa, Quatre, or Wufei, plus he now had abilities that scared him, he was far from where he wanted to be which was his own time... It was too much, too much, TOO MUCH! Duo sobbed harder. "Maybe you should go lie down.", Henry laid a gentle hand on his shoulder.

"Yeah... Lie.... Down....", Duo stated, walking back to his room, like a lifeless body, he didn't notice Atashii following suit.

'Pwease don't cwy anymowe.', Duo heard in his head.

"Who is it? Who's there?", Duo asked out loud.

'Me.', the green eyed boy stepped from the corner he had hidden in.

"How can you, I thought you were...", Duo started.

'Vocal yes, mind talk, no.', Atashii stated, 'That's what this is mind talk.',

"I see, and you like being psychic.", Duo stated, more so than asked.

'You'll get use to it, it's just all the bad things that have happened to you is making this harder on you right now to accept.', Atashii stated.

"I've heard Titus's story, what's yours?", Duo asked.

'My family disapproved of me, and got rid of me.', Atashii stated, 'That's it.',

"That's all?", Duo stated.

'You can talk like this too, now.', Atashii said, 'You just direct your thoughts to who you want to communicate to, that simple.',

'Right.', Duo was shocked to "Hear", himself say without moving his mouth.

'Good, weird, isn't it?', Titus stated, 'Getting use to the fact you don't have to move your mouth to talk?',

"It is.", Duo answered out loud.

'Talk in this form while chatting with us, that way you'll get use to it quicker.', Rioko's voice stated in Duo's head.

'Titus, is he okay? He ran out like something was wrong.', came a new voice, a little Chinese kid came into the room.

'Yes Unati he is fine, just stressed.', Titus stated.

'You are Unati?', Duo said, remembering what Titus had asked him to do earlier.

'Yes, I am Wufei's descendant, and you must be Shinigami, or Duo Maxwell.', Unati stated through thought, 'Nice to see you alive.'

'I never thought that anyone related to Wufei would say anything nice to me...', Duo said.

'I am not as bull- headed as my ancestor was.', Unati answered, 'I have learned how to take up my sword when necessary, not when it was not needed.'

'I see.', Duo stated, 'You can explain what my supposed "Abilities", are over breakfast.',

'Sure, whatever you want, but I'm warning you about Marrow, he's going to try to dig through your memories, you'll feel him doing this, don't let him, okay? We don't like having him snoop.', Atashii stated.

So they headed towards the kitchen, to get something to eat. "Now listen you can talk out loud right now we've done enough to strengthen your abilities a bit.", Titus stated.

"Why don't you explain what my abilities are then?", Duo asked.

"We can communicate via telepathy, we can predict future dangers, we can move objects to a certain extent, and teleport, our last resort would be to detonate our suit while teleporting a safe distance from it.", Titus listed, taking a bite of eggs.

"So, basically, I'm psychic now.", Duo stated.

Titus shook his head, "There's something more than that, something that links a pilot to his particular gundam. It's better if I show you."

With that the young longhaired child walked over to the wall beside Duo. "Watch.", he stated, then walked through the wall, and back, "I can ghost through, like my suit. Yours has a cloaking device, so I suspect your ability to be cloaking."

"Cool, so I will be able to disappear?", Duo asked.

"Yes, you will disappear.", Unati answered, eating a sausage.

'It'll be what links you to that mobile suite.', Atashii stated, still psychic because he's a mute.

"Cool.", Duo stated.
