had been quiet the last couple of weeks on Earth, there had been no sign of any retaliation of OZ after the death of their leader Kazier, the two technicians who Cassi had left back on Colony 107 had returned, Duo had fully recovered and needless to say the three friends were now closer than ever. After having talked their problems out, they decided that no matter what nothing would split them apart again. The only pain was that Meg still had to drink one of those vials every day till a permanent antidote was found, but thankfully they had a big supply thanks to Sally and her mom. Cassi and Kaito kept one on hand in their pockets to, just in case Meg forgot her own, which thankfully hadn't happened yet.
particular morning, Cassi who'd been learning to control and master her Empathic powers over those few weeks, was sitting outside on one of the trees that surrounded the Sanq Palace. She'd released her hair from its half ponytail, and was letting the wind blow through it. It was the nice summer breeze of mid August and was nice and cool, which helped take off the heat of the hot sun overhead. Having switched her usual jeans and short-sleeved tops, for a pair of shorts and a dusty pink gypsy top she felt much better. She liked it here at the moment, as everything was quiet and peaceful. A few birds chirping over her head caused her to look up, and she watched them fly by across the soft blue sky. She took a deep breath and focused her mind on other things, and slowly her body felt light and free. She was finding it easier to search for feelings now, rather than having to wait for them to just hit her like an explosion. These feelings were peace, the peace of nearby creatures, family and friends and she loved it.
"Cassi!" a voice yelled up to her. Snapping out of her thoughts, Cassi looked down the small drop although you could hardly call seven foot a small drop and her eyes landed on the familiar flame red hair of her friend Meg.
"Yes," she responded swinging her legs.
"Lunch is being served picnic style in the picnic area of the gardens, are you coming?"
"Be right down," Cassi responded and made her way down the tree. She landed at Meg's side and smiled at her, before they started walking around the palace.
"What were you doing up there?" Meg asked as they entered the garden.
"Just thinking," Cassi responded.
"About?"
"About everything," Cassi laughed.
"Well here's something interesting," Meg told her softly as they joined the others at the picnic tables. Cassi now turned her full attention to her friend, her curiosity peeked.
"You know how things have moved around on their own and such?" asked the red-head and Cassi nodded. "The only person who's been around some of the time is Kaito."
"And your point is what?"
"He's causing it." Cassi gave Meg a sceptical look, that wasn't possible in her eyes. How could Kaito be doing something like that and not notice? Seeing the brown haired teen playing with Relena's dog near by, she raised her hand in greeting and sat down at a separate table with Meg.
sighed as he threw a ball for Relena's dog to catch. He was glad everything seemed to have cooled down at last. Things were finally back to the way they were meant to be. Peaceful and calm. He'd been starting to believe that the war would never end, at least not while he was alive.

He smirked slightly as Noin placed one of the picnic baskets on the blanket. He was also glad to be able to be his old fun loving self again. He no longer needed to be serious all the time and this was one of those times that he was thankful for it. Relena smiled to Noin and nodded her thanks as she went to open the basket to place the food items on the blanket. The moment she opened it, however, a freaky looking alien on a spring jumped out at her.
"Ahh!" she yelped falling backwards. Kaito snickered and winked at the girls, who turned to look at him.
burst out laughing as she was walking towards them and Miss. Relena looked as through she was having a heart attack.
"Ah, ha, ha that's a good one," Meg laughed.
"I agree," Duo laughed as he and Heero approached the picnic.
"HEERO!!" Relena cried and grabbed Heero suddenly in a bear hug
"Uh Relena, uh Heero may be abnormally strong and survive falling and explosions from heights but he's still need to breath," Duo said.
was laughing and suddenly she caught sight of someone going across the grounds, it was a new girl she hadn't seen before wearing the Sank Kingdom uniform for girls. She had long jet-black hair and she seemed skinny to the most part, all the guys around the area seem to be staring directly at her.
"Who's that?" Meg asked.
"Oh," Noin said, "That's Elizabeth Hanger she's new here, something wrong?"
"Noit's just that," she said and suddenly the girl approached them slowly and smiled.
"Well if it isn't Megan," she smiled, "I see your doing better then the last time I saw you."
"Same to you," she snapped, "Two face."
glanced at the girl and blinked slightly. He had to admit she was pretty but something about her unnerved him. He shrugged slightly and got up to join those on the picnic blanked. He grimaced slightly as Relena's dog came up and dropped the soggy ball in his lap. He grabbed the ball and threw it again then wiped his hands on his pant leg. He then glanced at Meg who didn't seem to impressed with the girl's arrival and decided to ask, you know this girl, Meg?"
"Yeah" Meg responded, "She's Kaizer's daughter...never the less we didn't get along."
"Oh but Meg we made such good siblings," Elizabeth said, "and Father is so looking foreword to seeing you again."
"What do you mean again?" Meg asked, "Kazier is dead."
"Believe what you wont Maggie," she said and looked over to Kaito.
"And who is this handsome man?"
"Back off, Kaito's not your private love shack," Meg snapped.
"Oh I'm sorry I didn't know he was your man," she chuckled.
rolled his eyes and looked away, just as Relena's dog ran up again and dropped his disgusting ball in the boys lap. He sighed and picked the thing up then smirked slightly and stood up, turning towards the two girls, with his hands behind his back.
"Meg's just a friend," he said as he began to circle the girl, smiling to her. Meg, meanwhile, didn't look too impressed with what her fellow pilot was doing, are you doing Kaito? She's the enemy!"
"So?" Kaito shrugged, "I think she's cute."
"What?!" the redhead said aghast, "Are you insane?!"

Kaito ignored Meg as he stood next to Elizabeth who was smiling at him with her pearl white teeth. He smiled back to her before speaking again, there's something I'd like you to have."
"Really? What is it?" she asked beaming at him. Kaito took one of her hands, your eyes." She did so with a big smile on her face and Kaito smirked as he placed the dog's slobbery ball in her hands and backed away just as the dog, who'd been following him and waiting for him to throw the ball, leapt at the girl, knocking her to the ground and grabbing the ball.
"GET OFF ME!!" Elizabeth cried and pushed the dog off of her and marched off in a huff. Cassi just stood back and started to laugh and she watched as Kaito walked over towards the grownups chuckling as he helped them unpack the picnic. She saw Meg suddenly smile and sigh dreamingly.
"Oh know what's with you," Cassi chuckled.
"Huh what do you mean?" Meg asked blinking in confusion, "Nothing is wrong with me."
"The dreamy look, the sighing it's quite obvious your in love!" Cassi chuckled.
"WHAT!" she gasped and turned red, "II am not!!"
"And I know with who," she chuckled. "It's Kaito."
"No...I only like him as a friendnnothing more," Meg said and turned beat red.
glanced over to the two girls and lifted an eyebrow wondering what they were talking about as Cassi looked over at him with a grin then turned back to Meg and said something to her, to which the redhead turned her face away.
walked over and sat down picnic and after awhile Kaito hauled him away from the others.
"What was Cassi doing to make you blush awhile ago?" He asked.
"Oh she got this crazy idea that i'm in love with you," she responded, "That's ridiculous...I mean it's stupid."

While she talked Kaito could see she was blushing and talking really weird.
who'd sat down next to her mom to talk to her, glanced over at Meg and Kaito as they spoke. She grinned to herself, Meg could hide it all she liked, but she could tell Meg liked Kaito a lot more than she let on. She didn't need Empathy to see that, she had her gundam training to see it. Reading people was part of the job description. She caught Kaito looking at her over Meg's shoulder as she talked and she smirked at him, he seemed a tad confused from the look on his face.
"Hey Meg!" she called after she'd finished what she was eating. Meg turned to look at her blue-haired friend, a questioning look on her face.
"What are you babbling for? You don't normally babble." Meg hadn't noticed she'd been babbling and blushed again, trying to hide it as Cassi grinned at her mischievously.
"Don't you DARE get any ideas," she warned her friend.
"Me? Innocent little me?" Cassi asked sweetly. "Never." Meg gave her a 'you innocent? yeah right' look and the two other teens returned and sat beside her.

Cassi said nothing afterwards, she knew she was right she could see it and feel it. Meg glanced at Cassi quietly and saw that she was smiling to herself, albeit a small smile. Meg knew that Cassi hated to be teased, but despite that fact she decided to get her back for making her blush earlier.
"Hey Cassi," she said out of the blue. "Ever had a boyfriend?"
"No," Cassi said promptly and evenly as she bit into an apple.
"Really? Why don't I believe you?"
"Because you're you," came the cryptic response. Darn Meg thought. Either Cassi knew I was going to ask that or she's just good at answering questions. Meg let it drop she wasn't going to get Cassi THAT easily apparently.
growled apparently she wasn't gonna get Cassi to break. Slowly she returned to sit next to her father, after awhile she noticed Elizabeth was watching them from afar and slowly got up and walked over.
"All right so what do you wont?" she asked and hauled out her gun, "I'm gonna ask you once and then i'm gonna shoot you."
"Is that all your good at shooting and then asking questions?" she chuckled, "Your so naïve." Suddenly Elizabeth knocked Meg's gun out her hand and kicked her to the ground.
"See I am much stronger then you'll ever be Maggie dear," she chuckled.
"Meg?" Kaito asked seeing the fight and came running over.
"Oh so your man protects you know I didn't know you hid behind men Meg," Elizabeth chuckled.
"Why you little" Meg growled and slowly started to get up and suddenly knocked Elizabeth to the ground.

Both were tangled in a catfight, which the others quickly noticed and Elizabeth pinned. Meg started to get angry.
"Go ahead get angry you know what happens when you do," she chuckled and suddenly. Meg growled and suddenly she snapped. Taking a knife from her boot she swiped at Elizabeth who dodged and took out a knife of her own and Meg kept on swinging in a fit of blinded rage. Kaito growled slightly, not liking the comment that Elizabeth had just made. What did she mean by what she'd said about when Meg got angry? The thought made him slightly nervous for his friend's safety.
"Meg! That's enough!" he shouted and tried to grab her from behind only to get an elbow in the stomach. He winced slightly and backed off, "Damn it Meg! Grow up and snap out of it before you do something we'll all regret!"

Meg just continued to try and slice at Elizabeth with her knife, This ends here! She's getting exactly what she deserves!" Kaito narrowed his eyes suddenly, and Cassi's gaze quickly turned to him sensing something odd. A second later, both Meg and Elizabeth were thrown in opposite directions, landing on their backs on the grass. Meg's head went into a spin as she was tossed onto her back and her knife went flying from her hand and landed a few feet away. Elizabeth landed and quickly did a back flip and landed on her feet. She growled and went to pick up her knife when Cassi picked it up first.
"I don't think so," Cassi said and looked at Elizabeth as she stood back up and smirked at Meg who was trying to get up.
"Uh Kaito...did you do that?" Meg asked and looked over at her friend. Kaito shook his head slightly, have absolutely no idea." He then sighed and turned walking back to the picnic blanket and sat down. His hands went to his head as it began to spin. He didn't want to admit it but he was almost positive that it had been him.

When the two girls had been thrown back he'd felt a strange feeling of pressure on his mind. Unfortunately, that pressure hadn't quite subsided. His head was throbbing but he was more worried that if it was him that he might seriously hurt someone next time.
sent a warning glare Elizabeth's way as she placed the girls knife in her belt, before walking over to help Meg. She knelt down and helped her friend to her feet.
"Meg, don't let her bait you," she told her in a soft voice. "She just wants to get to you that's all."
"I know," Meg responded. "But she gets me so mad sometimes that I just want to...well you know."
"I know," Cassi comforted as she walked her over to sit beside Kaito. "But she's just a player, a stuck up brat who thinks she can make everything go her way, and by getting angry you're playing into her hands."
"Ha," Elizabeth smirked. "Your friend's smart, for a little bluebell."

Turning around Cassi walked towards Elizabeth, but her eyes remained calm and focused, despite how much Elizabeth bothered her. She figured it was because of her empathic ability that she was able to remain calm like Quatre. She stared directly into the other girl's eyes, which unnerved Elizabeth as she found that she couldn't intimidate this pilot as easily as she had just done to Meg.
"You know what Elizabeth," Cassi said with a gentle smile. "You may think you're all that because you're Kaziers daughter, but if you want the honest truth you're nothing but a little girl who thinks she's tough, but when push comes to shove you hide in daddy's shadow. Not only is that typical of your kind, but it is also pathetic." That said she turned around and returned to her friends sides, but Elizabeth wasn't going to take it that easily.

She followed Cassi and reaching out, grabbed her arm. Cassi stopped in her tracks and turned her head only slightly so that she could see her out of the corner of her eyes.
"Elizabeth, is what I said true? Or is this provado?"
"You little spindly bluebell," Elizabeth snapped and she tried to twist Cassi's arm, but only ended up in an arm hold herself. Cassi smirked and removed the knife she'd taken from Elizabeth from her belt, holding it gently by the girl's cheek.
"Do well to remember this Miss. Jade," she told her. "You are NOT around daddy anymore, so why don't you go and play nicely before you find out what gundam pilots can really do?" She released the girl and put the knife back into her belt, and quickly Elizabeth walked away although she sent a vicious threat Cassi's way as she did.
"Am I to assume you would've killed her?" asked Kaito as he rubbed his head.
"If I'd had to," Cassi nodded. "But what would be the point of it?"
shook his head, wishing he hadn't after as his head began to spin again, in their right mind would let that girl near this place anyway? What a snob. Almost makes you want to blow chunks all over her $3000 outfit." Cassi and Meg snickered as Trowa walked over and handed his son a glass of water.
"Want to explain what just happened?" he enquired.
"No, not really," Kaito responded as he sipped some of the water.
"What happened is you're developing your own psychic potential," Cassi smiled softly. "Telekinesis I believe."
"Meaning?" Meg asked as she was still trying to calm her temper.
"Meaning...that Kaito here can move things with a thought and most often when he's angry," Cassi translated.
groaned, of all the powers he had to develop, why this one? It was a pain. Cassi gave him a sympathetic smile, as did Meg.
"Don't worry, you'll get used to it," she told him.great. Well, hopefully I'll 'get used to it' before I accidentally get someone killed," he muttered glancing over at Meg, "Uhhh, sorry about that." He sighed then smirked, course, I'm not sorry for sending that brat flying. You know what, this could be fun." He chanced a glance over at Wufei and winked at the two, "Just need a little practice."even think about it," Wufei warned calmly.I?" Kaito grinned mischievously. Cassi and Meg chuckled he was going to have a hard time with this one.
had ages to perfect their gifts, Meg had known about hers for a long time and Cassi had been aware of her ability to feel what others felt, but she'd had no idea it was so strong and she hadn't known what it was called till Quatre had told Wufei. She wasn't ungrateful for having that power she liked it, although it was a pain when someone was so angry she could feel it from miles off. Thankfully Quatre had helped her learn how to dull it down a bit.may I offer one piece of advice?" she asked.is it on how to torment Little Miss. Perfect? Or on this telekinesis?" he responded.little of both. Don't practice on living things for one and if you want to get her back, just psyche her out. She can't stand it, I could tell when I spoke to her just now. Elizabeth doesn't like people looking her in the eye and telling her she's daddy's little baby."knew from just talking to her?" asked Meg.just a kid," Cassi smirked. "No harm unless you let her be."
chuckled and shook his head, are we going to eat this food or leave it here to rot?" He asked as he grabbed an apple. He took a bite and chanced a glance over at Meg for a moment then turned his gaze away. Meg noticed that Kaito had glanced over at her and blushed without realizing it. Slowly Meg started to eat some apple pie but she couldn't stop thinking about Elizabeth.
"Only Relena," she sighed.
"Huh?" Cassi asked.
"You asked awhile ago who would let her in? Question answered, only the most horrible thing walking the face of this Earth and it's squeezing the life out of Heero right now," Meg said and pointed towards a suffocating Heero who was caught in the death grip of Relena.
"Relena Heero needs to breath." Noin chuckled.
"I see you're all enjoying your selves," a voice said and they all looked over to see Miliardo aka Zechs, standing over them. His eyes set mainly on Meg who glared away from his glance.Zechs," Kaito said politely with a slight nod as he took another bite of his apple. He motioned for Zechs to join them completely missing the death glare Meg gave the blond haired ex-pilot.
"What do you wont?" Meg asked and took a bite of an apple.
"I came to see my sister do you have anything wrong with that Miss. Maxwell?" Zechs asked.
"No it's just that where you are there's bound to be," she responded and her words were cut off by the arrival of a familiar red-haired women walking towards them.
"There is bound to be me am I correct?" Marimaya asked and smiled in a sly manner.do you have against Zechs, Meg?" Kaito asked looking over at his redheaded companion. He had to admit she could be rather moody sometimes, but he had the feeling saying that out loud would be trouble. He chuckled slightly at the thought and glanced over at Marimaya with a polite nod.
chuckled as she tossed a grape into her mouth and bit into it, releasing the juice, before she chewed and swallowed it.Miss. Mariemaya," she greeted calmly. "How are you feeling after that punch?" Mariemaya shot her a look, but Cassi just smiled back at her sweetly. The older red head approached her, eyes glistening.on Earth can a gundam pilot be so sweet and innocent looking?" she asked.it a gift," Cassi responded as she ate another grape. Kaito and Meg looked at their youngest comrade, she was so good at putting on that innocent girl act it was unbelievable. Cassi just shrugged as she ate yet another grape, and watched Mariemaya turn away from her to talk to Relena, who had since released her hold on Heero.
felt a light tap on her shoulder and turned to see Kaito looking her in the eye.she asked.much, i'm just beginning to think we should nickname you baby or something," he told her with a mischievous smile on his face.do and you won't know what hit you," Cassi told him, but she winked at him at the same time. So at least he knew she was only joking around.
suddenly stood up and walked over to Mariemaya. The red head turned to look at him curiously, I can do for you?" she asked lifting and eyebrow. Kaito just watched her for a moment as if sizing her up before he replied, not sure weather to thank you or suspect you of working for the new Oz. For now though, I'll thank you. If it wasn't for you, Meg might still be with Kaizer." With that said, the brown haired pilot turned and walked back to the picnic blanket.

He sat down with a slight sigh and grabbed a turkey sandwich, taking a bite and chewing slowly while staring at the ground.
had had to laugh at Cassi's comment and slowly Mariemaya looked over towards the young girl.
"So have any dreams lately?" she asked.
"What's it to you?" Meg asked.
"Nothing just crazy people usually do have weird dreams," Marimaya said.
"Why I outta" She said and got ready to throw a pie into the girls face.

Cassi shot Mariemaya a warning glare she did not like people saying such things to her friends. It was at that point though that Cassi felt her heart seemingly skip a beat and she looked up from where she was picking apart a sandwich, before looking around. Her eyes narrowed slightly and any trace of innocence vanished in those few seconds.
"Something wrong?" asked Meg.
"What's that feeling you get when you feel something's not right?" Cassi asked.
"Impending doom?" Kaito offered.
"Close enough," Cassi muttered. "I just feel something's wrong, something not right."it have something to do with this Elizabeth girl? Maybe she's up to something? As far as I'm concerned, letting her in here is like asking for a nuclear disaster," Kaito offered then stood up, quickly taking the last bite of his sandwich, "Lets go and check it out then. Any idea where it's coming from?" Cassi just shook her head.
"Come on i'll walk u back to your room," Meg said slowly helped Cassi towards the mansion as Kaito followed.

In the dorm room the pilots slowly settled in when Meg heard something very odd. Looking under her bed she suddenly noticed something.
"Uh Cassi you know that feeling you were having?" Meg asked.
"Yes why?" Cassi asked.
"Does it have to do with a ticking time bomb?" Meg asked and the three looked under the bed to see a very large amount of dynamite, plastic explosives and combustible liquid hooked onto a large machine, which was connected to a clock.just a bit obvious. I think that would lead us right to little miss perfect," Kaito said, "Anyone positive they know how to disarm a bomb?" He asked with a slight sigh. Now that they knew about it, seeing as they were in a place where there were tons of people who could disarm a bomb, it wasn't as threatening as it had seemed at first.I would've have considered a bomb to be causing it," Cassi responded as she gently pulled the bomb out. "Well hon we've all been trained to arm and disarm things, so this should be a snap."
"Allow me ladies," Kaito responded as he began working on the wires. "Hmm this thing's been cleverly made, it's very hard to stop. I don't know if I can stop it."
"Yeah well, I suggest getting ready to leave if we can't stop it," Meg advised.
"I'm all for that," Cassi nodded, when suddenly she gasped in pain.

Her heart was jumping like a frog, and was thumping so loudly that she could hear it in her ears. She pressed her hands to her head, trying to shut it out and calm her heart, but whatever she was feeling wasn't going away that easily. She clenched her eyes shut and squeaked in pain, whoever was feeling these things, was mentally strong.You ok?" Kaito asked turning to her then shaking his head and quickly turning back to the bomb. He had to worry about this first then he could worry about Cassi. He quickly reached into his pocket and pulled out his pocket knife. He then flipped the knife out and began to cut the plastic that was covering the rest of the wires.
watched intently as Kaito finished cutting away the plastic, although it was a difficult job and then watched as he began disarming it. Thank god we're trained for this she thought gratefully, she then turned to Cassi. Her fellow pilot was sitting on the floor to Kaito's other side, her legs were curled beneath her, her eyes were clenched shut and her hands were covering her ears. Meg could've sworn that she could hear her friend's heart beating, and she couldn't even imagine what it was like for Cassi.
"Kaito hurry it up before Cassi has a break down," she urged.
"Don't rush me," he snapped back.
"Kaito anytime would be good," she told him and suddenly the clock started to ring. "I don't think that's a good thing Kaito hurry!!"

Kaito clipped another wire but it didn't stop.
"RUN!!" Kaito yelled and all three pilots ducked for the hallway and yet as they waited for a boom none came instead a laugh came instead. They looked inside and there was a smiling face coming from the machine laughing holding a Ha Ha Ha sign in the air.
"GRRRR," Meg growled and grabbed the toy smiling face and kicked it. "Why do I have the feeling someone is playing with us?" Kaito narrowed his eyes then turned to Cassi, makes me think that was just a diversion? Cassi, do you have any idea where this feeling or emotion you're feeling is coming from?" He looked the other pilot over who was shaking slightly at the intensity of the emotions her empathy was picking up.
"Why does this have Elizabeth written all over it?" Meg growled and kicked the fake bomb again when suddenly they heard someone outside.

"What do you mean they're all gone?" a voice cried and they looked out the window to see Duo and Heero speaking under the terrace window, unaware that the pilots were still in their room.
"Every vile is gone, including the stash we hid in Relena's safe," Heero responded.
"But you can make more right?" Duo asked.
"It'll take timehow many do u have on you?" Heero asked.
"Only one," Duo said, "Oh god."

Suddenly a huge explosion caught the pilots and the ex-pilots attention. A huge MS was over the area with a huge beam cannon.
"Attention Sank Kingdom!!" a voice boomed, "If you do not surrender the Gundam Pilots we will level the city"
"Uh you were saying?" Meg asked and looked at Kaito as seven other MS appeared.hate it when I'm right," Kaito muttered then turned and headed out the door, stopping just outside it, "I don't know about you two but I'm not surrendering without a fight. I'm heading down to the hangar. Are you two coming with me?"you really think Cassi is fit to pilot?" asked Meg curiously as Cassi tried to calm herself. "I mean look at her."do you feel you can level some mobile suits?" Kaito asked. "If not you can sit this one out." Cassi stood up straight and calmed her shaking nerves, before looking at her fellow pilots.I feel up to it."Kaito nodded. "But if you feel even the slightest hint that your abilities are going to overpower you again, stop, you got it?" Cassi nodded and followed them downstairs to the hanger where their suits were kept.3 can't seriously be going out there," Hilde stated as they disappeared into their gundam's cockpits.think we're going to let Elizabeth level this place?" Meg retorted. "Not while we're still breathing." That said they left the hanger in their mobile suits, and approached the tiny army of suits. This was going to be a snap, there were no other suits for miles and they could check that against their suits sensors, so a handful of suits would be no problem at all. Ok a beam cannon may be a problem, but avoiding it was easier.
you want us Elizabeth," Meg taunted. "Why don't you come and get us?"why not?" came a voice from the lead suit. "Should be fun. Attack them, I want those 3 suits flattened!" she cried and the 7 suits barrelled forwards and attacked the gundams, although it was a pretty pathetic attempt at a battle. Kaito blasted two suits to bits with a rifle weapon, whilst Cassi and Meg levelled the others with one or two swipes of their main weapons.that it?" Meg asked. "Was that your best shot Elizabeth? If it was it wasn't that good."if this IS the best she's got, I'd hate to see the worst," Cassi smirked and she got a snicker in response from her fellow pilots.
three suits surrounded the lone suit cautiously, she still had the beam cannon and from memory that thing could be dangerous. Cassi during this time had figured out where the feelings were coming from. Elizabeth wasn't psychic by any means, but she had a strong attraction to destruction and revenge. A strong will that sought to destroy at any cost and she'd unwittingly unleashed it whilst she'd been waiting for them to panic over the fake bomb they'd found, and it had worked. The feelings of her followers had been the rest of the cause, and that had subsided when they'd been killed. They'd been afraid to face the pilots, not surprising and that had passed onto her.what's it to be?" she asked over the radio. "We know what you did Elizabeth, so we can do this one of two ways. You tell us what we want to know and we'll let you live, but not leave. Or you could refusewe kill you and find out the old fashioned way. It's your choice."
"Sorry but you'll find that my means are a little more complicated," she chuckled.
"That's it i'm blasting her," Meg cried and tried to fire her gun but all she heard was a clicking noise. The others tried their weapons as well and all their weapons suddenly blew up.
"Like the improvements?" Elizabeth chuckled.
"She rigged our gundams!!" Kaito cried.
"Grr why I outta" Meg said, "Wait...I have an idea uhh you guys stall them!!"

Meg took off towards the mansion and hopped out her gundam and into her hanger where 0 stood.sighed as she twirled her glaive.hasn't rigged this the little minx," she announced. She'd barely raised it and the power cut out.she cut the power breaker, that little...nobody messes with my gundam unless they want to get burned."wait," Kaito called. "Meg's gone to get Wing O."that's usually a bad thing," Cassi responded as she moved her gundam and grabbed the other suit by the arm, trying to wrestle it to the ground. Kaito then remembered that Cassi's and Meg's suit worked close range, where as his didn't. Cassi had forced the weapon arm to the side, so that the cannon was aimed the other way.think you're so cocky," she told Elizabeth as she twisted the other suits arm. "But...you're nothing like your father. You're a little girl trying to follow in daddy's footsteps. Stop this now, before you really get hurt."think i'm stupid?" Elizabeth asked her sharply. "I am not like that."
chuckled coolly as the two suits continued trying to force each other backwards, trying to gain ground. mean it," Elizabeth growled harshly. "I am not a daddy's girl, I can handle myself."you get it?" Cassi snapped. "You are facing something beyond your league, we've got lots of experience with these suits. I can tell because you wouldn't have let me get this close to you otherwise. Act tough all you want, it doesn't scare or bother us. At full force one of our suits could turn yours into a pile of smoking scrap metal, so stop now!"

"Alright wing please," Meg said as she sat in Wing O's cockpit when suddenly dizziness overcame her. Reaching for her pocket she collapsed before she could.

What's taking you so long Meg? Kaito thought worriedly. We need Wing O. I can't believe I just thought that.
who was still trying to fight Elizabeth off, was succeeding, somewhat anyway. She to was wandering where Meg was, it was then she felt a faint feeling of nausea and shaking her head to get rid of it she focused her attention on Meg.she called over the radio. "I'll stay here and handle Miss. Daddy's girl, go to Meg. I think she needs the serum."observant," Elizabeth smirked. "I knew your friend would need it about now. How sad, she may just die before you reach her." Seeing Kaito stop his gundam as close as he could to the palace and jump out, Cassi simply chuckled.stronger than you think little girl," she told her as she managed to finally wrench the beam cannon from the other suits hand. "You shouldn't underestimate her."
opened her eyes she tried to see but it was blurry. The hanger was opening slowly and she grasped the controls as tightly as she could.
"Elizabeth you little," she whispered and looked out to the hanger as the cockpit door closed. "Please Wing 0 help me...give me strength for this...." Suddenly Wing 0's eyes started to glow dangerously.What the heck are you doing!" Kaito shouted as he saw the gundam come to life. What was she doing? She couldn't fight in that condition. She'd get herself killed. With that thought in his mind he narrowed his eyes and kneeled down slightly. He took a deep breath and leapt into the air and onto the gundam's shoulder as it slowly began to move.
"MEG!" he shouted as he slowly made his way down to the gundam's cockpit door.
0 suddenly flew from the hanger and its gun was pointed at Elizabeth's suit.
"Impossible!" Elizabeth cried, "She couldn't be piloting it!!"
"Surrender isn't an option anymore..." Meg said and pulled the trigger.
had yelped in surprise and leapt off the gundam, as it headed outside, landing in a crouch a little ways off from his own gundam, which he quickly headed for. There was no stopping her now and if he tried to get in the way he'd just get himself killed but he'd at least serve as backup, just in case it was needed. He stiffened suddenly as he saw the gun on the wing zero fire at Elizabeth's gundam. He clenched his fists as he awaited the impact but it never came. Elizabeth's gundam quickly dodged though she'd moved so fast she was unable to keep the gundam from falling onto its side in a large heap. Wing 0 turned towards Elizabeth again its gun ready to fire once more. Meg's vision was getting worse, yet 0 was giving her strength, without it she would probably be unconscious right now.

Slowly began to pull the trigger when Amazon grabbed 0's hands.
who'd managed to release her gundam's hold on the other suit and had managed to move before Meg had fired, was now trying to control Wing O's aiming arm. Kaito watched this, all the time wandering what the heck Cassi was thinking. Cassi's suit wasn't anywhere near as strong as Wing 0, despite how resilient it now was.
"Cassi, let go!" Meg cried, although it didn't sound like Meg. "I have to finish this! Move!"
"No Meg!" Cassi responded. "You'll only result in making things worse!"
"I don't care! Move!" That said she used Wing O's strength and thrust Cassi to the side. Amazon was thrown violently away, having lost its gridlock grip on Wing O's hands. Cassi struggled to stabilize her suit's footing and stood it up straight, turning just in time to see Meg step closer to the fallen suit, aiming Wing O's weapon at its chest.

Kaito's eyes narrowed, Meg was going to go too far with this although he didn't blame her for what she wanted to do. Meg, I wish you wouldn't be so hasty he thought to her.

Cassi froze as she watched the trigger on the suits weapon slowly being compressed, if she fired she'd blast half the front ground of the Sanq Kingdom gardens away. She wouldn't be able to stop her in time either, she'd fire but her weapons were useless.
bit his lip for a moment and took a deep breath, time like the present right?" He focused his eyes on the wing zero's weapon and narrowed them slightly. He let his mind wander though all the terrible things that had happened lately, all the times the two girls had been hurt, and the ones who'd caused all of this.

Meg growled as she fired the weapon. Cassi went rigid and closed her eyes awaiting the inevitable explosion as Elizabeth's mobile suit exploded, taking out everything around it. The explosion came a second later but it didn't sound right. She opened her eyes to see that the gun itself had exploded, causing much less damage then destroying the suit would have.
"Sorry," came a mumble from the communication system.looked at the wreckage and her hands started to shake...wing's influence was growing weaker, her vision was blacking in and out.
"Elizabeth..." She whispered before her hands slipped off the controls.
shook herself out of it and moved her gundam forwards, catching Meg's before it had a chance to lose its balance and fall. Wing 0 was heavy, but Cassi's suit was built for strength so holding it upright wasn't a problem.
"Kaito, could you handle Elizabeth?" she asked. "I'm going to see what I can do about moving Wing 0."
"Got ya," Kaito nodded as he moved his gundam forward. He stood it over Elizabeth's suit, which kept her from moving it anymore and opened the cockpit doors before jumping down and onto the other suit. He knelt down and clicked the outside release button and the door flipped open, revealing the stunned girl.
"Come on," he muttered as he released her safety harness and pulled her out. "You've got some explaining to do."
glanced back over to the other two suits, and saw that Cassi had managed to turn Wing O around and was moving it back towards the hanger.
"Do you realize we could've killed you?" he asked Elizabeth as he helped her down from the suit. "Or I should say, do you realize THEY could've killed you?" Elizabeth looked him in the eye as he walked her towards the base, whilst he held her by the arm. Kaito turned his calm stare on her and despite her provado she shivered, something in his eyes said he meant what he said. Elizabeth had had to admit that she'd been scared, but she suddenly put on a brave face.
"I don't believe you, I bet they wouldn't have."
"Cassi's right, you're naïve," Kaito snorted. "Cassi and Meg have no qualms about blasting things to bits, or taking someone else's life you know. If Meg hadn't done it and Cassi had seen fit, she'd have blasted you instead."
"The bluebell?" Elizabeth snorted as Miss. Noin and Hilde walked over and took control of her from the brown haired teen. "She doesn't seem like the type."
"Tell her that next time you see her," Kaito retorted and disappeared to fetch his gundam.
Cassi was standing on Wing O's cockpit door. She'd opened it and had retrieved the vile of green liquid she carried with her, from her pocket. Undoing the stopper she removed it and knelt in front of the unconscious red head in front of her. Gently tilting her friend's head back, she carefully poured the mixture down the other girl's throat. Her body shone a very faint green and she seemed to fall asleep instead of unconscious. Sighing Cassi unbuckled the safety harness and helped Meg out of the Gundam.
"Anyone want to lend me a hand?" she asked. "Meg is not light."
"I heard that," Meg muttered quietly. Chuckling to himself Wufei walked over to lend her a hand and they moved her from the hanger to the girl's room.

"Tell us where you hid the vials" Noin snapped.
"No," Elizabeth said. They had been trying to get it out of her for hours, but to no avail. Kaito however had searched Elizabeth's room and was heading towards the interrogation room with a large metal suitcase.
"Hey guess what I found?" he said and opened up the suitcase to revile the stolen vials.
"But the big question is what the hell does she need them for? Why not just destroy them?" asked Cassi who'd joined them not long ago.
"Maybe Miss. Hanger or whatever her name is can tell us," Sally commented as she turned around and stared into Elizabeth's eyes, but the girl remained quiet and stared back at her defiantly. Sally was not very good at this sought of thing, not when the person was a teenager who was a troublemaker. Then again she had to think about the three teens she knew best of all, the gundam pilots. They could be just as stubborn as Elizabeth was being, but they had a great reason for it to begin with.
"Why not let me take a crack at her?" asked Cassi. "I seem to be pretty good at pushing her buttons."
"Cassi, no offence but" Kaito began, but Cassi silenced him by raising her hand.
"Let her," her mother told him. Kaito nodded and the three stepped away from the table, giving Cassi some room.
blue-haired pilot approached the table and balanced herself on the edge of it, swinging her one leg casually as she balanced herself with her right arm. She stared down at Elizabeth, looking evenly into her eyes. The girl stared back as defiant as ever, till Cassi leant forward and lowered her voice to a calm and cool whisper.
"Elizabeth," she whispered so that only the other girl could hear her voice. Elizabeth listened carefully, like this Cassi's voice sounded like softly falling snow.
"Unlike my companions, I don't ask things twice. Now why don't you tell me why you stole the vials? They weren't yours to take and if you wanted to see Meg suffer, well let me just tell you, you would've regretted it. You see I don't like people harming my friends, and when your daddy hurt Meg do you know I happily killed several people to get to him?"
this point Elizabeth looked at her shocked she hadn't taken Cassi to be the type to be happy at killing several people, but the smirk on the girls face told her otherwise.
"You see they were just a number, and if you don't tell me what I want to know then you'll simply be another number in my little mental book and your memory will just drift away as if you weren't important, got me?"
"I need the vials," Elizabeth responded, "Meg isn't worthy to hold such power."
"What do you mean?" Cassi asked.
"'You still haven't figured it out yet?" Elizabeth asked, "He planned everything so carefully, he told me he would fine a suitable figure head for OZ, Meg that girl doesn't know how many men in OZ she won over with her beauty non the less are totally loyal to her!! I have nothing...I vial's was the only way to get what I wanted!! To get the hold of the power she posesses."
raised an eyebrow, what was this girl getting at?
"You're a conundrum you know that," she told Elizabeth. "If you're so obsessed with power why not just take it? Why try and spoil the life of someone else? Do you think Meg really cares what people in OZ thinks? She's a gundam pilot; she hates OZ with a vengeance. Now she has her senses back. That stuff keeps her alive you know, I think that's what matters right now!" At this point Elizabeth began to cry, and buried her head in her arms. Sobs whacked her body as Cassi stared at her, her eyes showing a hint of sympathy for the girl.
"Don't you get it?" Elizabeth cried. "My own father didn't think I was good enough, so he chose thatthat girlover me! Do you have any idea what it's like to be placed in second place?" Cassi had to admit she didn't, she was an only child and had never had to deal with that situation.
she placed a comforting hand on the girls arm, gaining her a strange look from everyone in the room including Elizabeth, who raised her head to look at her.
"Why? What do you care?" she asked.
"Believe it or not," Cassi responded calmly. "I'm more sensitive to things than most."
tossed and turned in her bed, it was no use she couldn't sleep. Slowly getting up she slowly got dressed and looked at the calender, in a few more days Relena was holding her end of summer dance.
"Elizabeth," she said and couldn't help but feel slightly sorry for the girl, her own father thought of her better then Elizabeth. Slowly she walked down to where they were talking to Elizabeth when Kaito screamed in rage.
"These bottles are nothing but green water!!" He cried and smashed the metal suitcase to the floor.
"What do you mean water!!" Cassi cried and turned to Elizabeth. "What did u do with the real vials?"
"What I had them in that suitcase I swear!!" she cried. "I don't know what happened they should be the real thing,"

"What's going on?" Meg asked and all eyed set on her. Cassi sighed and rubbed her eyes, as Meg walked further into the room.trying to figure out what happened to your medicine," Kaito told her. "We thought we had something, but it's a dead end lead."did you learn anything anyway?" Meg asked out of curiosity.friend Bluebell here, has a way with words," Elizabeth responded dryly. Meg arched an eyebrow at the unusual naming, but considering Cassi's blue hair and usually sedate nature she thought it was kind of fitting. did you find anything out?"that the vials are green water. Someone must've taken the real ones while we were fighting," Kaito responded. "But don't worry Meg, Heero's working on more."
looked at Meg's worried expression, she'd had no idea how important they seemed to be to the red head. Cassi had said they kept her alive and she didn't want to know what would happen if Meg died like that, she really didn't want to be on the end of the other two pilots anger that was for sure. She twiddled her fingers nervously as three sets of eyes, one blue, one red and one green turned to look at her. Meg hid her concern really well when it came to it, Kaito looked a tad furious and Cassi...well whatever she was feeling was masked by her well-set expression. no point trying to talk to her anymore," Cassi muttered. "I don't think she was lying when she said she had put them in the case."she's as manipulative as her father," Kaito argued. "You saw how she taunted Meg earlier."Cassi snapped, startling everyone in the room. Elizabeth assumed this was because they weren't used to that tone of voice from her. she told him a bit calmer. "Don't argue with me, don't doubt my word. I'd know if she was lying. Now let's leave her be for now and see what we can figure out by ourselves. We're gundam pilots, no one said figuring things out was going to be easy." That said she turned on her heal and left the room.going to get something to eat," she called back over her shoulder. "Come along if you want."
slowly walked towards Elizabeth and slammed her hands down on the table.
"Where is your father?" she screamed.
"He's dead" Elizabeth whispered.
"YOUR REAL FATHER ELIZABETH!" Meg yelled.
"Meg what are you talking about?" Kaito asked.
"Where is he I know he took the vials!!" Meg yelled.
"I don't know where he is!!" Elizabeth yelled.
"TELL ME WHERE IS TREIZE!!" she screamed.asked Kaito. "What does she have to do with Treize, Meg?"is her real father," Meg responded. "Kazier is just a step father."ok, but really there's no need to scream at her Meg, Miss. Noin already did enough of that."don't care, I want to know where he is!" Meg cried.

Meg shook her head as she turned and looked at them, red eyes blazing.knows where Treize is," Meg responded. "But she's not spilling it."Wufei killed him remember," Sally told her matter-of-factly.so, but I don't think he stayed dead."he is, to me anyway" Elizabeth whispered. "I don't know where he is either, even if he is alive."Meg cried whirling around on her heal and glaring viciously at the girl. NOT LYING!" Elizabeth shouted as tears ran down her face. "I'm not."
began to sob loudly, before burying her head into her arms. Meg glared down at the girl and Elizabeth could feel it, it burned into her even though she wasn't looking back. Meg could be painfully sharp when she wanted to be. About to speak again, Meg found Kaito attempting to hold her back before she did something she may very well regret.her be Meg," he warned. "She's had enough already."till I get the information I want," Meg retorted.drop it or i'll drop you," soothed a soft voice from behind them. Meg turned to see Cassi staring at her calmly from the door, her sedate blue eyes glistening in the artificial light. Cassi had felt Elizabeth becoming more and more distressed while she'd gone to get something to eat, and had returned to the room.not taking her side are you?" Meg asked as Cassi walked past her and towards the table.not taking her side at all," Cassi countered as she gently put her arms around the crying girl. "I'm just making decisions based on what I see. Honestly Meg, a little tact wouldn't go amiss you know."little..." Meg began but Cassi raised her head and glared at her.

"Ever think that maybe when she says she doesn't know where he is that she really doesn't know where he is, Meg? Just because she's a rude, snobbish, thieving, enemy doesn't mean she's incapable of telling the truth once in a while," Kaito said calmly as he placed a hand on her shoulder, "Besides, whether she knows or not I don't think she's about to tell you. So just relax and give her some time. Maybe she'll come to her senses. Or we can always torment her later when she's pulled herself together."but she'll not stay in the dungeons," Meg responded.
"Oh and where is she supposed to stay?" Ralena asked.
"My room," she responded. "That way i'll be able to keep an eye on her."
"I wouldn't share I room with you even if my life depended on it." Elizabeth snapped.
"I do." Cassi said.
"Fine but dont excpt me to clean up after the dumpster" Elizabeth said.
"I am not that dirty," Meg said.
"Oh please everyday it took 6 maids and 3 butlers to clean up the mess in your room," Elizabeth said.

Soon the name calling starting and the others just stared.
anyway, while you two are busy pulling at each others hair like little girls, I'm going to put myself to good use and work on my gundam. Seems we may have need of it after all." Kaito said rolling his eyes before he turned and headed out of the room.
few days passed without inncident and Meg was sitting on her bed watching Elizabeth twirl around in a long green dress she had just bought for the ball.
"Sigh i'll be the bell of the ball," Elizabrth sighed.
"Yea a cracked bell." Meg chuckled.
"Oh and I see you haven't gotten ready yet," she said.
"I'm not going..nothing in heaven or earth could make me wear anything like that," Meg said pointing to Elizabeth's dress.
"Oh really," Elizabeth said and eyed her.
"Elizabeth why are you?" She asked.

Kaito was getting ready for the dance himself, his father had asked him to go and check up on Meg and make sure she wasn't killing Elizabeth. Slowly as he put his hand on the door he heard something.
"Are sure all this stuff is nessasarry?" A voice that sounded like Meg said,.
"Of course," another voice said.

Kaito knocked.
"Uh Meg?" he asked, "Are you ready we're leaving soon"
"Come on in," Elizabeth said in a sing song voice.

Kaito walked in and his face turned red as he did, there was Meg standing as if she was back at the same ball with the Kazier. But her dress was different it was strapped. Meg stood there blushing in embarsiment, her hair was done up in a twisted braided bun and makeup covered her face.
"Ohhh Kaito," she whispered, "Elizabeth...you little..."
"Go on tell me I look like a dressed up barbie doll..."
shook his head slowly and chuckled slightly, look amazing, Meg. Uhhh, you look nice as well Elizabeth. Now hurry up, we need to get down there before our parents have a hissy fit." With that said, the brown haired pilot turned and headed out, glad to be out of there and hoped Meg hadn't seen him blushing.

He himself was dressed in a white Sanq Kingdom type tuxedo and he grumbled slightly. He hated getting dressed up but he'd never complain about it in front of anyone else as it "wouldn't be polite".
met up with Meg and Kaito on the way there as Elizabeth trailed behind complaining about having to wear flates. Slowly they entered the ball and the music started up. After awhile Cassi noticed that Meg was standing in the corner by herself. Slowly she looked over and saw Kaito who had finally gotten away from the rabious fan girls.
"Kaito," Cassi said.
"Huh oh it's you Cassi uh thought you were one of those girls chasing me," Kaito said in realif.
"Have you noticed Meg?" She asked.
"Huh?" he asked, "No"
"Look," she responded and pointed at Meg standing by the wall by her lonesome.
"Well I don't think Meg's a dancing type," Kaito said and the memory of there last dance at the Kaziers ball flashed into his mind.
"Go on ask Meg for a dance," Cassi said, "Please Kaito she's been standing there all afternoon, be nice and ask her for a dance."
attempted to hide his blush with a glare then sighed nodding, "Fine, but you owe me one, Cassidy." With that the brown haired pilot headed towards the redheaded pilot. He stopped a ways off and gave her a sideways look, "You ok?"

Meg nodded quietly.
"Would you like to dance?" he asked quietly.Meg asked and slowly looked up, "Well I guess so I."

Suddenly Kaito had hauled her out onto the dance floor and they were dancing to a slow waltz.
Cassi put you up to this didn't she?" Meg asked looking over at the slyly smiling Cassi.
"How'd you ever guess?" he asked and laughed.
"I uh," she said and suddenly stepped on his foot, "Oops sorry i'm not a good dancer."worry about it. That wouldn't be the first time a girls stepped on my toes. Besides, I've stepped on my share of toes," he chuckled and then glanced over at Cassi with a slight smirk, "I say if we have to dance, then so does she. All we need to do is find her someone to dance with."think she already found a dance partner look," Meg said and pointed to a tall blond man.
"Who's that?" Kaito asked.
"Who knows Miss I wanna rule the world knows very weird people," Meg said and Kaito dipped her.

The blond man was dancing with Cassi and she was blushing like mad he was extremly handsome.
"Your dance devinely Miss," he told her.
"Uh thanks," she responded.

Elizabeth who was walking around suddenly bumped into someone.
"Ooops sorry," the red head said.
"It's my fault," Elizabeth said.
"You must be Elizabeth my name is Mariemaya," she said.
"Meg told me about you," she said.
smirked slightly as the song ended and winked at Meg before leaving her and slowly wandering over behind Cassi. Without letting her see him, he gently pushed her closer to her dancing partner then snuck off into the crowd and headed back towards Meg who was now snickering at Cassi's clearly red face.
