Chapter Six

A Week Later

Wufei sighed. "We've just got back and we have tons of homework. Life sucks."

Sally giggled. Her and her mate, along with Quatre and Trowa were already in class waiting for the teachers and the other students to join. Trowa groaned. "And why are we here again?"

Quatre looked over at Trowa with a serious face. "Because we didn't do our homework when we went on vacation."

At the same time Wufei and Trowa answered. "That's because it was a firkin holiday not work day!!"

Then suddenly the classroom doors open. The four bring their attention to the three walking in. Heero and Duo were laughing with a young teen that must be 17 or 18 years of age. Quatre smiled. The girl had chestnut hair like Duo and cobalt blue eyes like Heero. Her hair was as long as Duo's but in a high pony tail. The school's uniform was the same as Sally's. Red ruffle skirt, white blouse with long sleeve's and matching red vest. She also wore white socks that rose up to her mid thigh.

Quatre stood up. "So Duo is this Nana?"

The brown haired teen turned around to face Quatre and the others. She turned to Heero in confusion and hid behind his back. Duo chuckled, and so did the others. "Yeah Quat this is Nana."

The young teen walked over to stand next to Duo. The braided teen told her who they were and that it was okay. With that realization, the brown haired teen walked up in front of the other clan members. She bowed her head. Rising it again she smiled. "Hi. My name is Nana Maxwell Yuy." Everyone in the room gasped, making the girl stop. "What's wrong did I say something bad?" She turned to her father's for guidance.

They smiled back at her and shook their heads. Wufei stood up. "So who thought of the middle and last name?"

Duo looked over at Heero then back at Wufei. "Heero did."

Sally smiled. She wasn't sure about the question she was about to ask so she asked her leader threw the link they shared. `Heero does this mean…`

Heero looked up hearing Sally's voice and met her gaze. He smiled, nodded his head, and winked at her. The blonde girl squealed with joy. Wufei looked over to his mate. "What's wrong with you?"

"Nothing." She smiled. "Nothing at all."

Nana joined the group. Quatre welcomed the girl and beckoned for everyone else to do it to. Soon Nana was comfortable with the whole group. Then the bell rang and everyone went to their seats except Heero and his daughter. Heero needed to make sure the teacher knew what was going on. Then teacher walked in and waited at his desk, gathering plans for the day.

"Mr. Hales?" asked Heero.

The teacher looked up. "Yes Mr. Yuy?"

"This is my sister Nana Yuy and I was just letting you know that she has been assigned to this class."

"I wasn't…" he began to reject the student until Heero gave him the folder him and Duo made up so that Nana was either in Heero's classes or Duo's. "Oh I guess I they gave it to you since I rarely stop by my box." He grasped the folder away from Heero. "Well thanks you Mr. Yuy."

"Sally has already offered her time to take Nana on a tour since they are sharing the same dorms." Heero explained.

He wrapped his arm around his daughter and walked up the stairs to her seat. While walking, Nana got a lot of lewd comments and lustful glances. Heero growled at each one of them. Then the same guy that touched Quatre that one time in the hall kept his gaze at Nana. Even after Heero gave him a warning glare.

He soon kept his eyes away, but when he turned his gaze away he had a smirk played on his face. `Bastard! ` Growled Heero.

He started to make his way over to the man but was stopped by Duo. He looked back in violet eyes. Duo mouthed no, making the leader back off. Class went on a usually boring. Nana kept getting unwanted glances but Heero couldn't do anything about it now. He would just have to wait and warn all of them "properly" after class.

Heero smiled, his eyes closed in thought. Oh yes he was going to torment the little bastards that looked at his daughter. Suddenly his gaze grew open. Since when had his possessiveness draw this far? Was this really healthy? Heero grunted in response. Who cares right? It's didn't really matter….unless something happened.

The brown haired teen looked to his daughter fully into the class work assignment. This made Heero smile. `Not bad for someone that has been born for only a few hours. ` He looked over to Duo that was already looking at him. `Not bad Duo…not bad at all. ` Duo smiled back at him and turned back towards the board which was assigned notes to be taken.

For lunch the seven vampires went outside in the field open to any of the college students. Heero sat afar, observing and protecting his clan and loved ones. On the other hand everyone else was a little further down smiling and laughing at the jokes Duo made. Nana leaned against a tree smiling with her hands behind her back clenching her black kitty cat briefcase. At last Heero had peace and a family.

Heero sensed something, that made the hairs on the back of his neck stand up. The vampire in him rose bringing his transformation out. Making sure no one saw him transform he used a mysticalallusion to hide it. Duo looked up as a black wolf with red eyes launched at him.

"What the hell?" he asked. The wolf stared at Duo as stood on top of the braided teen.

`Duo it's me. Heero. Something's wrong. `

Not knowing at first since Duo never seen his mate transformed, the warlock/vampire rose to his feet. "Where?"

The others around were confused except Wufei, and Trowa. They told their mates of the situation and it came clear to them as well. Their attention turned back two the black wolf. Heero growled towards Nana making it look like he was growling at her which freighted her. The chestnut girl looked at Duo tremblingly.

"Daddy…what's going on…I'm scared…help me…"

Duo frowned. "It's okay Nana. Just don't move."

The teen followed the directions. Eyes stayed on the pair, wondering what was going on. Then Trowa sensed it. Danger. It lurked around them, especially Nana like a heavy dark cloud. He didn't know the source until it was too late.

"Behind her!!" he screamed as he reached out in protection to Nana.

"Uh?" the cobalt blue girl asked. Then a figure behind her appeared from out of now where.

Duo yelled. "NANA…BEHIND YOU DUCK!!"

Nana looked around confused as she was grabbed by strong arms. She screamed. "HELP!!"

Heero leaped forward trying with all his might to knock the stranger that dared touch one of his pack members especially his own blood. As soon as he leapt the figure was gone, running his way down towards a nearby forest. The black wolf ran after it. Duo growled, his eyes dark red and he too changed as a panther with one thing on its mind.

"What the Hell did that guy want with His daughter?"

KJ: I'm defiantly not finished yet. If you didn't know why I choose Nana to be a baby was because everyone was in college and they would have no way of taking care of her same as if she was a child. I made her a teen so she could go to class and be watched by the pack especially by Heero. We all know Hee-chan is a very possessive hottie. ^_^ I hope u liked this chapter.
