It's All The Same 2

Duo was pale as he looked at Relena laying in the bed not moving as things were hooked up to her he didn't want to see his freind like this she should be up and healthy not in a bed in a hospital fighting for her life it was too much for him, He got up and walked out the room and saw Quatre coming back with the coffee he went out for the blond didn't look so hot himself.

When he took the cup Duo leaned on the wall next to the door to Relena's room him and Quatre were guarding the room while the other Three were looking into who could have done this with all five of them there and without being noticed, Sipping the coffee the longhaird ex-pilot shook his head worried for his husband who was beating himself up for not keeping their friend safe like he promised he would but then again all of them felt like crap for letting this happen wishing they could have noticed something that would have tipped them off.

Quatre looked into the room he could not bring himself to go in again and see the young women like that the doctors say that she has a chance but it looked dim since whoever shot her was knew what they were doing, he looked at Duo who looked lost in thought while he drunk the coffee.

"It's just weird the shooter could have been anyone we could have been talking to them or past them a some point" Duo said braking the silance between them with a nod Quatre agreed and wondered who would want to kill Relena he knew there we alot of people but they would have known who was who since they did checks on the people at the party but thats what so strange everyone at the party had nothing to gain by killing their friend.

"Maybe the guys will have something when they come back" Quatre said then the silance came back as they both sipped their coffee and looking in the door window hoping that they would see some movement from the young women on the bed but sighed when nothing changed.

Heero stood behind Wufei as the dark haird young man typed away at his laptop ever since he was removed from it when he almost threw it across the room in fustration when nothing came up, they checked the guest list again and again to see if they missed anything but noting checked out it was the same as when they checked it for the party but the blue eyed young man knew they missed something.

Then it hit him the boy who he was watching at the party Heero noticed at the time of the shooting the boy was not around, With a shove Heero took control of the laptop making Wufei fall on the floor with a yelp then the chinese young man glared at his friend while he got up off the floor.

"A simple excuse me would have been fine Heero" Wufei grumbled as he looked at his friend hack into the mansion's camera file from the night before the party then his eyes widen when Heero got the footage from outside and looked on, With quick fingers Heero typed in the commands then watched as a figure passed the guards without any problem then found a way into the house.

"I take it thats our shooter" Trowa said as he walked over to the two looking at all the images then blinked when the camera image froze then dissappear, Cursing and trying to bring the footage back without luck Heero shoved the poor laptop away making it shoot off the table Trowa caought it and sat it back down as he watched Heero get up and walked over to a wall hitting it hard making a fist size hole in it.

"Fuck. He hacked into the damn camera files and deleted the video of himself" Heero said as he leaned on the wall while Trowa checked his hand to make sure he didn't brake anything, Wufei looked at the laptop and tried to get the video back without any luck.

"But how you made it inpossable for anyone but yourself to hack into those files" Trowa said confused and shocked that someone got into Heero's program without setting off the traps the messy haird young man set for anyone trying to hack into the syestem, Running his hand trough his hair Heero walked back to the desk and typed into the main files hoping to find the backup hoping he could find something.

"It was that boy i know it, didn't you notice that the person moving around in the shadows was to small to be a teen or adult." Heero said as he typed quickly without looking up if he did look up he would have seen his two friends mouths open as they thought about what they seen and the events at the party.

"You did say he was hiding something and he was gone when Relena got shot" Wufei said then paled at the thought that he himself didn't picked up on the way the boy was there without anyone with him since none of the parents that was at the party had any children missing.

"Yes he was in a room with a laptop and a story that his parents werr going to meet him, damnmit why the hell didn't i see it i checked and no one sent their children ahead since everyone was already accouted for" Heero wanted to hit the wall again he could not forgive himself for letting something like that slip past him like he did the boy looked as if he was waiting for soemthing.

" Do you think he gone or hinding out somewhere?" Trowa asked as he opened his cell phone to tell Quatre what they found out, Heero checked the footage from when the abulance left and that morning he found nothing so he came to the conclusion that the boy must still be in the mansion somewhere if he did not leave right after the shooting.

"I think that he is still here since this place is really big and there is plenty of room to hid out for a small boy" Heero said as he walked towards the door to begin looking for the boy who called himself Luke.

Nodding Wufei and Trowa followed behind him without any questions about where to start looking they knew nothing was to be left un searched even if they had to have the whole house looking along with the preventers that were also looking for clues.

Luke looked around the room he was in and then at the women that was tied up on the floor as he checked his gun again then aimed it at her without any thought he shot her between the eyes then looked on as she fell down on the floor bleeding, with a shake of his head he walked towards the window that had a veiw of the outside looking down he saw the gate it was the only place in the house that was near the gate.

His Laptop beeped just as he was about to open the window with a curse the boy walked over to it and opened the mail he got then frowned again at what he read.

"Damnit she is alive" The boy said to himself as he packed up the laptop and headed towards the window in a hurry hearing footsteps getting closer to where he was, looking at the dead women he opened the window and headed out so he could finsh what he started but before he could even get out a hand grabbed him and pulled him back inside.

Luke found himself looking up at the glaring eyes of Heero Yuy.
