Part of Your World Prologue
Ok. After some thinking I finally decided to be brave and write this and post it. This is basically what (I think) most girls would do if they had an opportunity to go to and meet the pilots. Well the ones that are shy like me. So anyway here it is.
Stefani made sure she had everything she was going to take with her. Her book bag was filled with her cds, cd player, various DVD's and videos, and her camera. Yep, she was ready. She got in her car and drove to the address she had seen on tv. Her mom would kill her if she knew what she was doing.
Although Stefani like "Charmed", she was not into witchcraft, in fact it was against her religion. But there was something about this commercial that made it seem like it was for her. The commercial was only advertising a woman who said that she could make your dreams come true. Stefani could've sworn that that commercial was just for her.
She pulled up into the driveway. She sat there for a few seconds trying to gather her courage. She had made the decision to do this a week ago. If this person could do what Stefani hoped she could do, then maybe she would finally experience love. She knew she would be leaving behind her friends and family, but nothing was going to change her mind.
Stefani got out of the car, grabbed her book bag, and walked up to the front door. She rang the doorbell.
"Come in." A voice from inside the house yelled.
Stefani opened the door. The front room looked like an average living room. A woman with blond hair, overalls, and looked to be somewhere around thirty came in through the kitchen.
"Hello! Welcome. Come in." The woman said. "I'm Amy, and I've got everything prepared for you, Stefani."
"How'd you…?"
"I'm a witch. Follow me"
Stefani followed her into a back room. There was everything a witch needed form potion ingredients to a big cauldron.
"Here, drink this." Amy said handing Stefani a glass of thick, blue stuff.
"What is it?" Stefani asked staring at it.
"This will make you turn into a Dragon-half whenever you get hit with cold water. You want to become your character right?"
Stefani stared in shock and nodded. Then drank the potion. It tasted like orange juice surprisingly.
"Ok, so where do you want to go?" Amy asked.
"The Gundam Wing world." Stefani answered.
"Why?"
"Because guys don't notice me here. And I want to see Heero."
"Ok. Now, I'm afraid I'm going to need to have to take your voice. You know the deal, he kisses you, you get your voice back."
"Do I have to sing?"
"No. This isn't 'The Little Mermaid'"
"How long will I be there?"
"Until you die or if he kisses someone else, then the next morning you will come back here. And don't worry, while you're gone, it'll seem as if time is standing still until you return."
Amy walked over to Stefani and put her hand to her throat. She started chanting and a soft glow filled a container in her hand.
"This is your voice. And don't worry about it either; I'll take real good care of it."
She placed it on a shelf then turned back to her cauldron.
"Good luck, sweetie." She said, and then started chanting again.
Stefani mouthed a thank you before a bright, beam of light appeared around her and she disappeared.
