Gundam Wing Fan Fiction ❯ Rescue ❯ Chapter Three ( Chapter 4 )
Title: Rescue:Chapter Three
Author: Bloodred
Disclamer: Gundam Wing not mine
Warnings: Same as before.
Author's Notes: To everyone who reviewed thank you for such positive feedback. It makes me want to keep on writing. Just as a reminder this chapter will be a flashback of Heero's past. It will be in normal POV however, keep in mind that at Heero is telling the story to Duo at the same time. I'm sorry if this is confusing it's just that I suck at writting first person.
CHAPTER THREE
~~~~~~~~Flashback~~~~~~~~~~
A young seven year old Heero awakes to find himself in the dirty floor of his stepfather's barn.
"Get up you shithead you have work to do!" An older teen is standing by him. He kicks the young boy and starts shouting again. "Just wait until my dad finds out that you do nothing but sleep arround all day. He's gonna kick your ass again."
Heero ignores the older boy and walks out to finish his assigned work as soon as possible. After he's done with the almost impossible amount of chores he goes back to the small barn that is his room. He leans against the wall and tries to ignore his grummbling stomach. It's not fair he thinks just because I'm only a step son does'nt mean that Fred can starve me and give all the food to his pig son. He sighs and let's his body drop to the floor.
Someday I'll get out of here.
Heero, now thirteen years old, is in a large decoreted office in the center of his stepfather's mansion. Of all the year's he's lived in this place, this is the first time he's seen such luxury. He was never allowed in any part of the main estate before this.
It takes all of his self control to focus on the man that is sitting in the center of the room insted of his surroundings. With such an impressive sight it is nearly impossible to look at Fred. However he didn't feel like getting beaten up so early in the morning so, remembering that he wasn't allowed to look the man in the face, he ordered his eyes to stay at the golden name tag that the man wore.
"Now I'm sure that youre wondering why a low life like you is allowed to approach me so." Fred smirked. Heero kept silent and bearly nodded. "Well, I'm sure you know that my son Nick is the most important part of my estate because I am sure not going to live forever." Heero couldn't help mentallty grinning at the thought of the old man kicking the bucket. "That is why I'm sure that he gets a large amount of bodyguards and a personal assistant. His previous assistant was just killed and when I told him about getting a new one he insisted on giving you the task."
This made Heero wake up from his murderous daydream and enter a stae of complete shock. He couldn't stand that annoying rich boy. How was he going to manage beign his personal assistant.
"I disagree to this completely, but my son insisted and since personal assistant basicaly means personal slave, you have the job." Fred rang a bell after finishing his speech signaling for his son to come in. "He's all yours." The disgusting older man nodded to his father and roughly pushed Heero out of the office. Once they were outside he punched Heero against the wall, almost knocking him out. Heero cried out and fell to his knees. Nick kneeled by Heero, grabbed his hair, and pulled him up to his face.
"I will make your life a living hell"
Nick did make Heero's life a living hell. For years he had to tag along the man doing embarassing tasks. Whenever he did something wrong or whenever his 'master' was in an irritable mood he would be beaten to unconciousness. This would happen mostly when Nick was extremely drunk, wich was most of the time. Otherwise he would just be yelled at, insulted, or reminded of how little he was worth. It was in one of these times that Heero decided he wasn't going to take it anymore.
Nick came in to his room with a hateful expression. Heero was waiting for him in the corner as he was told to do. He looked up at the older man and stared.
"What the hell are you looking at dork! I've got enough from those bastards upstairs and I don't need any of this crap from a worthless brat like you." Heero said nothing. He just looke up again and kept staring. "I told you to stop looking at me!" Nick picked Heero from the ground and shoved him against the wall. He kicked Heero in the stomach and once he was ready to do it again Heero dodged the attack and grabbed Nick's leg. This made the man fall to the floor wich gave Heero the chance to stand up. Before Nick could get up Heero launched at him ant piined him to the floor. Heero was smaller but he was faster and stronger from all the work he had to do. He punched and kicked for what seemed like forever, years of his sufffering were to be avenged. By the time Heero stopped Nick was no longer moving.
"That will teach you a lesson" he said with both laughter and pain in his voice.
When Fred found out what Heero did to his son, he got extremely angry at Heero. He didn't kill Heero because of the large amount of witnesses that there would be. Instead, Heero was put in a prison located in an underground part of the estate. After a while the guards found out just how hard it was to keep Heero in. It seemed that every week he had a new escape plan. There must be something I heven't tried, he thought. Then it hit him, go underground like he did last week then go through the air-vents like he did the week before, and finaly climb up the brick wall of the estate like he tried the week before. The guards had enough trouble with each of those, noe if he combined them together.......
This might work.
Heero waited after dark to carry out his plan. When there was only a few guards watching he went to the back part of the cell and looked up. Just as expected, they had only covered the tunnel he used before, too lazy to destroy it completely. Big mistake. Heero easily desroyed the small dirt cover with out making a sound. Once he made it to the main level of the estate he reached for the airvent opening and crawled inside. He could already hear guards frantically searching for him but he was so far already too far away. All he had to do now was out run him. Still, something didn't seem right.
"Come out kid," he heard a guard shout, "you know that you can't get away cuz even if you do we'll still manage to find you."
That as it. That was what was wrong, he would never be free. Not untill he got rid of the cause of all his pain. He had to kill his stepfather. He hurried to thriugh the vents and headed for the main office. He jumped out and quickly took out the two guards in front of the door and took a gun from one of them. He heard footsteps close behind. I have to hurry. He kicked the door open and pointed the gun.
"Heero! What the hell...
*gunshot*
"Hey the brat just shot the boss."
"Help him."
"It's too late! Get him!"
I'm free.
I know the end of this chapter sounds badly rushed. I had written something else but stupidtly forgot to save it. Anyway I didn't feel like rewritting everything so I came up with this crapy version. Still, please review and tell me what you thin.
