ROMEO AND JULITET

The class was assigned a play and they were to try out for parts,

Duo tried out hoping to get Juliet, Heero was forced to try out and he hoped to get the part of the apothecary who sold Romeo the drugs that would kill him, but luck was not on his side he got the part of Romeo.

He cursed and asked who was Juliet

//please don't let it be Duo!//

and he was surprised to find out it was Trowa

//maybe this won't be so bad//

he stopped complaining and walked out, he caught the teacher saying that practice started tomorrow.

the next day the did act one, scene one.

There was really nothing for Trowa to do though he protested the fact of putting his hair down, but he came anyway. After they were done he walked out with Heero, unlike he and Duo, who he hated, in a friendly way,

Heero actually liked Trowa, They communicated on a different level, they talked for a bit the he went into Quatre's room

//if only he weren't with that stupid spineless femmy//

he walked to his room and smacked his head against the wall

//I love him, …… quatre doesn't deserve him!! It's not fair!//

he filled his sink with water and submerged his head completely, He shook his head and walked out of his bathroom he was surprised to see someone sitting on his bed,

"Trowa?" he had an odd look on his face.

"what are you doing here?"

"I didn't understand act one scene four"

"The party scene?"

"yeah"

Heero sat down next to him and started to explain after a while he looked into his eyes and then …………

He kissed him, it was then quatre walked in and saw Heero kissing his lover, he looked hurt, and stumbled out of the room, trowa saw wisp of purple vest and realized it was quatre

//he saw what Heero did!, is doing!//

"uhhh!!"

he got up

"Heero… I have to go!"

he ran after quatre

"quatre!"

when he caught up with him he tried to explain.

"quatre … I- "I should have known what you were like from the start, that's it, this is the only and last time you'll hurt me Trowa Barton! !"

"quatre - I -"

"I don't want to hear it"

"you haven't even heard my explanation!, but if that's how you want it, so be it!" he stormed off in the other direction.

he went out side and sat under the willow tree on the school grounds.

he sat there and cried, after about four minutes Heero showed up, he knelt down beside him

"I'm sorry for … what I did" he grabbed him and sobbed into his chest

//I didn't think Trowa of all people would be like this…// he thought awkwardly.

"he broke up with me … SOB …" he looked up to face, she kissed him,

"I love you" he held Trowa tight

//he could be using me to get over quatre, but I don't care//

they stayed there all night, it was Saturday anyway so there weren't any classes, Heero held him and shook him awake in the morning.

"mmmm … what?"

"it's almost time for breakfast"

"Heero, why do you love me?.." he stared hard into Trowa's eyes,

"I love you for you" he kissed him, he burst into tears

"thank you, I really needed to hear that I haven't cried, almost ever--"

"I see you gone back to him so quickly?, gotten over me so fast??" quatre asked him scornfully as he was walking by, Heero stood up

"don't say that to him!" he said with a hint of menace in his voice,

"I'll say it again!" quatre screamed at him, Heero proceeded to beat the crap out of quatre.

"Hero!, stop!"

"he insulted you!" Heero stopped, dropped the blond boy and was surprised as Trowa rushed past him to quatre, he helped him up and took him back to the school.

he looked over his shoulder and mouthed the words, meet me here later.

Heero stood dumb struck.

An hour later, Trowa walked up to Heero and looked into his eyes

"what… happened there?"

"I needed to talk things over with quatre"

"oh, I see" Heero turned away from him

"I needed to tell him things really were over and that yes, I was going to see you more" he turned around

"me?" he nodded and he scooped Trowa up in his arms to kiss him, but Heero fell and Trowa ended up on his lap instead of his arms.

They laughed.

Two days later the school play Romeo and Juliet was a major hit, partly due to the passionate love scene between Romeo and Juliet, no one could tell if they were acting………… or not.

(* personally tho I think the teachers were a little icked out*)
