Duo slid, shitless and zipping up his pants, in to the room. "what's going on?!" Heero was right behind him, Wufei was mumbling something about injustice and going back to his attic room and Trowa was handing a glass of water to Quatre who was hugging the crying girl.
"I think she had a nightmare, nothing to worry about" Quatre whispered rocking her back and forth on the couch. Duo sat down on the couch "Damn.. and I thought the place was on fire." Heero rolled his eyes and went back in the room.
"maybe we 'should' stick her in a room with one of us" Duo replied "well, just till she's used to the place."
Trowa sat some cookies on the coffee table with some milk. "I'm going back to bed." He said to Quatre while softly rubbing his arm and left the room.
Duo couldn't resist. And made a grab for the cookies.
"Duo.. not to much, its late" Quatre said knowing Duo's eating problems. Duo slid 4 in the girls fingers, "Eat up! there great." He said while trying to eat one his self with two more in his other hand. After about 3 minutes of listening to Duo's crunching and remarks about how well Trowa cooks, he finally ask the young girl "so… whats your name anyway?" he made a grab for the 23 cookie and Quatre slapped his hand.
The girl just blinked "..i..i'm not sure. I'm sorry…." She said taking a bite of the cookie Duo handed her.
Duo laughed. "well your gunna need a name don't you think?" she looked up at him.
"well. If you don't remember your name…" Quatre said
"Do you remember anything?!" Duo spat
"….following you." She replied. Duo raised an eye brow "so all you can remember is us?"
"..yes"
"Cool!" Duo's eyes let up
"Duo-!" Quatre glared at him. Duo just went on "well know we don't have to kill her! She can't remember anything but us!"
"…. I suppose your right. But.. " Quatre looked down at her. "…..we should high-light you on something's, what you think?"
she just looked at Duo and back to Quatre .
"hmm.. well I'm Quatre, and this id Duo" Duo smiled brightly "Sup-" and then laughed.
"the young man that brought in the cookies was Trowa. Heero was the Japanese boy that went in the room there" he said pointing to the closed door to Duo and Heero's room. "the last young man's name is..Wufei." she repeated Wufei's the name once and went on "I do apologies.. I don't remember my name…"
"we can just call you Todd!" Duo said facing her and Quatre. Quatre just looked at him and back to her "it's quiet alright. But Duo's right we can't just say "hey u".. is there anything you want us to address u as?"
"Jane!..no..I still like Todd.."
"Duo stop."
Duo sat back and scratched the knot of hair on his head. "well I don't mind the 'hey you'"
"nonsense… how about… Gabriella?" Quatre asked her.
"Gabby! I like that- what do you think? Todd or Gabby?!" Duo asked nudging her leg with his foot.
She just sat there blushing "well.. alright.."
"ok then. Gabriella..we should all get back to sleep.. right Duo?" Quatre said standing and already have way to his room he shared with Trowa.
Duo grabbed the last of the cookies, and agreed by getting up and stretching.
"Duo your going to throw that all up.. put that back, u fished the whole bowl." Duo stuck out his tongue and gently opened the door stepping in and gently shutting it behind him.
"persistent isn't he?" she said.
Heero and Wufei sat opposite of the table eating there breakfast of eggs and ham soundlessly at around 6:43am. Trowa was loading his gun while the girl/Gabriella, every one was going to call her that, watched his every move. Then in all the silence.. yes silence Quatre put down his tea cup and said "…Heero?… ware is Duo?" Heero's head sprang up. "Kuso" Quatre raised an eye brow. "is that an 'I'm not sure'? was he not in bed this morning?" Heero got up and left the kitchen to the main room as Quatre follows.
Heero was about to open the door "you go check the rooms and I'll check outside"
then the door burst open, with Duo with a big 'ol grin on his face big sparkling eyes and a baby panda in his arms stood in the door way.
"What The Hell?!" Heero said in shock. I mean the look on his face was priceless.. but then it left.
Quatre put a hand over his mouth and Duo laughed "I found him out by my Gundam. He was sleeping next to the foot of good'ol Deathscythe"
The young girl had hard Duo's voice and came down the hall and stopped dead when she saw what was going on, Wufei and Trowa behind her.
"What….why…. MAXWELL-! Why in all that's holy do you have a Panda?!!?!?" Wufei spat as his eye twitched.
Heero had recovered by now "Get that think out of here! Now Duo!"
Duo's eyes sank
"but it's only a baby. And I sat there waiting for it's mom with him but.. she never came and he didn't want to stay he kinda.. followed me back and I just picked him up, I can't just leave him! Look at him! His big black eye's and that cute noise he makes. Don't he remind you of Wu-Chan?!" Duo said holding him up in Heero's face. Quatre giggled at the look on Heero's Face.
"PLEASE HEERO! I'll take care of him. I'll make sure he stay's out of your way Hee-chan! PLEASE?! Look at him! Are you looking?! Maybe you should hold him! He's so-"
"Maxwell! Get it out of here!" Wufei yelled over his begging
Duo looked like he was gunna cry. "but he'll… die…" this was bound to get Heero to let him have his way.
Heero rubbed his forehead and turned around. "whatever Duo. but he's your responsibility"
"WHAT?! Yuy have you lost your mind?!" Wufei demanded . Heero wheeled around and glared at Wufei.
"Duo'll grow out of it- don't get him upset-" Heero shot at Wufei with a death glare included.
Duo Hugged the baby panda with the happiest grin and walked to his room. Then sat down on the bed.
"I got the perfect name! Todd!"
Quatre smiled, then looked to Heero. "he's going to cry something offal when we leave.. and the panda can't come"
"…..don't remained me"
"I still don't see how we are going to get along with it in this house-" Wufei said then looked at the girl
"if anyone finds out we have two extra mouths to feed… "

Heero said walking in the room with Duo and opening his laptop.
