Note: This is sort of based on a true story...I did get a care package on the day of my orientation at the college and I did get a condom in the bag...it was quite humoris actually.

"Heero, I'm home!" Duo shouted as he walked into their apartment.

"Hn, how was orientation at the college?" Heero asked as he hugged his lover.

"It was pretty neat. I got all this stuff," he indicated to the bag in his hand. "But I haven't checked what I've got yet."

"Hn, well lets see what you've got in there." Heero took the bag from his love's hands and gave him a quick kiss.

"Ok," Duo piped as he walked after Heero, "How was your day Heero?"

"Interesting." Heero replied. Not having had to go to orientation himself because he was a second year student. Duo had waited a year before going to college, wanting to take a year off after high school.

The two of them had been dating since they were freshmen in high school. At first they had been going in secret but by their second year of high school they'd come out in the open. And also became the most popular guys in the school. After graduation they moved out of their parents home and got an apartment for themselves. Duo took a year off to get a stable job and pay off the apartment, and Heero went to school right after graduation to become a computer technician.

"What did you do?" Duo asked as he helped heero empty the bag.

"Thought about you, and how much fun orientation must be." Heero smirked.

"Oh really? Why do I doubt that you stayed home all day and only thought about me. Now seriously what did you do?" Duo punched heero playfully in the arm.

"Hn, I went and bought our books and got our food, seeing as this weeks 'rations' were already eaten by somebody." Heero punched Duo back playfully and gave him a mock glare.

"Hey! Don't look at me. I didn't eat the food." Duo played innocent.

"Oh yes, that's right. So was it notme or Bob this time?" Heero asked sarcastically.

"It was Bob." Duo replied casually. "He's been sneaking around a lot lately steeling stuff and eating all of our food."

"Yes, I'm sure he has been. Although there's someone that's been sneaking around with him, and his name starts with a 'D'." Heero replied as he gave Duo an 'I know it was you so stop avoiding the situation kind of look'.

"Ok, so you caught me. How'd you know?" Duo asked Heero.

"Because one night while I got up top get a midnight snack," Heero smirked at Duo's frazzled look. "I saw you." He poked him. "In the fridge eating away. So I went back to bed." Heero finished.

"You should have joined me." Duo did a mock pout.

Heero randomly picked up things from the pile, took a quick look at them, and then discarded them in a neat pile. He eventually came across a closed little package.

"What's this Duo?" Duo looked to see Heero holding a package. Shrugging his shoulders, he went back to looking threw the other stuff. Heero turned his attention back to the packet in his hands.

His curiosity getting the better of him, he opened the package and dumped its contents into his hand. 'Hm, lets see a booklet and a -' he stopped mid thought and turned to Duo. "Hun. I didn't know they were giving out condoms to first year students?"

This caught Duo completely off guard. "Nani?!"

"You heard me." Heero replied blatantly.

"Ya I know I heard you, just shocked that's all."

"Hn, It comes with a booklet." Heero pointed out as Duo walked towards him.

"Oo really. I wanna see that." Duo childishly proclaimed as he grabbed the paper from Heero. "Hm, Heero you're bigger." Duo commented.

Heero's eyes looked like they were about to bug out. "NANI?!"

"Well it's true." Leaving it at that Duo began to flip through the other pages. All of a sudden he burst out laughing.

"Now what?" Heero asked slightly amused.

"Hee hee, they have instructions and tips." Duo snickered.

"Hm, let me see that." Heero pulled Duo closer to him and began to read the heading. "'Before You Have Sex' huh. Hn, number one, 'Always buy latex condoms, if allergic, discuss it with your health professional.' Number two, 'Use condoms with Nonoxynol 9, except for anal sex.'"

"That's good to know." Duo commented, and then he continued from where Heero left off. "Number three, 'check expiry date on package.' Still good. Number four, 'Keep condoms away from heat.' And number five, 'To get used to condoms, practise by yourself first.'" Duo concluded. He turned to Heero and grinned lecherously. "Heero?"

"Hm?" Heero looked at Duo inquisitively.

"Let's go practise."

"Ok"

The two made there way to their shared bedroom and did indeed practice although they didn't practice by themselves.
