Note: This is a spin on the movie "The Black Swan." It premiered in 1942 and starred Tyrone Power and Maureen O'Hara…*grins*

Warnings: Mean Duo but Heero likes it (just like in the old movies…. trust me *grins*)

Disclaimer: I don't own the characters in Gundam Wing and I don't own the movie "The Black Swan." *grinning*

By the time Duo got back to town, his head had stopped spinning. He looked around the town. He half wanted to go to Heero's house and yell at him for hitting him on the head with a rock, but he didn't. He instead walked back to his home.

On the way there he ran into Quatre and Trowa. Quatre's bright smile soon faltered at the dark look Duo had on his face.

"You okay Duo?"

"Yes."

"Okay. Umm…we should see Treize about what happened."

"Fine. Let's go."

They walked toward the large meeting hall again. They found Treize leisurely lounging in his chair. He was staring angrily at Zechs Merquise, who was yet again arguing that Treize had done nothing about the pirates and he should be kicked out of office.

Duo strode forward confidently with Quatre and Trowa trailing behind him. Treize looked up and smiled in relief when he spotted the boys.

"Duo, my boy. You've returned."

"Yes, but I need to speak with you in private."

"Nonsense, whatever you have to say, can be said to them as well. Did you destroy those pirates?"

"It would be better if I spoke to you alone."

"Duo, just tell me. I'm sure whatever you say will be welcomed by this committee. Don't be modest my boy."

"Sir, we did not find the pirates. There was no trace of them."

Treize was shocked, "WHAT!"

"As I said, we couldn't find them anywhere."

The meeting hall erupted in a roar as all of the council members stood. They shouted about how he should resign, or how they should hang him from the nearest post. Treize stood and shouted, "SILENCE!"

The members silenced immediately. Zechs sat in his chair smirking widely. Treize just glared at them all then turned to Duo.

"Duo, go out tomorrow and find these cursed pirates. I don't want you to come back until they are dead."

"NO! I can't go out tomorrow."

"You will, and you will find those pirates and kill them. No questions, no complaints."

Duo glared angrily at Treize, "Fine." Then stalked out of the meeting hall. Quatre and Trowa trailing close behind.

Once outside, Quatre ran up to Duo and tried to keep pace with him.

"Duo? Are you okay?"

"Fine, Quatre." Duo growled, "Leave me be for a while. I need to be alone."

Quatre nodded his head and fell back with Trowa. He watched Duo leave sadly. Then followed Trowa to the local pub.

Duo walked around the town, angrily. He found himself outside of Heero's house and he just looked at it. It was a huge house, with a big wall separating the house from the outside world. There was one huge gate, where Duo was looking in.

All he could think about was Heero who was going to be wed the day after tomorrow, and now he couldn't stop it. Not if he was supposed to go out and find those traitorous pirates. He sighed and started to walk away when something moved out of the corner of his eye. He turned and saw Zechs and Wufei talking quietly near a tree, far from the house.

Curiosity getting the best of him, he quietly got on top of the wall then made his way over to where the two men were talking. He hid himself in the leaves of the tree that hung slightly over the wall. He lay down on top of the wall to better hear what they were saying.

"Did you tell him when the next shipment is supposed to be coming in?"

"Yes. But I have a concern."

"What?"

"Heero saw me talking to him. He asked me about it, and I told him how I was just running him off. I think he bought it. But us dealing with these pirates, won't be a secret from him for long."

Zechs sighed and ran a hand through his hair, "Look, don't worry about it. Deal with it the best you can. That's why I want him married to you. You'll keep him quiet if need be."

Wufei nodded, "I might not like it, but to keep it a secret. I will do anything."

Zechs reached out and caressed Wufei's face, "I know. I hate this, but this is the only way. I wish I could have you to myself."

"Me too."

Wufei leaned up and kissed Zechs squarely on the lips. Duo's eyes widened as he watched. Then he hissed quietly in anger. How dare they hurt his Heero like this.

"Father, Wufei?" Heero shouted from the front of the house. Zechs and Wufei immediately pulled apart and sighed. They straightened their clothing and walked towards Heero.

Duo growled angrily and hopped off the wall. He would make Heero his and get him away from the ones who would hurt him. How dare Zechs hurt his own son like that. Plans started to form in his mind as he walked back to his home.
